Bought a english bulldog with papers and never got papers many excuses and never got papers very unprofessional excuse after excuse and nasty emails

puppy was undweight and had kennel cough and long finger nails at pickup
have no idea of birthdate
tattoo id was unreadable our vet told us it was done very poorly

Any way we love our dog and are glad we got him away from those horrible people

But I wish I knew his back ground

I have been scammed by the Deneys. Trying to get a case against them. If you would like to be apart of this case please contact me at jlieber@me.com. I was giving the wrong dog. Purchased the first dog put was given the second dog. Then I have been harassed by this lady when I ask for answers. Plus my dog is not 8 weeks old like she said. My vet said this dog is barley 4 weeks old.

We are yet another victim of diamond acres kennels. We live in amarillo texas. Paid $1600 for a frenchie back in 2005, and never got the papers. We paid extra for them. We love our dog, but these people are scam artists.

I am also a former victim of Gary and Evonne Denney, Diamond Acres Kennel. I purchased a bulldog from them in 2007. I picked out a puppy and prepaid a deposits and airfare to have him delivered by plane. I paid almost 4000.00 to have this puppy delivered to me with AKC registration papers. I picked the puppy up from the airport with no registration papers. I called and e-mailed Evonne for months and months and her reply was she was waiting for the breeder to send her the UKU papers so she could register the puppy with AKC and she would mail me the papers as soon as they arrived.
I paid extra money for the registration papers and It's now 2013 and I have never received any papers from her.

You are one of VERY many people that have been scammed by the Denneys. I am hoping that they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent. I would love nothing more than to see them pay for what they did to all of these people who just wanted a puppy to love. Many of whom received sick puppies that had to be put down. Keep up your posts - and hopefully we can all join together for a class action lawsuit!
