This is Mr Ng speaking.. I was extra charge Rm100 by the Digi ..i didn't alert by the message by digi center bout my overdue Bill.. Out of sudden, you guy send me a message that I had been extra charge 100 ringgit.. Seriously?? This is how you company work? If I have pay the overdue Bill.. U can just stop my internet and everything.. U din mention anything and just simply Charge me extra rm 100..this is too over alr.. Dig company simply use any method to charge us and ask us to pay extra.. This is getting bad every each day.. Tats the reason why ur company at Sibu will destroy by outsider by using stone.. Just because ur service is really lousy.. And slow internet... Please look into this problem... I dun mind u charge me extra rm 100.because due to my mistake, I pay the bill late.. But just ..pleasu just look into this problem .. This is kinda pissed off when Digi center just simply charge me extra rm 100...
