I ordered two converter boxes on a Wednesday and my credit card was charged the day after the order was placed. On Tuesday of the following week I still did not receive a shipment confirmation email. Logically I emailed them but I never received a reply. So I started to call constantly for two days but I was always but on hold and then told that no representative is available to take my call. I also left messages. My order still didn't arrive. I don't know if it has been sent. I emailed them again but I'm still waiting for a reply.

    Purchased a DVTPAL DVR from 9/23/2009. When I ordered the unit there was no mention of the item being out of stock or I sure as HE-- would not have placed the order. I inquired about the shipping status of the item on10/3/2009 to which I received an email stating the unit was due to be in stock 10/15/2009. After a couple more weeks I started emailing the company but received no response. In checking other electonic sites I noted the DVTPAL DVR was being sold only by Sears. I ordered the unit from Sears which was delivered in 3 days. I had used Paypal to purchase the unit from but because it was over 45 days Paypal would not assist. I contacted the BBB in IL to no avail there either. I would stay away from this company!!!

    On 3/22/09 I ordered one TIVAX STB T9 TV Converter Box.
    By 3/30/09 there was no shipping information posted.
    On 3/30/09 I emailed them as follows:
    I've been monitoring "My Orders" for several days - it shows nothing. And, I've heard nothing by email about shipment in over a week. I'm becoming concerned. What is going on?
    They responded on 3/30/09 as follows:
    Dear Customer,

    Due to the high volume of orders and limited quantity of the Tivax converters, your order may be delayed. Processing time for an order may take up to 10 to 14 days. As soon as your order ships out (this week), you will be getting an email from us with the USPS Priority Mail tracking number for it.

    We apologize for the unexpected delay of your order and greatly appreciate your business with us!

    As of 4/6/09 I have no product; no further status in "My Orders" and now believe I will be forced to dispute the charge to my credit card company.
