This company and their product is a scam. 100s of dollars for pills that are proprietary formula that is no different from consuming raw aloe. This company got in trouble by the FDA for making false health claims Please register online curing people of their "incurable" autoimmune diseases. Their office on google maps points to a building that doesn't even exist. The doctor's who support this are total quacks, who are on this companies pay roll. I know a guy who used to work here and he told me first hand that this company pays for, and fabricates their own reviews. scamming 1000s of dollars out of the pockets of ill people makes me sick...beware!

By my own mistake I placed an order consisting one item I didn't need. But I changed my mind only after I was charged. Thought would be no problem if I ask them to cancel. True, a lady from customer support was pretty polite and she helped me cancel the order. However, two hours later I got an email saying that my order was shipped.
I called them again and they confirmed that the order was really shipped because all of the items were available...
That's probably good, but I was said got canceled it :( I really don't need these items already and don't want to have them anymore...

I have tried some similar products in the past and they worked pretty well, so I was not afraid to try this service. They said that they would refund the money if a customer will be not satisfied with the product. Well, I bought a product and I took it daily for six months. But I didn't feel better, my health condition only got worse. I asked for a refund and they didn't even respond. So I emailed them for the second time and they only told that I should try some new products. They told me to contact them about any issues at firs, but they really don't want to help or make any refunds. They're not nice and do not care about their clients health. I believe that all positive reviews about them are fake. Don't buy their products! They wont going to help you, you'll only get sicker. The last message I got from them stated that I need to visit a doctor and my health condition does not have anything to do with their products. I don't agree with that. Horrible company and awful products.

This is a simple case of having a disease that is not curable and feeling hopeless and magically finding a "miracle cure"! No such thing! If you believe that this product Digestaqure can cure you of anything you must also believe in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, Unicorns, and Fairy Dust! I took this "placebo" for one year and it did not make any difference! I made myself believe that these people really wanted me to find the cure to Sjogren's Syndrome (I even spoke to them on the phone twice when the product was not working, after consuming two bottles), they have no medical training! They simply spew out general phrases that fit many auto-immune diseases, ask a couple of questions so they can build on "your own" words and then spin on that; they do that masterfully, I imagine that takes a lot of training. They prey on desperate people in order to make millions of dollars by selling pure and simple "snake oil"! Beware of this company and anyone on this site that says otherwise. They are the ones who are paid employees of Pristine, who else would advocate on their behalf!

I'm reading this complaint above about this company, and I am thinking how easy it would be for a competitor of a company to pretend to be a customer, and post negativity. How do we know
what we are reading and who is behind it. For example: If the "customer" really purchased a product form a company with a guarantee in writing, and the customer met the conditions of the guarantee and yet received no refund, then why on earth would the customer simply not charge off the purchase with their credit card company. If they were really "in the right, " they would win the dispute with little effort. Probably as much effort as posting here. I was suspicious, so I called Digestaqure. If you would like to be blown away by people who understand the working of the human body, call these people. They opened my eyes after 16 years of no answers from the doctors. I ordered today. I will post after a few months. Julie.
