I ordered a free Colon Cleanse and had to pay small amount of postage I have had amounts of $99.11 $6.20 98cents on my credit statement it was written as Better Health, i sent them back with letter asking them to stop the order and to refund my money these debits were all on 4th Nov, On the 15th of November i recieved another shipment exactly the same as the first one both had no information no letter with ant details and no way to ring as no phone number .The amount taken out was $87.34.There is a name on the box Nick Profast C/- Australian Mail Services P/O Box 864 Mascot NSW 2020.I need someone to help me find out how to stop them getting my account.

I too have been scammed! I've sent numerous emails to cancel the order. I also rang the Australian number to find the number is incorrect. Surprise, surprise! I never even got a chance to have a trial period. Half my order arrived 6 weeks after order date and only after I started a bank dispute. I returned goods with a letter cancelling my order to Mascot, NSW. No response. Another half order has arrived and 2 more $100+ charged to credit card! I will try and ring the USA number tomorrow. I do feel a lot better knowing I'm not the only one taken for a ride.

Well for someone who feels like they are on to scam, , , i got caught good... but don't feel so alone now.. the 1 888 above, what is the complete number pre the 1 to dial from australia, if anyone knows i would be grateful.

Nomie. They won't cancel ye account via email u need to call them. I tried emailing to cancel several times but payments kept being deducted. Ph the 1 888 number mentioned above at 6am Mon-fri u'll get thru to someone. It is an international call but it's the best thing to do to get away from them altogether. It took me 10 mins to get thru to someone. Goodluck!

I wish I had seen these comments before I got sucked in. I have lost over $400. I feel so stupid. The bank has canceled my card but said I can't get the money back. I need to talk to someone else there I think. I was told that the payments could still come out of my new card! Apparently I have to email the company and cancel any further payments but I have no email address for them. Can anyone help?
All I have is the PO Box address for the product. No paperwork arrived with the product. How dumb can I be? Good luck everyone!

I wish I'd seen these comments before I got sucked in. I can't believe I did this. I feel really stupid. I have lost over $400. My bank has canceled my credit card but I was told the payments could still come out of my new card! They said I could not get the money back. I need to talk to someone else there to pursue it further. I was told that I need to email the company to stop any payments before my bank will act but I do not have an email address. Can anyone help?
My package also came from the Profast - support@getslimpackage.com, P O Box 864 Mascot NSW 2020 with no paperwork. Good luck everyone!

I didn't return just called bank to advise payment was unauthorised. Call them on Monday at 6 am to cancel yr account . They are making so much bloody money out of us it's sickening.

Yet another victim, have just contacted my credit card company re same been charged $230 plus for trial which had not arrived and was ordered 20th December. Arrived today. Has anyone managed to return unopened and receive a refund?

Yet another, I contacted my credit card provider just yesterday to make a complaint as these were ordered 20th December 2010, as all the others affected I too had my credit card hit with over $230 of charges. Would you believe the trial packs arrived today. Has anyone sent the packages back unopened and received a refund?

I just called to cancel my account. I told the guy that this offer is disgusting and how could he work for an organisation that is ripping people off. You should call them and cancel the account. I called at 6am Sydney time and got through after 10 minutes. I feel somuch better about it.

OMG this has ALSO HAPPENED TO ME. i can not belive it, they have taken £2.95 and £63.59 my bank are now investigating it. i have had to cancel my account and card! i ordered this on line on Sunday 16th for £2.95 free delviery UPS then called me on monday 17th, i missed the call as i was at work. i will warn my friends on facebook of this. i hope we all get our money back.

Hi, I am in the same boat. I disputed the charge through my bank, but they told me that even if I change my card, they can still take money off, from the new one if the “contract”( Terms and conditions) I agreed to allows them to do so. Email replies are automated, the Australian phone number is missing a number. I rang the US number through Skype this morning and I got through. Finally I talked to a “person”. I cancelled my order asked for refund and stopped any further charges. I gave him my uncensored opinion about his company. His quick respond was that the Terms and Conditions are everywhere on the website and they only charging what we agreed to when we signed up. OMG! It happened to me too. I was charged three times. I have just contacted my bank and they raised a dispute with "Better Health" on my behalf whilst on the phone and it was approved straight away and I am getting my money back within 3 working days. I am also cancelling my credit card for safe measure. I say we promote this hoax allover social media so no-one else is fooled like us. I have started to promote it on facebook too. They must be stopped.

Better Health Supplies is a completely different company and is taking legal action against this "Better Health" organisation that is wrongly charging us. Thanks to Rhonda from Better Health Supplies for your advice.. The number to contact "My diet Max Cleanse" hoax is [protected]. Sadly Better Health Supplies is wrongly coping abuse from the world about this fraudulent offer.

I too have had this happen i sent 4 emails over a month ago with no reply to my last request today the money was taken over a hundred dollars worth.. This is a scam i have contacted my bank via email as the call centre is not open lets hope something happens

I went straight to my bank and cancel my credit card, filled out a form stating that I did not authorize these transactions, they sent me to make a police report to be returned to the bank, a week later i got a form to sign and today the money was refunded. so guys make a fuss and you may get somewhere and this company may get their just desserts

talk to your bank now the money will keep coming out, reply to any emails they have sent you requesting immediate cancellation of any orders and subscriptions, not that you will get a reply but the bank will need these to
justify them refusing further payments to these creeps. But please make sure you talk to your credit card company or bank otherwise the payments will keep coming out, most of the banks are aware of the scam and will assist you.

I too am well over $200 out of pocket, have a hold on the credit card so more no charges come out, senders address...Profast Box 864 mascot. I cannot contact them at all but if you go back to the website they offer express cancellation for only $19.95 yeah sure ...

Wow, Yet another so called "sucker"! I have threatened legal action and Dept of Fair trading to no avail. This company just does not seem to exist. I am posting back my trial package and plan to take this further. Keep posting updates and we should all be able to get to the bottom of this somehow?

Hi guys,
Please let me join the frustrated group of you out there!
I too ordered Colon cleanse and have been charged over $200, hmmmm... it appears we have been ripped off.
I would like to know where we go from here. Consumer affairs?
Does anybody live in Sydney? Can someone wait at PO BOX 864 in Mascot, and then get the owner of the box to give us our money back by any means neccessary?

WOW...Not just me!...Only difference is i used my visa debit card!..I would be very interested to know if anyone has managed to locate the company!..I believe it is affiliated with Rob Poulos! Who's name haunts my email!...Despite numerous complaints to the "support/contact" email...Nothing!..I don't like being a sucker!

I have had the same thing happen to me, only ordered the free trial last Thursday with only postage to pay and lucky enough I checked my credit card to find that they had charged me $104.59 x 2 plus postage of $8.06. Looks like they charge a different amounts every time they send these products out. I spoke to my bank on the Monday to stop them withdrawing any further amounts and they too will be investigating this on my behalf. The address on the box is the same - Profast - support@getslimpackage.com, P O Box 864 Mascot NSW 2020.

You need to contact your credit card company to dispute withdrawal and they will protect u from further withdrawals from that company. I contacted my credit card company and they are sending me a new card as it has been compromised. They said up to 3 months to resolved.

I too have done the same thing and had money taken have emailed the company as the phone numbers are not valid have not had any response i have had 2 withdrawals of around $100 amounts when i should have only paid shipping of $7.50 i got the acia berry get slim aswell as the colon cleanse very dissapointed and am calling my credit card company to put a block on the card and somehow trace the company and get my money back.
