Diet Max Cleanse Unable to Cancel

I had subscribed to the product Diet Max Cleanse for the free trial and accepted that I had to pay the shipping charges. The product took almost one month to get to me and when I explained that the product was delayed in getting to me they extended my trial period and the date by which I could cancel. On the new cancellation date I called them to cancel and they informed me that the next shipment of product had been shipped and I would have to pay for that even though I was cancelling. they also tried to inform me that they ship out the packages as a 2 month supply to save on shipping, but thier cancellation policy only allows them to refund one purchase and that I would also have to pay for the second month supply regardless of cancelling or not. I immediately called my credit card company and had them reverse the charges, which they happily did. Two months later I found a charge on my credit card from a company called ELGTech from Haslemere which I did not recognize, and when I called the toll free number provided the number was disconnected. Through some reseach I was able to determine that this is the same company still trying to charge my card for products I have not received nor subscribed to and actually have a cancellation # for. I have now had to cancel that credit card and submit a fraud claim to get the charges reversed. what a pain in the neck, and what a bunch a scammers at this company.

I called this company over 2months ago to cancel because i saw a charge pending on my card. I was assured that it would be canceled. NOW 2 MONTHS LATER I see another charge on my card for 35.81 from the same company. Of course when i call my bank they have a different phone number on file than what is posted on the site. I have been on hold with them listening to the same recorded music for 2hrs AND IM STILL ON THE PHONE NOW ! All I want is to cancel again this product and for them to discontinue taking money from my account. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE ! VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Diet Max Cleanse Unauthorised charge to credit card

I was charged $35.81 and have filed a dispute with my card company. When I look up KMAssist.com I get a very generic page with different country phone numbers for "support." I called the number and waited over an hour but has yet spoken to anyone. On further investigation this company is Diet Max Cleanse, who I ordered a trail from BUT DID cancel all future orders and receive email confirmation of the cancellation. STILL they keep taking money from my credit card. This company needs to be STOPPED.

WHAT A SCAM! We are not protected by people like that. First they charged me under Max Diet, then Diet Max Cleanse, then ELG Tech, and today KMAssist.com . After all the phone callings to them (good Luck? ) and to my own credit card compagny and all the agravation of repeating, explaining, waiting etc. you still have to worry about what name it will be under next time plus it can be done at any given time. Furthermore they send you e-mail under different names to which you cannot reply and if you dare open it to see what it is all about you are charged automatically because by opening the e-mail, it is a confirmation of an autorized order? What a SCAM ... BANKS and CREDIT CARD COMPANY please do something about them.

Just had to cancel my credit card - 2 x transactions... 1 for $2.90 and the other for $85.61. I agreed to a free Bright White Trial - I had to pay $3.93 for a free 6 week sample. Nova pay (KMAssist) took the money - but sent me nothing! 6 weeks later - BANG - money taken again... this time $88.51. I'll fight them till I get my money back. I only get $100 a week, and this has ment I can't by medication this week.

I am going to the bank to day to cancel my credit card. My story is the same as every one else. What a mob of parasites that are to lazy to get a job. Seeing I am on a disability pension $90 is a lot of money for me. I Only authorized them to take $2.95 out of my account, So they charged me twice then 6 weeks later they take out $87 under a name called elgtech with no authorization at all

Diet Max Cleanse scam

in the ad section on Facebk, a known newscaster in St. Louis touted an acacia diet cleanse product tried by her, for 2.95$. I ordered it and a phone call from a co. enthusiastic abt the product and all these offers i'd get for free and could cancel in 14days. I said I declined anything other than the $2.95 diet product. As soon as I got "savings" brochures in the mail I called the co and cancelled it all, and never went to the website to activate the plans on entertainment, groceries, restaurants. My credit card statement has 2 charges($69.95; $87.13) to NOVAPAY-OL Hong Kong--[protected] (They don't answer the phone nor have a web site); 2 charges 0f$2.95 to savingsplans in conshohock, PA. [protected] (I did speak to someone there and supposedly I'm cancelled out with them but deny knowing anything abt Hong Kong or a place called Swiss Sciences in Clearwater FL(I was billed $2.95 and $3.95) from there and have no contact info on them. the savingsplan gave me the #[protected] as a customer service line but no answer there. I've blocked the credit card I used so no charges will go through but CC co. said no guarantee that by changing card #'s or unblocking card will stop charges. This co. needs to be stopped for sure. She said to speak to Better Business Bureau or Federal Trade Commission (they want consumers to report these places). She suggested if people want to try the products, to use a debit card for what you think you're paying for and it won't hurt your credit.

Diet Max Cleanse Free Trial cost $87.74

Diet Max Cleanse is not all it's cracked up to be---I did not lose one pound although I used XTrim along with Diet Max as recommended. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged for a 30 day supply before the 10 day trial ended. I actually thought the charge was for a subsequent shipment when I called in to cancel. It was at that time I learned the charges were for the shipment I received under the guise of a "10 Day Trial". XTrim said they would cancel my subscription, however, when I called back a second time to confirm the cancellation, I was informed no cancellation was noted, but it would be cancelled. I requested a confirmation email---as of now--none received. I still have not been able to reach anyone at Diet Max. [protected] has an all circuits busy recording. I disputed both charges Diet Max and XTrim with my credit card company.

Diet Max Cleanse Scam!!!

I have filed 5 disputes with my credit card company for charges from Diet Max 8003202983EL TECAL for amounts of $4.08; $1.57; $92.53; $3.13 and $92.46 ~ I have never received any product called Diet Max Cleanse OR Acai Max MaxCleanse which was the name on the same website as Pure Cleanse (the people at Pure Cleanse deny knowing anything about Diet Max Cleanse!) I recently received a bottle of 60 capsules of Maximum Burn from an address in Chicago (Order Processing Center, 47 West Polk St, Chicago, IL [protected]. I have tried calling the number but get a busy signal... I have asked my credit card company to reverse these charges; if this happens, I am sure someone will be in touch with me rather quickly! Unfortunately, this is just another SCAM!

Diet Max Cleanse Fraudlent Representation of Charges

Clearly deceptive representation of charges to be applied to your charge card. Refuse to give full refund
of unopened product within 5 days of receipt of product for free 10 trial period. Claim you sign up for a diet program and subscription to a website service, when you are under the impression that you are only being charged $2.95 total for shipping and handling, then charges in the amount of $87.13 per month start appearing on your card. Stay away from this company at ALL costs. Big scammers.

Today is Dec.1 2010
I also ordered for a product called Colopure but the shipping and handling charge stated it was NOVAPAY-OL [protected] HONG KONG AND I have never received any product yet! I ordered it on 11/21/10 and it was supposed to have been delivered by 11/24/10! I was charged $3.87 on 11/23/10. You have to cancel within 10 days or be charged $89.00 and be placed on autoship. I am going to file a complaint with my state for fraudulent online companies and the rest of you need to do the same thing! Keep calling their numbers and drive up their costs, stay on hold all day if you have to! Apparently they have a million names and they just keep reaping in the dough! The other company I ordered from is LEANSPA [protected] CT but I had no problem reaching them by phone and canceling before the cut off date. I read about these products in an article online a Consumer Weekly pulication but the next time I accessed the site, the reporter that took these products and recommended them, had changed her name!

I too never received the free 10-Day trial product - could not reach the customer service number provided for "Diet Max" and 7 days later I was charged $87.13 by another company called Novapay! Once I contacted my bank to report this fraudulent charge - the bank gave me a customer service number for Novapay. I have called and canceled my order and my bank card. What a nightmare! If you also ordered the cleansing product that was also offered to work with the Diet Max product - I would cancel that too - I did!

I was taken too! I purchased the product in mid-october and before I even recieved the product my account was charged 74.26. When I called they said it was taken out to make sure it was a live account and the money would be refunded within 10-15 business days. When the time came and I called again. This time they said that it was off of them and it was on my banks end. I spoke with my bank and they stated that wasn't true. I called today and they said that it should have been recieved and they would flag it and put it in front of the queries. I asked if they could send me a confirmation on that via email or whatever and they said no. Also they said it would be another 5-10 days. So its like they are just playing games.

Diet Max Cleanse Continually taking money from my account

Acai Max Cleanse Company is riping people off saying all you pay is $2.95 for shipping & handling and thats it! I called several times to cancel order and keep getting the same excuse, the phone lines are having problems (then they hang up on me) or I'm told to call back in 2-3 hours because there system is currently down. So far in the past week they have taken out almost $50 from my account. I ask my bank to no longer allow them to take any more money out of my account & I filed a complaint. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file an additional complaint. I never received the product, the customer service is terrible & this company is a big scam! Thanks to Health News Weekly" for contributing to this scam, they were the reason I decided to try it anyway! Bad advice on behalf of Helen Cohen, the person who wrote the article!

Sincerely, Mrs. Moore

I managed to cancel my order after receiving the trial but not before being charged $87 for the next shipment--which I never received even after paying for it. The next month I was charged $1.49. All of these charges were listed under "leanbodyburn". There were no charges in August. Then in Sept, Oct and Nov I have received charges for $9.76 from "profit vault". I am heading to my bank today.

So far I have been scammed almost $200.00 dollars from my credit card . I contacted my bank and cancelled the card and ordered a new on with new numbers but this company has hacked this and removed another $75.00 from my account. This company needs to be stopped now as I have only seen one amount of their product and it's a scam anyway, and they have stolen over $200.00 dollars of my money.

Diet Max Cleanse Free Trial is Not Free its a $87.13 scam

Diet Max sells a trial bottle of their diet product for $4.95. In the fine print of their terms and conditions it says that you'll be charged for a subscription if you don't cancel within 10 days. The subscription is $87.13 a month. In our case, the product hadn't even arrived in the mail before the $87.13 charge appeared. Diet Max agreed to cancel any future billings, but under their terms, they don't have to refund the $87 charge. I called the credit card company and they said there was no option to dispute this charge since it was within the company's terms and conditions. Its obviously just a scam. Do NOT buy Diet Max!

Same thing happened to me. I had the $87.13 and $2.49 charge appear on my account before receiving the product. I also canceled within the 10 days. Then I had several small amounts also on my account and they were just listed as foreign fees?. Then a few days later I had $9.76 from something called ProfitVault. I called that company immediately and threatened to call the Indiana Attorney General. That amount $9.76 was refunded the very next day. But I can't even get the Diet Max Company to answer their phones, not that it would do any good. They have told me on several occasions they would give me a refund, well guess what?...NO REFUND. Imagine that. Please DO NOT order anything from these people. It's a scam called "Company Jumping". Good luck to all of is to get our money back. It's not going to happen.

I totally agree that we should be able to do something about this "FREE" ad from Diet Max. My account was charged for $87.47 before I even received the product in the mail. When it did arrive, I marked it "Return to Sender" because I didn't like the way business was done. When I called Diet Max I was told that's just the way they do business but that they would cancel my account and refund the money. That was Octoer 4th. It is now October 20th and stll no refund. From what I'm reading in other comments I'm afraid I may not get the refund at all. I would be very happy to enter a class action suit! This kind of thing is just stealing and should not be allowed. Are there no rules for keeping this kind of trash off the internet?

I did order the FREE TRAIL of Pills both Procleanse Gold and Diet Max, but along with the original shipping total cost of $16.00, I had the additional costs of pills on my criedt card statements too. I never received them. But... the BEST PART IS... I also had over $3500.00 put on my credit card from Great Britain, (and I have never been and am in Canada) where Procleanse Gold shows up on my credit card statements, coming from? Weird or just a coincidence. Think what you may, but please do not order from these people.

I just spent over THREE hours on the phone with these scam artists. Same story... ordered the 10 day trial (account charged on 10/7/2010 for $1.49, then again on 10/8/2010 for $2.95) and THEN & days later (from original date) I was charged $87.13.

My husband and I both argued and tried to reason with them, there is NO such thing. They are all reading from a script and don't care.

SO... I called my bank, have proof of the dates they charged my account, and they are crediting my account and will deal with these idiots on my behalf.

I got caught too!

Chanel 7 (NSW) endorsed the product so I believed that it was genuine.

It amazes me that Chanel 7 would lend its name to such a scam. I certainly will be more careful about buying any products endorsed by Chanel 7 in the future.

I order the free trial of Diet Max. The ad stated I would be charged only for shipping for the first 30 days. I ordered the product and there were two charges on my card ( $87.13 and $1.49). The company is a rip off. With all the complaints listed here, we should file a class action law suit and stop frivolous companies like these from ripping people off. Companies should stand by their word and do what they say in their ads.

I only took two of the ACAIX3 once; I became nauseated, bloated and I could not eat. It was a horrible feeling. I am returning the product for a refund. I am considering filing a law suit.

Diet Max Cleanse unauthorized charged

Ordered free sample of Diet Max Cleanse but had an adverse reaction causing me to vomit. I called the company and cancelled my subscription immediately after. One month later, I did not get charged for the full 87 dollars but instead was charged $9.76 for something called PROFITVAULT which was also accompanied by an international processing fee. I investigated the charge and found that it is the same location (El Tacel in Panama) as Diet Max Cleanse. It was also the exact same MCC number (a form of merchant identification number) signifying that it was the same company making the fraudulent charges. Come to find, instead of charging me the full subscription price they created a new order under a different name but charged to my account/CC. If I had missed this fraudulent charge, they would have charged my account with full subscription charge later. I called my bank fraud department and had my card cancelled. The bank will be investigating the fraudulent charges. Diet Max Cleanse and Nutrimax Labs is a shady company scamming anyone they can find. DO NOT do business with them!

I have also fallen for this scam, thanks to the BBC & Sky News in England. Has anyone been able to contact Diet Max? I have even emailed the 'donotreply'email just incase. On the T&C's, the company say you can email cancelations but again, no email address, and to phone the States via a Mobile phone is megabuck. Credit card company keep telling me to contact the company before they will do anything.. Can SOMEONE, ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME. please email me on spicedicer@yahoo.com Thank you xxxx

Diet Max Cleanse SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

I too ordered there product thinking that it was a great deal epsecially for the price of just the shipping & handling well 2 weeks later, i also noticed a $87.47 UNATUTHORIZED! charge on my bank statement online along with an international service fee and when i called i was told that there system was down and that I need to call back within an hour...BullS&*%^!...so i simply called my bank's dispute dept and informed them about this bogus transacation letting them know that i had attempted to call the merchant to resolve this with them but they said NO REFUND and that i wanted to open the case, cancel my bank card and get another one overnighted. So they opened a case, refunded the $87.47 + the international service to me right then, and ordered me another bank card to be overnighted to me. Sure i had to pay $16 for overnight delivery (which was automatically taken out of my acct) but it was well worth it rather than possibly having thes disgusting excuses for human beings continue to scam & steal my money!

file the case to www.ic3.gov

Some said that the company of Diet Max Cleanse location is in Hollywood, FL (I just have the same problem, unauthorized charge, with brite white, which is located in Hollywood, FL) they use "donotreply.com" to do business and sent me their e-mail. What a weird domain?

Anyway, file the case to www.ic3.gov
We have to do something with these B..S...

My biggest complaint! I ordered diet max cleanse because if everyone noticed they are using the promotion of ABC WSJ.COM TODAY CBS NEWS. I seen that and fiqured I am going to give it try. I wonder if these stations realize what a scam they are promoting.

Diet Max Cleanse Charging credit card

Diet Max has charged my account twice for $87.47 although I told a representative to cancel all orders and charges. The company seems to be working with advancedcolon.com. It is unclear who to contact or how to contact anyone who can help.

Dahliah, I too got charged for $87.47, plus .70 cents twice in the month of July 2010. 7/22 and 7/26. Just happened that I CANCELLED my order on 7/22 and yet they charged my account twice thereafter! They keep running in circles saying the same thing probably read from a card! oh, it's not us. We sent out your order and it was delivered. We "had" to bill you for your order/shipment. They didn't notice that I cancelled on the 22nd? So they send out a product and then CHARGE me for it? WOW! What an idiot I am!

Diet Max Cleanse Diet Product Scam

Ordered product on 9/2 and they claim they shipped it on 9/16 but I never received it. They had no proof of shipment or delivery but blamed me for not contacting them within 10 days to cancel. They charged my credit card $87.47. The best they would offer me was a $20 credit but their credit site states they will send my account info to a fraud database. They are the FRAUDS! This is a scam. Do NOT order. I sure hope the law catches up with these people really soon. When I asked for the name of the company owners I was told they couldn't provide me that info. Definitely trying to keep one step ahead of the law.

In Silver Spring, MD, my neighbor took one AcaiX3 pill on two occasions. She said that each time she felt dizzy after the pills. The Food and Drug Administration needs people who have had adverse reactions to Diet Max dietary supplements to contact their respective FDA Consumer Complaint Coordinators who vary by ones State of residence. The following lists States and telephone numbers of the Complaint Coordinators: a) Georgia, NC, SC = [protected]; b) Illinois = [protected]; c) Ohio and KY = [protected]; d) Wisc, ND, SD, MN = [protected]; e) WA, OR, MT, ID = [protected]; f) NJ =[protected]: g) NY = [protected]: h) NV, HI, CA with 936 + zip codes = [protected]; i) AL, LA, MS, TN = [protected]; j) All New England States = [protected]; k) MD, WV, VA, and DC = [protected]; l) IN and MI = [protected]; m) FL = [protected]; n) KS, MO, NE, IA = [protected]; o) AZ and CA with zip codes from 90000 to 93539 = [protected]: p) Philadephia and DE [protected]; PR and VI = [protected].

You need to call your respective Complaint Coordinators if you really want something to be done to stop Diet Max. These people cannot deal with the financial aspects --- but they can and will take action on the adverse reactions a number of you have reported, if you call. Please have your bottles of any diet supplements you received from Diet Max so you can be specific which supplement you received, for example, AcaiX3.

I had the same experience as everyone else here. I finally went to my bank to close my account (I had given up hope on ever getting my money back after calling them numerous times and wanted them to stop stealing money out of my account) And the lady at my bank asked me why I was closing my account and opening up another. So I explained what these fradulent people were doing (taking $ out of my account even though I cancelled right after ordering) and she said we could file a dispute. This was on Saturday, Novermber 7th, and I got the money back in my account today Tuusday, November 9th! So, to all of you who have had this happen to you, try and talk to someone at your bank.. It's worth it!

This company offered a free trial for delivery charges only. Gave 10 days for trial but cannot reach them to cancel account on the 8th day. However, when inquiring about my credit card, my company say that Diet Max Cleanse has already charged $87.47 to my account and I have not been given a chance to cancel since they do not answer their phone and the email...
