Beware of Di Wu and Sherry Hsu - a disgrace to Chinese community in San Diego! We rented their condo. When we were leaving, we scheduled cleaning folks for last couple of days for carpet and general cleaning and wall touch up. a week before the move out Di Wu called us & asked if we could vacate a week earlier as a favor since they had returned back from China, he was forced to live with his in-laws (Sherry Hsu's parents) who weren't very happy about it - specially with Di Wu.
As a favor, we agreed to vacate 3 days earlier as long as Di Wu and Sherry Hsu give us credit for those three days - we also agreed on Di Wu and Sherry Hsu deducting an agreed upon cost for cleaning.
However, 10 days after we moved out of the city, Di Wu emailed us claiming that the cleaning cost was more than the agreed upon cost. Di Wu and Sherry Hsu also renegaded on the 3 day credit for giving them the possession of the house earlier.
Since then, we have heard rumors that Di Wu and Sherry Hsu operate a Chinese Massage Parlor in their Sabre Springs Condo which offers full service - if you know what that means!
I am talking legal action but wanted to want future prospective tenants, - do NOT rent from Di Wu or Sherry Hsu, they are crooks and scammers, and a disgrace to San Diego Chinese community!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
