your company is nothing but a fraud and you charge people's cards without their knowledge even when an order was not placed or has been canceled. This wannabe company needs to be shut down and reported. Do not I repeat please save yourself some time and trouble and listen to the reviews. Cause you WILL NOT get your money back. They so call want to help but at the end of there recited speech they will not refund you what's righteously yours. This company has something coming for them. Better watch out! Never know if your being investigated.
Stay away, it's a scam!
I decided to try DietOpen and signed up. Paid a little amount of money for the sample of the product I really wanted to try. There was no problem with the delivery and I received my order quite fast, but after that I noticed a charge of $80. The DietOpen rep said that I was charged for the membership and he said that I can find all the information about that on their website. I checked their site very carefully, checked all the policies and found nothing! When I asked for a refund they just did not reply. Stay away, it's a scam!
I was scammed in the very same way. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY,
I also signed up for this and have been charged. I have sent an email but can't get into contact with them on the phone. Have you been able to cancel or talk to anyone about making sure you aren't charged again?
