DiGi Telecommunications complaint letter about poor customer service & incorrect bill payment ds002s0398180601010135

Dear sir/madam,
As per matter above,
One of your staff from digi outlet at kota kinabalu international airport wrongly key in my number [protected] instead of [protected]. I went to the outlet to paid my bill (kota kinabalu international airport sabah branch name petagas communication sales & service center, on 1 june 2018 1730hrs), they asked me my phone number. I gave them my previous bill as for their reference. Instead of phone number, I gave them my phone number and also my account number. I only realize that they wrongly key in my phone number when I received the tax invoice. I have refer back to them but she replied me in a rude way. She pointing her finger to the receipt she gave me before and shouted angrily that was not her fault.
How come it was not her fault if in the receipt is the correct number but in the tax invoice is the wrong number?

DiGi Telecommunications postpaid plan with phone

Dear madam,

I have requested to upgrade my postpaid plan to digi 150 qith oppo f7 (red) at alamanda center on may 1st.

Today, I have received a call from your sales rep asking to collect the phone in such a short notice. I have prior work meetings line up for today.

When I asked the courtesy if I can collect the phone and change the plan tomorrow, the sales rep mentioned the will be no guarantee the item will be made available to me as she will call the next person in line to give priority to the customer.

This is such a unfair policy for a loyal customer like me. Please escalate my concern to albert (ceo) as I foresee this as unacceptable treatment for one of your loyal customers.

Please advise what is the current outstanding balance on my account as I want to terminate your carrier and switch to a better provider due to your unprofessional customer service provided.

DiGi Telecommunications services of employees

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from the Digi centre at The Mines on 29/05/18.
A girl who serves us knows nothing and does not ask from other staff to solve for us. Whatever we have asked, she just said she does not know yet another guy with heavyset keep playing with his phone but ended up he has answered me. They are not seriously to serve customer. I hope that you look into the matter and improve the services of the staffs.

Quiry :-
Since change my package from 80 to 58 on February, 2018, my bills have increased substantially since then, let me list down what i meant as mentioned above :-

Invoice date
1 Dec, 2018 - Usage Charges - Rm5.80
1 Jan, 2018 - Usage Charges - Rm 0.15
1 Feb, 2018 - Usage Charges - Rm 88.78
1 Mac, 2018 - Usage Charges - Rm 2.70
1 Apr, 2018 - Usage charges - Rm48.40
1 May, 2018 - Usage charges - Rm112.81

Looking into Invoices for months of Feb, Apr & May, the usage charges seem to increased substantially ! This is what i need an explanation from Digi.

DiGi Telecommunications family package 250 free phone

At feb 21 2018, i make a reservation for free phone, huawei mate 10 pro, and i waited for at least 3 months, i did not receive any digi email after the reservation confirmation, then i go for digi center the garden and they tell me this phone is not in the pakage already and they ask me whether want to change other phone or not, then i change to huawei p20 pro, i ask how long it take to receive and she say 2 week to 1 month. It fine for me, and today i go ask for the phone and they tell me stock haven reach. Therefore, this pakage must be tied at least two years, and now i use this pakage for 4 months, means the two years will be active after i received the phone. So, i have wasted for four month just for the phone. For the huawei mate 10 pro, i waited for 3 month and no any email to tell me the package is die or anything until i go visit the store.pls fix this problem asap.thank you

DiGi Telecommunications I am complaining about the digi network 4g

I stay at bandar sunway pjs7/15 petaling jaya since 20+ years. Digi line stable all the time, recently start from mid of april until now may 23 almost 1 month the 4g network line unstable and the snail also walk fast then digi line. I called customer service they told me got refix something, so will making the line unstable n slow and fix until may of 15 but now already is may of 23. I use at other place stable but only I back home become like this. Some more I angry is when I talking phone that time other people can't listen what I say and same to me too. Izzit everyday I back to my home not need to use data and call? Izzit digi liying me to pay every month postpaid bills? Then why I choose digi? I feel so disappointed to digi right now.

DiGi Telecommunications buckle my balance

I just want let you know
Why I already buy a data package which is 3gb per day with RM3 but DIGI still want buckle my balance after I already buy the package. And send the message tell me "ANDA TELAH MENCECAH RM8 Boleh dapat internet percuma sehingga 11.59pm"The problem is I didn't request and answer I want pay more for take the free internet until 11.59 pm. oh! What a horrible service! Please give me a answer. My number is [protected]

DiGi Telecommunications complaint about your staff attitude

Hi there,

As per subject hope you can take an action! I come to your centre in bukit bintang at 12:25PM 19/05/2018 and this is my walk-in details to your store at bukit bintang (Digi Store Bukit Bintang.
Ticket no. 2001.
We are ready to serve you now.
Please proceed to table 1.)

Your staff was very rude.i asked about my bills because not satisfied about the amount that i need to pay but your staff action like a monster.i havent finish my speech but he stood up and asked me to get out while i was still sitting down and still asking.

So after a while he said okay he insisted me to pay the amount ans took his Tab and recount the outstanding balance.

Do you think this is the good customer service? I hope you can take an action.

He said his name Theeban but i dont know whether its his real name or what.but you can found his name by seeing the CCTV on the time i walked-in.

Very rude! No smiles, No greetings! And the worst he asked me to get out! You can see the CCTV!

DiGi Telecommunications bad network

My digi network since 1 month network coverage very problems. while talking the network automatically disconnect and once we dial(4-5 times) again the voice mail recorder (The number you are trying to call is not reachable) its really make me tension. Then how we can make emergency call. sometime the 4g network down to 3g or 2g network. How can happen like this.?

Encik Khairul has moved out of the address used in your billing Tax Invoices for more than 5 years ago.

However, we still received monthly statement sent to the old address. We have informed Digi several times but no action was taken so far. Every month we have to clear our mail box and throw away the irrelevant. I feel that its a mere waste of your administrative expenses on your side. Nevertheles, we tried to contact Encik Khairul but to no avail.

I appreciated you can take up this case immediately. It becomes a nuisance on my part having to clear this rubbish.

DiGi Telecommunications digi line becoming poor

Hi digi, I dont want to be rude but why does digi line is getting worst? Stated 4g but I cant browse a thing. Even loading instagram take a long time. My satisfaction to digi is decreasing. Please please fix this asap. Not only me but some of my friends that use digi felt the same way. Dont disappoint and let me down digi. I hope you read this and fix it soon.

DiGi Telecommunications problem about requesting for changing network

Im request for change other network to digi network. Im doing this at alor star digi center (alor star mall) on 9/5/2018. I'm done reply yes for this requesting on the next day. My problem is until now 17/5/2018 i'm still can't use my number. I had call your customer service and they can't resubmit just because it was cancel by digi. Your customer service ask me to go back to the center (alor star). But just now i'm at kuala lumpur. How to resolve this problem?

DiGi Telecommunications poor connection

When i am using internet for social media by day, its looks fine.but when by night, 8 o clock and above.the internet connection very poor. Infact is, i cant use my phone because of the internet cant be use at all. What is the purpose to subscribe internet for the month and just end up can be use for the day only. Its makes me become unsatisfied to use digi. My roomate also using same line with me, they are complaining with the conncection.Please solve this problem Digi.

DiGi Telecommunications rm 30 monthly package for internet and calls

To the person in charge :

Hi... Continue few months I found Digi simply deduct my prepaid credit amount without any reasonable reason. Normally I received your messages during midnight or early in the morning regarding my daily usage already reach RM 2. I just wonder that whole day I din make any call, why I will received such unreasonable message. II'm not so happy Digi simply deduct my prepare credit amount unreasonable as I din make use the call that your mention inside the message. At here I will attached the print screen photo for your reference. Please give me an explain the problem as soon as possible. Your action is kindly appreciated. Thanks.

DiGi Telecommunications disappointed service

My Mobile [protected]
I am a Malaysian by birth but currently residing in Indonesia. I visit Malaysia quarterly for health issues. So, for convenience, I purchase this mobile number - mainly for data if for nothing else. I paid my monthly bills via a debit to my credit card.
Recently I made such a trip to Malaysia but had to cut short my trip and be in Singapore, also for medical reasons. I was extremely disappointed that when my monthly maximum (MYR50.00?) was exceeded. the service was suddenly and without warning terminated while I was towards the end of my trip.
I was angry for the brainless approach your organization has taken to suddenly terminate my service. From the record of this account, a blind person would be able to see that I hardly touch the monthly amount of MYR50.00 much less exceed it and for a single incident of exceeding the amount. The form of payment is direct debit to my credit card should also indicate to your organization that any amount WILL be paid.
OK. so Digi has terminated the service. When Digi finally debit my credit card on its due date, the amount was paid. Guess what? the line is still inoperative till today. I have little doubt that Digi will bill me for the monthly - even if the line is inoperative.
I love to hear your excuse - perhaps I need to review my choice of providers.

DiGi Telecommunications line problem information

Dear digi, I'm am filling in an complaint regardless of the line today 7/5/18 at around 19:15 - 20:50 that had been cut off without any notice or apologies msg from digi customer service side. Due to this issue i have to head down to digi centre as my line was unable to be use & than i only know that digi tower had an issue. But when i'm back to my house area, the line was cut off again. Kindly inform & give an notice to all of your customers before your technician is doing something. As this will avoids complaints from your customers. Kindly do solve the problem asap. Location: Bandar bukit raja Klang. Thank you

DiGi Telecommunications balance deducted automatically

RM0.00: Successful registration. No subscription fee. Price: RM4.00/sms. 4 sms/month. Renewal on 04/06/2018. To cancel, send stop cplay to 33112

I got this sms from digi on 6 may at 2.55 am and RM 4.00 automatically deduct from my account. May I know how to avoid this happen again in the future.

Please advice and take action.

Desirable resolution : I want refund.

DiGi Telecommunications get the double phone plan rm150 at plentong giant

I' m looking for double free phone which is plan RM150 at the few branch store of Digi, the last Digi branch I when is at Plentong Giant, when I get to know the free phone was no more stock, I feel a bit disappointed but this digi branch staff Ms. Shin is very kind and good service on me, she take down my contact number, name and which phone I need, she mention once the free phone coming will immediately contact me. After 2 days she called me by 5:15pm said that the phone is coming, but just only have 1 sets, inform me that go their branch to get the phone, I was so excited, I quickly move to Digi Plentong Giant, finally! I get my Free Double Phone and I was so happy, because she did a good job! And she service is very well and great! Thanks Digi and Thanks Ms. Shin for helping. By Evon

DiGi Telecommunications transfer ownership issue / digi system should be upgraded

I've encountered this unsettled issue of transfer ownership which from company to individual account. I went to Digi Center to do my transfer of ownership on 13/Mac/2018, and its been done with receipt of my previous company outstanding and also advance payment of my new plan with the same number I'm using. After one to two weeks, I got the new outstanding on RM20.52 from my new plan which Digi didn't deduct from my advance payment which they should deduct from it, so I went to Digi Center to pay it though its not what I should be paying. And also I raise a request for my unsettled issue. After around one week later, I've received the call from Digi about my this request/issue (CAS-7070837-L7T7), and they already clarified to me that I don't have outstanding currently and so do to ignore every call (from 23310) or message stating that I owe company bill of RM152. etc, which I've settled and no issue of this. So I ignored with ease of heart, and today 4/5/2018, I've received a call from Digi staff (011-[protected]), insist I owed company bill that I should pay. I think this is ridiculous after more than one month I've transfered the ownership and yet asking me to pay for April bill?.. By law, I don't think I'm wrong for this issue which I already clarify with Digi previously of my outstanding then only they willing to transfer my ownership. I have evidence of receipt of the outstanding which I've paid on the day of transfer ownership at Digi Center. I strongly suggest DIGI should update and upgrade their system to more advance to avoid this nonsense issue. I have Maxis line too which I don't have any issue/problem at all that caused me wasting my precious time. If this goes on and I kept receive calls harassing me from Digi of this kind of issue which do not help me to settle it, I think DIGI have to pay for my loss and every minutes of my time wasted.

DiGi Telecommunications bad response by digi staff at east coast mall kuantan

Dear Sir/Madam,

Date: 29 April 2018

I was at the Digi office in East Coast Mall, I asked a question on how to retrieve my old number which has already expired hoping to get direction on how to retrieve the number. The Chinese staff immediately dismisses me saying that it cannot be done (her face showing that she is irritated and does not care about my request to get information but she was friendly with a Chinese lady before me).

I told her that a Digi office in Kulai told me to wait until my number is out of service, which currently is ([protected]) and go to a service center to get my old number back. And she corrected her statement and said "you need to go to the service center in UTC la, not here", looking like she was annoyed and quickly end the conversation there. I am 31 years old but I look younger than my age because I have a small build, I think that is why she disses me out quickly as if I am annoying her. She should treat all Digi customers equally. I have been using Digi for almost 10 years now, I am thinking of switching to another Telco if I cannot get my old number back.

I would like to get my old number back [protected]) and let this complaint reach to the staff other Digi customers would not fell the same way I did.
