I have never recieved my $200 amazon gift card in connection with my subscription of Comcast double play. My rebate request was sent on April 10, 2008 along with a copy of my first cable bill. My confirmation # is [protected]. I have a copy of my request - what should I do? Thank you.

I placed an order for Internet services from Verizon on 11/30/10. I received confirmation e-mail 12/5/10. Downloaded rebate form, submitted it to Acceller rebate program 2/14/11 accompanied with required documents. Today is 8/5/11 have not received any rebate. I opted for the 12 to 16 wk in order to receive a amazon gift card in the full amount of $50.00. If companies such as Verizon and Com-cast are relying on these people to provide customers with gift cards as a bonus for subscribing to their services and they renege, then Verizon, com-cast should make good on this offer, maybe offering a discount off monthly bill and if not cease and desist with this type of propaganda because it has negative ramification. I don't know if Verizon or com-cast is aware that customers are not receiving what was promised. Maybe they should utilizing a more reputable source

I worked for digital landing out of riverview fl and I can tell you now do not call then for any cable service. They act like there comcast and all these huge companys but realli there just the middle man. They take your credit card information and act like it's a security check when all they do is store it at there office in Miami. The gift card is all ###. U have to wait 2 months to send in your information then u have to wait another 16 weeks befor they even send it 2 you. I worked there for 1yr and I will never deal with then again on any level. They dont train you for ###. I was trained for 2 days and thrown on the phone like I know what in talking about. Half of the reps there have no knowledge about the product ur asking for. To avoid them don't google comcast or any big company names. Go directly to the actual company website and get the number. Promise you it will save you money time and headaches.

Acceller/ Digital Landing is nothing but a fraud. My brother and I both ordered the Comcast service from them and were supposed to get $200 amazon.com gift card, but it's been more than 10 months since I sent in my paperwork and I've been calling and yelling at them every 2 weeks and they create a new case for me and tell me a supervisor will call me but no one ever called. Recently I got hold of Acceller's corporate number [protected]. The lady's name is monique and she is a manager and she promised I would have my gift card within 2 weeks. We'll see.

MOMO apparently works for this 'QUESTIONABLE' company. He places this one rebuttal everywhere... seemingly to stave off Floridians from seeking out and pitchforking this DIGITALANDING owner for theft.

I had a very nice experience with Digital Landing

After completing all the requirements and waiting for the period stated in the rebate form, I gave their customer service a call. I was given a case number and was told that a supervisor will get in touch with me in 24 hours.

Less than 24 hours I received a very professional email from Karina Alcone indicating that I met the requirements but they are out of the amazon gift card and should have them in few days. In less than 3 days I received another email with the 2 amazon gift cards ($100 ea). I already tried them and they work.

I, too, have never received the Amazon gift card for $125.00. I have completed all the required forms and have talked to several customer service reps on the telephone since Nov 2008. I have been given tons of empty promises and excuses. By the way, my service was ordered and installed in May of 2008...still NOTHING. The Better Business Bureau is my next step and I encourage all who have not had any results to do the same.
