Dick Smith Ford Raytown MO / service and recall on my 2014 ford fusion
I recently took my vehicle in for two recalls Ford Fusion 2014. The dealership informed me that it would be all day, and to my surprise both recalls were done in less then three hours. Upon inspection of my vehicle I noticed damage to the fender on the left side. I also noticed that my door panels are loose and was not put back together properly. I have had several unpleasant encounters with Dick Smith Ford. I was told that my warranty was expired but they could not give me a date . I spoke to several persons in add ons and was never contacted. I finally got with the manager who responded to my concern and informed me that my warranty wasn't up until 2018 . I am a retired Ford employee and I would never ever treat a customer the way I have been treated. I have heard nothing but horror stories concerning Dick Smith Ford and I will never shop there again or have my vehicle serviced there. I will not recommend Dick Smith Ford to anyone. Any Ford dealership but them .
