Digital Landing/Acceller / Amazon Gift Cards

This is the email that I sent to Acceller/Digital Landing. I have already sent a direct email to Jason Gallow and called into the customer care line to speak with a rep, I'm in the process of attempting to contact Mr. Scott Shaw through email...

"I signed up for Comcast internet and cable TV service approximately 5
months ago using Acceller/Digital Landing. I waited till I got my second
months bill as I was told to, then proceeded to send in the rebates with
everything that was needed. I have not heard from Acceller/Digital
Landing as of yet in regards to them. I've emailed Jason Gallow and have
not heard back, I've called the customer care line and spoke with a rep
who gave me a case number and said that Scott Shaw would be calling me.
Just wondering if I could get a solid answer on the status of my Amazon
gift card rebates? The case number that the customer care rep gave me is
00****02, my original order confirmation number is 26****984. The address
that the cable and TV service was installed by Comcast is:
