Digi Telecommunicationsa bad experience of digi service call

I had received a call from this number [protected] at 11:10am regarding my previous plan's outstanding bill of account [protected].

I was a lilttle confused of what she try to explained to me so I might asked a few questions which make her feel unbearable and I heard she said "BODOH" before she hang up the call.
I don't think this is a good attitude for a service line.

I hope you guys do record the conversation.
