DiGi Telecommunications my ic no. was key in wrong in the system for 10 years

I am loyalty digi postpaid user since 2007, recently I'm trying to switch to Maxis because want better line in my area. After submit, digi rejected my request and send SMS told me that my new NRIC is incorrect.
I call to customer services and the guy told me the only way is to goto the digi center to update my ic no., and resubmit the form to switch to maxis.
What a good service!

DiGi Telecommunications 5gb monthly data is not received after crediting prepaid

I have subscribed to 5GB Monthly data for RM28. After crediting my RM28 from my prepaid, I successfully received my data. But then after a few hours, when I checked mydigi app, the 5GB data disappeared.
Therefore, I would like to have either my money refunded or my 5GB data back. For your information, I haven't even used a GB of the 5GB and I need monthly internet so much because there is no wifi in my area I am studying right now. This is very important because I need to use the monthly data for my studies. Thank you for your concern and I hope this could be resolved asap or I might need to change to other telco. Thanks.

DiGi Telecommunications service down on outgoing calls

On 31st march 2017, I went to digi balakong center to change my pkg, that is from post paid rm30 to the new rm28 internet plus pre paid. I was also placed under supplementary line, which means the digi staff informed me that from 1st april (Next day) I will have the new pkg activated and it will be auto-reload with one billing in place. I went back to digi balakong on 1st apr since whenever I type *116# error message: your line has not been activated yet. With this problem, I can only receive calls, but I cant make any out-going calls.
The digi staff there doesnt know what is the problem, first they mention we will look at it on coming monday (Which would be 3rd apr) and I said I cant wait that long since I need to do business calls. I asked for their help and then they said it could be a system problem. They told me they will call me back on the same day (1st apr). I did not receive any calls from digi on follow up. I have called digi balakong 5-7 times on the same day, but no one entertain the call. That night around 8pm (1st apr), I connected to live chat and informed the problem. First they told me no credit, then they told me by tonight will get it activated, and as usual it did not.

Its going to be 3 days and I am still facing the same issue, why the system is not auto-reloading? And I cant make any out-going calls.

Digi needs to fix this problem asap and pay compensation for the days I cant use the service.

DiGi Telecommunications digi staff unhelpful and digi service sucks!

Hi,
I helped my dad to register for Digi postpaid lately.
Mobile No. :[protected] Account No. :[protected]. However, Digi only sent me Jan2017 bill (1st bill) to my email address at [protected]@gmail.com. I did not receive the Feb 2017 bill and so I wrote to Digi on 1st March 2017 and called customer service to request for the Feb bill. In the end they emailed me the bill on 11 March 2017. If you could check your system, I wrote another email on 16th March to Digi and received Digi's response on 30th March.

I made the payment for Feb bill too late and Digi charged me RM8.32 for overdue payment. I called at 10pm on 1 April 2017. Digi agent was very unhelpful and not willing to proceed with my request. No matter what I mentioned on the phone, he didn't seem to understand. I kept insisting on verification when I told him the Digi bill is sent to me personally even though it was registered under my dad's name. I could give him my dad's ID, phone no. Account no...etc but he kept insisting to talk to my dad. I already told him my dad is 84 yrs old and is unable to communicate as he is also now in Ipoh and I was calling from PJ. But yet, he didn't seem to care much !

Please can Digi be more compassionate and helpful. I am the one paying the bill. You would rather loosing a customer than getting your verification ? Please can someone help me ! I just need to get the RM8.32 waived as it was not my fault not paying the Feb bill on time. I have to emphasise that Digi didn't email me the bill. Furthermore, I cannot login to MyDigi as you should know, the phone is with my dad in Ipoh. Im just the one paying the bill. Please kindly get back to me asap regarding this matter. DiGi Telecommunications poor coverage

Dear DiGi

I'm writing this to complaint on my father behalf. He is been using DiGi since 2012. For the last couple of weeks, seems there is a problem with DiGi coverage at his house. Located in Jln Hashim Jaafar, Kuching, Sarawak. These poor coverage affected him during call conversation. Hopefully your side can check on this problem. If problem still persist, port out to other telco will be consider. Thank you.

I would like to request your esteemed company to refund the excess payment of rm9, 057.51 due to error repayment of rm9, 149.00 was made on 30-03-2017 thru my son maybank saving account number [protected]. the actual amount due for my digi postpaid account no. [protected] (mobile no. [protected]) is rm91.49.

Without further delay, I have immediately lodged a complaint to digi centre thru tel no. [protected] requesting for a refund of rm9, 057.51 being excess payment made on 30-03-2017. the customer service officer has been acknowledged my issue and will revert to me by 31-03-2017 but till todate I have yet received any respond from your esteem company.

As such, I would like to seek your immediate attention and prompt action to refund the excess payment of rm9, 057.51 to my son maybank saving account number as below :

DiGi Telecommunications poor coverage at bangsar-mid valley area

Hi, I am Veevian, and my number is +[protected]. I'd submitted my review few months back when DiGi randomly sent sms to ask for service review, regarding the very bad coverage in Bangsar, which is among the hot city center areas.

I work here, and the line has been bad for 2 years, sometimes 0 bar, sometimes only one bar. This really frustrated me a lot as during emergency and in need of downloading work related stuffs urgently, I need to reboot my phone countless times.

I hope this complaint can be attended promptly.

DiGi Telecommunications calling charge

Dear Sir/Madam,

Regarding the matter of the subject, I would like to know why I was charged with high roaming fee while I already off my line(at overseas) and only use free Wi-Fi services. Even miss calls were charged by your company(never on my phone or on airplane mode).I really hoped that you will reply to me as soon as possible so that the problem will be solved. Thank you.

DiGi Telecommunications I'm paying for zero service every month

I used to be one of loyal digi user. Roughly for 20 over years. Those time all we can choose was Celcom, Mobikom, Digi and Maxis. Since i work and stayed at town area Digi was the best option for the service provided. I never cared much about all those bad reviews i read comparing Celcom, Maxis and Digi. And for all those long years being loyal and never miss to top up my credit( i was using prepaid those day) which accounted to over 50k. And when my economy stabilise i started using Digi postpaid until now. But goshhhh, this couple of years i can see the downfall of Digi service. From few hours without any line to whole day and now i can say forever. Everyday my Digi will go down to zero. When i check my phone i can see so many misscall from my colleague. The ONLY FAST SERVICE WAS YOU GUYS ASKING FOR PAYMENT. Every month after paying then soon Digi will send sms asking for payment. You guys has become like Ah LONG. Service damn slow but payment must be on time otherwise cut. Digi had profit billions from Malaysian user but what you guys returned to loyal customer is NOTHING OTHER THEN USING AGGRESIVE MARKETING SOLUTION WHICH IS CUT, DEMAND AND CUT. And what happen to the FIBRE OPTIC that Digi said will make surfing the internet more faster? The only FIBRE i see faster is my hair fibre getting thinner. You guys suck. Change the management or those lazy staff.

DiGi Telecommunications quota langganan bb30 dan stream percuma

masalah saya apabila saya melanggan bb30 terdapat 6gb kuota internet biasa dan percuma stream bg youtube ..tapi masalah saya apabila kuota saya cepat habis apabila saya melayari youtube...walhal saya hanya menggunakan fb wasap dan anak saya tengok kartun youtube, saya terpaksa melanggan tambahan kuota sbyk 10gb tapi malangnya kuota saya hanya bertahan srminggu shj.walhal sebelum ni walaupon ssya langgan bb30 penggunaan saya ckup dlm sebulan. saya agak kecewa dgn kelajuan data yg disedut oleh pihak digi..saya hrp pihak digi tlong bertanggungjawab atau saya dan seluruh keluarga dan kawan kawan akan memboikot digi dan bertukar pada telco yg lain...hrp ambil perhatian

DiGi Telecommunications digi was approved unknown people sign up contact by using my acc

23/02/16, I was received message from digi to inform me that they activated Plan RM138 with 24 mth contract of purchase Samsung Galaxy A7 so I immediately call up digi helpline to stop the activation and raise up a complain on this case under report no CAS-975095-J6L4 23/2/16 9:16am

25/02/16 - I go to 1 Borneo digi center to review the complain and request for the proof of purchase. the proof of purchase show that transaction was done in KL. IC and signature is not match with my acc. Police report also make in the same day. the complaint report was refresh to CAS-1000891-Q8M9.

02/03/16 - I back to 1 borneo digi center to check again the complaint and submit the police report. customer service inform it need take time 2-3week to investigate.

21/03/16 - as today I checked it again in Api-APi digi center. they feedback still Inprocess but the charge oledi billing to me.

As I'm royal digi customer by using his service more than 15 years, I disappointed the control purchase and the customer service.

DiGi Telecommunications poor line issue

For 2 weeks im experienving poor internet line when i was in kl and sandakan...

Basicly im felt like being cheated its not 1st time... offer such package to attract but the quality deliver was poor ...dissapointed very.
Even complain i knew had no action will be taken ...
Request for puntual payment but produce poor quality.
After many years in Malaysia theres no.improvement that cpuld least match up to your promising advertisement

This is Mr Ng speaking.. I was extra charge Rm100 by the Digi ..i didn't alert by the message by digi center bout my overdue Bill.. Out of sudden, you guy send me a message that I had been extra charge 100 ringgit.. Seriously? This is how you company work? If I have pay the overdue Bill.. U can just stop my internet and everything.. U din mention anything and just simply Charge me extra rm 100..this is too over alr.. Dig company simply use any method to charge us and ask us to pay extra.. This is getting bad every each day.. Tats the reason why ur company at Sibu will destroy by outsider by using stone.. Just because ur service is really lousy.. And slow internet... Please look into this problem... I dun mind u charge me extra rm 100.because due to my mistake, I pay the bill late.. But just ..pleasu just look into this problem .. This is kinda pissed off when Digi center just simply charge me extra rm 100...

DiGi Telecommunications bill payment - charges for calls that wasn't made

Can someone please call me to discuss my billing problem. This is my 3rd complaint on the same issue but none of Digi staff called me. Is this what Digi provides the client.
In the mean time I have paid the bill because I cannot afford to have my phone barred. It is so critical to have my line always switched ON.

The bill below was sent to me after sending complaint to DIGI but still I find that the revised bill has numbers that I have not subscribed as below:-

DiGi Telecommunications digi internet speed

I am too disappointed with digi, as I always having problem with my internet connection. Although I already bought monthly internet package and it do still have the quota, the speed of my internet connection just like using the basic internet plan. I always facing this problem everyday. I hope digi can solved this problem as fast as possible where digi is my best choice before. 😊

DiGi Telecommunications broadband 60 stream free & time management

Broadband 60 as per enquiry from digi helpline, i asked 3 times about the product whether its gv us free unlimited quota for youtube. and your cust. service said yes it free..but in the end its actually hv a 10 GB quota..you shouldn't write it as free if theres a quota..2nd about time management at your Digi centre Greentown, Ipoh..im waiting almost 1 hour outside from 9.am as there put there buss hour start at 9.am..but sadly till 10. am still not open..and i just go back to my office..i hv been using digi for almost 10 years..but why recently your services so sad..

DiGi Telecommunications reloaded but balance shows otherwise!

I reloaded RM30 to [protected] on 9-3-2017 and even got a message to confirm a successful reload. However, when I tried to make a call I was told to reload again and through enough my balance was RM0.00 when I checked my balance. I also could not go online so I presume it is because I have to reload as well. My question, what the ### happened to the successful reload on 9-3-2017?

DiGi Telecommunications digi coverage

Hi. I have submitted my complaint earlier last month on the bad digi coverage in my residential area. It seems that nothing have changed and the internet access is still slow. Using the open signal apps i found out there is still no additional digi cell tower which results in the poor coverage. Here i include again the screenshot of the open signal apps and the longitude, latitude coordinate in my area in palm heights residence, lahad datu sabah. Tqvm

DiGi Telecommunications efficiency of service

I called their helpline countless times and even engaged their staff in Digi center for twice did not managed to solve the problem of settling my outstanding with Digi Bill. I call them every day straight for 1 week and still they don't seem to bother to solve my problems right away. So call the best telco service provider. It seems to them that I won't bother to lodge a complaint against them so they are taking their sweet time to settle this issue.

DiGi Telecommunications refund

issue: already subs to data plan, but digi still charge rm8.
lodged report on 18 feb-didn't receive the fund nor ase number.
lodge again on 4th mar CAS-1085706-J0D4, didnt receive the fund.
lodge again on 9th mar CAS-1140476-P9P1, was promised by a supervisor named tata ( malay lady) via an agent( she refused tk speak with me)fund within same day. but still have nt receive until now.

until today i dont know what they are doing with the case.
really bad service.
