I placed an order with digitgo for canon bci24 ink cartridges. When the ink arrived, it some of it had leaked out of the cartridges and the rest of them had dried up. I immediately contacted them for replacements. They responded quickly with a RMA and I sent them back with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Two weeks later I hadn’t received my ink cartridges and have received no responses. I wrote them and the next day received this response.

Well I know this isn’t true because I put delivery confirmation on the package and it was delivered on December 1 but they said that it wasn’t received until the 13th of December. A couple of days later I receive a partial shipment of my inks. I write back to tell them of the mistake and received this response.

the ink manufacturer is MMC. replacements do not have boxes in them
when the
manufacturer exchange them for us.
I made a mistake during the process, I only exchange the ones that were
opened and forgot the unopened ones. We'll send the rest of the ink

I waited another 2 weeks just for good measure and received nothing. I contacted them and received no response. I called their phone number, [protected], which is long distance, 5 or 6 times and only received a voice mail message, the last time I called I left a message with all the necessary information and have not received a response. I went on their ebay page to see if there was any information for them.

I couldn’t believe my eyes; they actually pride themselves with excellent customer service. I think they suck. Well a long story made shorter, paypal will only investigate 45 days after auction or after payment is made so nothing could be done. This is my only recourse left. I hope that others will read this and think about the purchase they are going to make and if they really want to just give their money to these CROOKS.

Call them their phone number to experience their customer service. Remember if you have problem, which you will guaranteed, this is all you really have to work with.
