Digital Landing Comcast Special Offers

This is a scam. You go to comcast specials in a google search. You are directed to http://direct.digitallanding.com you pay money for installation. They promise COMCAST internet speeds 12mpbs and a free AMAZON GIFT CARD.

When you try to get you rebate. You write to digital landing, instead you get an email from them stating:

"Thank you for your note copied below. We could not find your order in our systems based on the information provided, so we escalated the matter to Comcast to inquire who the originator of your order was. They verified that your order did not come from digital Landing, it came from Leapfrog. You must contact them in order to receive a rebate. Happy Holidays."

I never SPOKE to LeapFrog; they have no record of my order; so you get ripped off, plus you get LESS THAN 6mpbs COMCAST internet speed, When you call comcast the technicians say you were signed up for 6mpbs (which you aren't even getting)..and also you find out that you don't have a REBATE FROM AMAZON COMING TO YOU. You also find out 12mpbs is not offered in your area, but you can PAY MORE FOR 16mpbs.

Don't buy from the promotions online that sell COMCAST!
BUYER BEWARE! You will not get the truth from anyone, you will lose out paying high install fees, and no rebates!

Regards,

Digital Landing Never received my $200 Comcast Double Play rebate

What a scam! I am surprised that Comcast does nothing about this! I was told when I signed up for Comcast that I would get the $200 gift card. This made all their installation fees doable. There is no phone number for Digital Landing, and no one EVER emails back. I have sent all paperwork and tried to get an answer. Finally, I called Comcast -- they had no idea what I was talking about...sorry they said. Right! Sorry indeed. They obviously knew about this company or how would I have been able to sign up to Comcast. I'm changing from Comcast and plan never to return!

Digital Landing $200 Rebate

I signed up for the comcast double play through Digital Landing. I made 5 or more calls to receive the $200 promised Amazon gift card and to date no card. During this process each customer service rep would advise me that I had to wait a certain period of time and then call back. Of course, I would call back and get another rep that would give me another time. This went back and forth until I finally get someone on the phone to say they would help and transfer me to a different processing area. I was then told my time was out for getting the promised card, this was followed up with an email that I would not receive my card because no one bothered to tell me they never received the information in the mail. This is a crappy way of doing business and I feel that their reps should take the time to look at all the information on file before making customers go through the notions and waste time. Please do not sign up with this company, YOU ARE TAKING A BIG RISK. Lots of promises, delays and still not card.

Digital Landing Internet Scam

I've submitted everything since 6-13-09 and still have not recieved a $75.00 Amazon gift card. This is bogus, because know one will return your calls or even acknowledge phone calls. I continue to call, and still I'm not getting anywhere. I get names, dates and times still no phone calls back. "THIS IS INDEED A FREAKIN SCAM"
Avoid digital landing because they will not honor any rebates.

Digital Landing Failed to Get $125 Amazon Giftcard

On April 13th, 2009 I signed up for Comcast High Speed Internet Service through DIGITAL LANDING. They Had promotion of $125.00 Amazon Gift card, I sent my rebate form and other documents as stated in the form. Here I am after 6 months and still I have not received my Gift Card. For last 3/4 weeks I have been trying to get in touch with them and all they do, giving me run around here and there. I spoke to Supervisors and Managers, no one has clue that what they are doing. You think I will ever again subscribe and service from them or even remotely recommend anyone, yeah right you must be JOKING, or our of your mind.

Digital Landing $125 Amazon Gift Card Comcast Rebate Not Received

On Jun 12, 2009 I submitted Comcast cable rebate info EXACTLY as stated on the rebate: 1) completed rebate form 2) copy of order confirmation 3) copy of first three Comcast bill to the required address. It's been 16 weeks but I still have not received $125 Amazon gift card.
I sent an email to [protected]@acceller.com which I got from
http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/accellerdigital-landingbuytelco-c86034.html. But no response so far. I'm hoping digital landing people can solve this issue for me if they monitors this site. Otherwise, I may have to contact the state atterney like other folks suggested if I dont get a response soon.

I have also sent my rebate form with all information and latter confirm with them that they got it. I also sent my application form in June 2009 but did not get any gift call till today Nov 16th 2009 and I called up 2-3 times them and they assign me a case no and told that someone will call me but no one called me yet. I called them again after 2 weeks but I got same answer that manager who is handling my case will call me.
Digital Landing is a scam and we should create awarness against them. Better to go with Comcast desk at WalMart, they give gift card which get activated with 7 days of installation of service.

Digital Landing Amazon Gift Card

I mailed in my paperwork for my Amazon gift cards around the end of Feb. Finally contacted them in June and they said that all was in order that I would receive the emails containing my gift cards at the end of the 16 weeks processing period. After 19 weeks I contacted Jason via email and still have had no response. This should be considered false advertisement and if my issue is not resolved by the end of the week I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. With this many complaints it is interesting that there is not a class action suite yet.

Digital Landing Failed to receive $200 Amaz Gift Card

On Feb 12, 2009 I submitted the rebate info EXACTLY as stated on the rebate: 1) completed rebate form 2) copy of order confirmation 3) copy of first Comcast bill to the required address. Wait 10-16 weeks. It has now been 20 weeks. Called Digital Landing today - Spoke to Elaine, then supervisor, who told me they could "open a case" but couldn't tell me when they would respond. If you look at the fine print - it says that Digital Landing is strictly an intermediary (to Comcast) and assumes no liability. I consider this to be a contract - they made an offer, I accepted it, and there was consideration. Therefore I believe Comcast to be in breach of contract. I called the Comcast CEO office Brian Roberts at [protected] and spoke with an assistant. They said they will have a Comcast exec from my state telephone me. Stay tuned.

The Attorney General is continuing its investigation and is awaiting a response from Comcast. In their letter to Comcast (they copied me) - they specifically said "NOT" to contact the consumer directly regarding their response. I've had two voicemails today - one from Comcast, one from Digital Landing. I guess they can't follow instructions :)

I had a telephone call last week with the NM Attorney Generals office. If they get several complaints regarding Comcast - they can take a broader action for violation of consumer laws. So I encourage everyone with a problem to contact their states Attorney General's office.

Have heard nothing since my last posting 8 days ago from any of my phone calls or emails to Comcast. My written complaint to the New Mexico Attorney General was a week ago.

Tonight in my email inbox appeared an Amazon gift certificate for $225 from Digital Landing.

In my complaint to the Attorney General, I added that they may want to investigate Comcast marketing practices on a more widescale basis given the number of complaints that I had seen on the internet as well as my own experience.

Jul 14, 2009 11:41 am EDT

Update: After holding 10 minutes at Brian Roberts Comcast phone - left a message for "L" and Brian Roberts that I had no response yet from email or phone queries so I had filed a written complaint with the New Mexico Attorney General's office and listed them as the contacts.

Update: 24 hours (business time) has passed since sending the email to the urgent Comcast issue email above that claims they respond with 24 hours...no response...have forwarded it with a new title re: nonresponse. Have heard nothing from the CEO office or NM office.

Update by filmgirl19
Jul 10, 2009 2:04 pm EDT

It appears that the NM State Attorney's General investigates these types of complaints - I don't expect an immediate answer - but given this Comcast practice appears so extensive (google Comcast fraudulent rebate) - I am filing a complaint with them as well.

Update by filmgirl19
Jul 10, 2009 1:17 pm EDT

Forgot to mention that additionally "L" told me that since she has no direct business telephone numbers of Comcast employees, she exclusively uses email to work on this problem.

Update by filmgirl19
Jul 10, 2009 1:07 pm EDT

10:45 AM - no word from NM "R" contact - telephoned the number she gave me [protected] to call her at. This is a general purpose Comcast number - no way to get to a human that I could find.

Telephoned "L" at Brian Roberts office to give her an update. Her response is as usual - she will look into it. She knows I'm doing these postings so we summarized her comments as 1) She has no direct numbers for Comcast personnel and cannot give me names or numbers (she is assistant to the President of Comcast) 2) she cannot give me a date or targeted date for resolution of this, and 3) Comcast executives are never available to talk with customers about problems - she cannot schedule appointments or get me in touch with someone who can schedule appointments.

Update by filmgirl19
Jul 09, 2009 4:48 pm EDT

2:40PM still no progress. I did just receive my first telephone call from a Comcast NM Customer Care Mgr for So. NM "R" - she has no idea what to do - she doesn't have a checkbook and can't solve. She is contacting someone at Comcast in Albuquerque to see if they can help.

Update by filmgirl19
Jul 09, 2009 11:42 am EDT

Today's update - I telephoned "L" at Brian Roberts office this morning at 9:30 AM Mountain Time. The hold was only a few minutes for her to tell me that her Comcast contacts in New Mexico that she is exchanging emails with says that they are in communication with me. They are not. Again - she would not give me names or telephone numbers. Just that she has to work on it, find out what the problem is, and get more "unnamed" people involved from the leadership team. This will be day 3 with "senior execs" working on the problem - I can't even get a return phone call. More and more suspicious. This is not a 3 day problem. This should not even be an executive problem. It increasingly looks like it will be a legal problem.

Update by filmgirl19
Jul 09, 2009 8:06 am EDT

Latest update - well the "guarantee" I got from the executive assistant "L" in Brian Roberts office didn't happen. Received no call from any NM Comcast executive as promised. So this is two days in a row where I have not had return calls from Comcast execs.

In addition - "L" is unable to provide me with a name or phone number of the exec office that is supposed to contact me. Doesn't sound like it will happen.

When I phoned "L" back at 5:30 PM Eastern time, I asked to speak with Brian Roberts or set up an appointment to speak with him. Her response was that he is unavailable and she is unable to set up an appointment with him. When I asked her to let me speak to someone who was able to set up an appointment with him - she told me again she was unable to do so.

Comcast needs to be held accountable for honoring the promotions they offer!

Update by filmgirl19
Jul 08, 2009 3:10 pm EDT

Well here is the update - not doing too well. I was told by one of the Comcast CEO's exec assistant that I would get a call from a New Mexico Comcast exec yesterday. That didn't happen. I called and spoke to an exec assistant today at 11 AM Mountain Time - she "guarantees" someone will call today. No word yet. I'm to call them back at 3PM Mountain Time if I haven't heard back. If you get a call and request from the CEO's office - you think an exec would take care of it. Not quite sure what "guarantee" means.

I had the same thing happen to me. Its been about a year and every phone call is the same response I will receive my card very soon. I called Comcast and they had nothing to say claiming they are not affiliated with third party accounts but it was digital landing who opened my account with comcast. I feel comcast is responsible since they are allowing this to happen. Comcast is the one who gains from this not digital landing I did not pay digital landing one cent I pay comcast!

Digital Landing Rebate Not Received

Rebate forms submitted on time, with bill copies etc. Communicated with Digital Landing 4/10/2009 after not receiving $250 Amazon Gift Card, and they opened issue #1198 to investigate. On 4/15/09 got email from K. Falcone stating "With regards to your gift card, our systems indicate that we have received the required forms and that you have met all requirements to receive your gift card. We will be sending out the next distribution within the next 3 weeks."
Followed up with K.Falcone on 5/6/09 as gift card had not arrived yet. Received Response: "I have been informed by my supervisor that the next distribution will be this week. If you have not received your rebate gift card by Friday May 8, please notify me."
Well, here it is 5/11/09 and still no $250 Amazon Gift Card. I will wait a couple of days before approaching Comcast to complain about their marketing agreements. They should be aware of what this is doing to their name - I seem not to be the only one that has had problems. Does the FCC get involved in Cable marketing or is the FTC the right agency?

I have been waiting for the $200 Amazon card and have not received it. I believe Acceller- Digital Landing (ADL) sets up the process for receiving the card so that many people will either lose their documentation or forget they have the card coming to them.

We as the customers should not have to contact ADL to get what we were promised. It's an all too familiar come-on to get people to purchase products or services and then somehow ADL claims there is no record or it is still in process.

I too have ALL my documentation and will not only report to the FCC but also to the FBI and to the Florida State Attorney General's Office. Afterall, this is a crime. It's called fraud.

Digital Landing $200 Amazon Gift Card

I had a very nice experience with Digital Landing.

After completing all the requirements and waiting for the period stated in the rebate form, I gave their customer service a call. I was given a case number and was told that a supervisor will get in touch with me in 24 hours.

Less than 24 hours I received a very professional email from Karina Alcone indicating that I met the requirements but they are out of the amazon gift card and should have them in few days. In less than 3 days I received another email with the 2 amazon gift cards ($100 ea). I already tried them and they work.

I wonder if there is any way to pursue this with the assistance of a lawyer? This many people, there should be plenty who would want to take up a class action lawsuit against the company for false advertisement. Or maybe I don't know the name of the game that well?

Has ANYONE received the rebate and does Amazon and Comcast KNOW they are messing people over? Usually the contract is with the companies in order to promote each others business. Sounds like Amazon and Comcast has a beef with DL. I wish I had done my research before ordering.

Please do not think that you will get the $200 Amazon gift card because I am one of the victim too. I just realised digital landing has so many complaint after I subscribed the Comcast service through them. I have been calling them more than 3 weeks now. First they will give you a case number for the complaint, sounds like my complaint is going through. They got all your information including e-mail and claimed that they will send you an e-mail about the rebate. Every time I called back they gave me some excuses, either no e-mail address in their system, despite having spent 10 minutes on 3 occasions to ask them put down my e-mail address in their system), check your e-mail including spam. When I asked for Supervisor, the telephone line will cut off while transferring. Finally talked to a nicer customer service and she said there is no way to contact the supervisor because they are located in other places and there is no way to give supervisor contact number to customers. I have been promised at least 5 times of then sending e-mail to my e-mail account; each time it took about 3-5 business days, guess you know how long I have been calling them. It has been more than 2 months. There is no such Amazon gift card offer. Please do not believe what they say online. For one thing, they are very keen to get your business. Phone is answered within 2 minutes with someone at the other line eagerly to get you subscribe Comcast through them. About the rebate, forget it!

Digital Landing never received rebate

It looks like these guys are running a rebate scam.

I have subscribed to their Comcast Double Play Offer in July 2008 and sent the rebate forms with Comcast bills and confirmation copy in time but I have never received the promised Rebate of 200 Dollars until now. From reading similar complaints, it looks like I am not alone and this could be a pattern.

I have made 4 calls to their customer service and no rebate yet. On every call they will ask for all the details as if that was the first time you are calling, and they have no idea about your order. There is no ability to tell your rebate staus or where things are. They will simply tell you that somebody will call you. Looks like they are only interested in making you sign-up and don't care after that.

People should be aware of this risk when dealing with this company and it also poorly reflects on Comcast for letting such things happen in their name.

If folks from Digital Landing are reading this, my Confirmation Number is [protected].

If you read thru the various complaints you will notice that the same "I had a very nice experience with Digital Landing." response is entered. My guess is a rep of Digital Landing is responsible for this. They should at least vary their text and not use the exact same response each time

Digital Landing Amzon gift cards

It is a total scam. I've received numerous correspondance from 2 individuals. Yet it's been almost 8 months with no gift cards...SCAM. Digital Landing, Acceller and BuyTelco are all shady companies. The following 2 people have been "trying to help"...still no gift card. Go figure.

Digital Landing $125 Amazon GC never recieved

I ordered Comcast Internet service in May 2008 from Digital Landing, who promised a $125 Amazon gift certificate. I submitted my rebate forms in a precise and timely fashion, and began calling Digital Landing to follow-up in October, and have called numerous times (around 10) since then. Every time, I've been assured that somebody (usually Lily, who "handles" these matters) will look into my case and follow up with me in 1-2 weeks Not once has Digital Landing ever contacted me; they apparently lie to get you off the phone, and hope you'll forget or tire of following up.

True experience of mine too :-( . It's been almost an year of following up with them ! At least I got 20 of my friends to sign-up with comcast directly, so that digitallanding doesn't give them false hopes of non-existent gifts forsigning through them. They still earn their commission, but don't pay back their customers ! Their office in FL should be stoned & closed.

Digital Landing rebate card

I ordered Comcast Triple Play service through Digital Landing with a promise of a $250 Amazon gift card. When I received my second Comcast bill, I sent all the relevant information to Digital Landing and have not received anything. It has been long past the required 16 weeks and I have called to get this card nearly every week for the past 2 months. The calls go to people who have no idea how resolve the rebate problem. And the person who wrote the helpful email on this page sounds good but is no more helpful than anyone else at Digital Landing. I have sent emails to this "Jason Gallow" and have received no response, and the customer service email address has been permanently removed (according to gmail).

I think I just got suckered and I will never work with Digital Landing again. I would advise any of you to ignore Digital Landing's promises and work with anyone else. You can save yourself some frustration and time.

Dude, i ordered my service more than 9 months ago, i did everything perfectly, have never had comcast before, got the double play and was promised a 200 dollar gift card! Well they said i had to wait 3 months, Well that went bye and then for another 4 months i had been calling pretty much every week and every time i called i would be pissed and just gratefull if someone would try and help me with the situation. Well Nobody did friggin JACK! Every friggin time they said oh were just waiting for gift cards and nobody did anything. Then about 8 months into it i finally talked to a guy that actually did something and was talking to people and then i finally got in touch with someone that said that they never recieved my paperwork...? THEY COULDNT TELL ME THAT 4 MONTHS AGO? What is wrong with these people. So they said to resend my stuff, with bills and everything (WHICH they couldnt give me the paperwork for because it was so long ago?) i dont understand why i couldnt just use a new form? what is wrong with these people. They just try and make every excuse possible not to give you a card! Luckily i had found the email that they had sent me the form from 8 months back even know they probably had it. So i filled it out and sent it in with 3 BILLS! So i waited a week and they got it! BUT! Heres what they said next. Well we sent your paperwork over to comcast! BECAUSE we needed to know if your order was a duplicate and to see if you still had service with the company! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THE PEOPLE! I sent you 3 fukin bills! You want more? Ill fax them over. So now everytime i call they said OH WERE WAITING ON COMCAST TO COMFIRM YOU HAVE SERVICE, I HAVE HAD SERVICE FOR 10 MONTHS NOW! Karina Falcone is the one who issues the gift cards and every friggin time i call I CANT TALK TO HER! I DONT GET CALLS BACK even know they say someone will within a couple days! I DONT GET HER EMAIL! I HAVE HER PHONE NUMBER BUT NOW THE MAILBOX IS FULL AND THEY DONT ANSWER! So today i talked to a guy and its the same ### as usual. He says their just waiting on comcast to comfirm that i have service! And i said its been that way for more than a month. Are they going to wait 2 more months for WHO KNOWS from comcast to tell them i do? Then i wont have service, then in 2 months when i will probably cancel because im only getting comcast for a year! They will probably say, Oh it says here comcast says you dont have service! MORE FRIGGIN EXCUSES. So this guy said maybe you could call comcast and talk to blah blah blah. He said the only phone number he has is 1800 comcast and thats what they use... They say karina called them on monday! I think all this is a lie! DONT GET COMCAST THROUGH THE DICKS! SCAM SCAM SCAM! WHY CANT I SEND YOU MORE BILLS! WILL THAT PROVE THAT I HAVE SERVICE! WHAT WILL PROVE THAT I HAVE SERVICE. Comcast doesnt care! theyre not going to contact them. What the hell is this, is this what their telling other people.

Im about ready to file a complaint with the district attorney reporting this company as fraud. Ive been thrown around like garbage to them for way too long and its bull. Everything they have is bull...

I used Digital Landing to order my Comcast and followed their VERY specific instructions and was awarded my $125 in Amazon money as promised. I had to be on Comcast for 3 months and I only had so many days to mail in the proof receipts with the offer filled out after the 3 months. They say on that form it will take months to get the money. It did as they stated but I got it. They do not issue a gift card. They send you the rebate in a code in your email and you can use it on your amazon purchases, which I did and there was not even a hiccup. I would use them again to access free money. In the end, I used Comcast for 6 months at $25 a month and got $125 back from Didgital Landing as a rebate. I think that is a pretty dang good deal. I switched to ATT at the 6th month because the rates were due to double with Comcast. I wheeled and dealed with ATT and got them for $30 a month with a $200 rebate. I have to stay one year with them, I will switch back to Comcast at that time for whatever deal I can get.

You really HAVE to jump through the hoops, but Digital Landing came through and they were truthful about the time it would take. Comcast is an OK service, nothing is totally perfect, it is just OK. ATT is not any better.

Hope this helps someone get their money. Jump through the hoops and call them a few times to see the status.

Same thing here: waiting for Karina Falcone to get the card number issued from Amazon. We ordered in Jan, sent the three months, took them months to process, and now still waiting for SEVERAL months for the amazon card. They say we are approved for it, back in june, and the problem is waiting for amazon to issue the card. BS if you ask me. But oooh If you want to publicly flame them, try twitter. They just made an account. @digitallanding on twitter. Have fun.

How can it take 4 months to get a card number from Amazon? They are trying to make it out to sound as if Amazon is the problem.

IF I were Amazon, I would b1t7chslap the crap out of digital landing.

Digital Landing Never received rebate.

We signed up for our Comcast service about 9 months ago and as requested, sent in copies of our bills, the rebate form, and all other requested info. We called about a month ago after never receiving our $200 Amazon.com gift card, and were told that they were backed up and we should receive it by November. November is now here and we have not received it. We called back and spoke to a new woman who stated that she had taken over the department involved with distributing the cards. She was horribly rude. She told us that plenty of people had been waiting a lot longer than us and that we will get our gift card when we get it. We then stated "so we may never get it?" and she responded that she could not answer that. Digital Landing is a scam as far as I can tell. Is there anyone that has received their gift card?

A quick not to EVERYONE. We called Digital Landing AGAIN regarding our rebate and they gave us another date to expect our rebate by. They stated we SHOULD have the rebate by CHRISTMAS! As we stated in our previous note, we reported these people to the BBB. I'm not saying everyone should do that but I will tell you this. We received our $200 Amazon gift card within 3 days of our BBB complaint being sent to the company.

GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!

We signed up for our Comcast service in December and, as requested, sent in copies of our bills, the rebate form, and all other requested info. We have called several times to check the status of our $200 Amazon.com gift card and have been told 'you are in the next batch'. We are now on week 22. The rebate form says 10-16. Next step: BBB and Attorney General's Office.

It's nice u finally got ur due 'rebate' but i'm still skeptical.
i was about to sign with this 'company' based mainly on the rebate offer... then i found the complaints... many complaints.
jgallow@acceller.com is the man claiming to fix things... he really should address these complaints here, and get them settled. Until then, i'm staying away.

I know many people have had problems, but I think you needed to send the first 3 bills, not just the first one. If so, I am sure they will use that to justify not giving you the card.

Digital Landing helpful informationaddressing the amazon gift card complaints

We have evaulated the source of most complaints and would like our customers to note the following. We find that over 85% of the time, customers that are inquiring about rebate status have not even completed their rebate forms. We cannot process or send rebates/gift cards without the completion of a rebate form.

These are the steps (all of which must be completed) to receive rebates/gift cards.
Place order with Digital Landing and receive a valid confirmation from the system.
Have your order installed within 45 days after order is placed
If you replace the order with the service provider, you will not get your rebate
Once your order is installed, send two months of your billing statements from the service provider showing that such order has gone through two billing cycles. This means do not ask for your rebate until at least 40-45 days after you have placed your order.
Once we receive your rebate information, we match it up against what the service provider has sent to us in terms of order status
Rebates are only sent if (a) rebate form is completed properly with supporting documentation and (2) we receive ACTIVE status from provider.
If we do not receive status, or status is cancelled, pending or duplicate, you will not receive a rebate.
We make every effort to ensure all customers get properly credited. We do have reliance on data from our service provider partners.

In the past two years, we have responded to every complaint posted on this board. We find most people, surprised and delighted that we actually pay attention, which we do. Unfortunately, we find many people that complain, even after they have received their rebate (even two or three times).

We would appreciate if customers please contact Jason Gallow at [protected]@acceller.com prior to posting on the board. Your issue will get resolved far faster. If you have posted and been responded, we would appreciate follow up comment noting the matter has been closed

Thank you

Acceller Team

If you are a California resident and were promised an Amazon.com gift card if you signed up for Time Warner Cable service and submitted your application as instructed, but have not received your gift card within 4 months of having sent your application, please contact me at wrhufflaw@msn.com. While Time Warner may not take individual complaints very seriously, I am quite confident that they fully understand the ramifications of a class action lawsuit.

I guess I would disagree with this. I mailed in my paperwork for my Amazon gift cards around the end of Feb. Finally contacted them in June and they said that all was in order that I would receive the emails at the end of the 16 weeks processing period. After 19 weeks I contacted Jason via email and still have had no response.

I have used this site for a bundled package. I filled out the information and received my rebate in about 8 weeks, which I think is typical for rebates/gift cards...it's usually a nice surprise because by that point I have forgotten about it. I think that's what most companies want...I would definitely use them again!

Anshoe, I too have a PDF copy of the rebate form right in front of me which states "a copy of your FIRST ComCast bill". Subsequent downloads of an apparently updated form now request THREE month's of ComCast bills. What about those of us who have completed the requirements as they were stated at the time?!

Have you managed to get this resolved, Anshoe?

I guess I know what the problem is :
Their rebate form says send 1 bill of newly signed up service
AND
Their rebate processors are told that, look for 2 bills for newly signed up service
WHICH THEY WILL NEVER SEE.

This causes all rebate issues to go into circles. They need to look at their rebate forms & tell their workforce the same thing - it may not be really that they don't want to send the rebate, however they have not formulated their internal procedures correctly for sure. They never respond to or care about any cases / issues raised by customers & never see what's going wrong (I just had my 11th case raised :-) )
PLUS
their customer service is so poor that they transfer calls to non-working numbers or never responding voicemails without any notice.

Pray to hackers - please hack / disable their website(s) so they can't trouble more people :-) ... such would be socially beneficial hackers !

I have the rebate form right in front of me, & it clearly says, send 1st bill (NOT TWO, as someone from acceller is saying above) with all the paperwork - order confirmation, service installation. I did exactly as it says on this form & had my Comcast service for almost 10 months, & now they're changing their rebate requirements, although it's written right on their rebate form ! Funny how these fools survive - I guess we people don't see the scam forums 1st & still sign-up with dummies :-( ... & the saga goes on ... only when we're also burnt, that we come to scam forums to complain .

TO EVERYONE.. Simply file a report with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and report these people each time they screw someone over. We waited for almost A YEAR for our rebate/gift cards and were given the run-around each time we called, first being told that we would receive them within two weeks, then maybe a month, and then being told by one very rude "supervisor" that we may NEVER receive our rebate!?!? We tried to play the game.. contacted Jason Gallow via email several times and when we mentioned his name when we called, we were told that nobody by that name worked there, past or present. We filed a report with the BBB and received our gift card codes 3 days later.

Don't bother dealing with these people! Call once and if you don't get your rebate, report these scammers to the BBB!
