Dhstyles Unsatisfied

I was sent the wrong product the following is online conversation.
[ramona] Order# 11975 I ordered Roma 1143x I got leopard pajammas instead?

[Sydnee] Can you give me the sku on the pajamas?
[ramona] 11143x
[Sydnee] Thank you
[Sydnee] I'm terribly sorry you got the wrong item, I will send you a label to send the product back to us
[ramona] The dress I ordered was 175x
[ramona] sorry 1175
[Sydnee] According to the order you gave me you ordered the 1143X dmaxi dress
[ramona] I just looked it up
[Sydnee] If it is order 119775, you ordered Roma-1143x-Black-Tan Seductive Leopard Print Plus Size Maxi Dress - 3X, and Sowu-002x-Red Fabulous Slinky Open Back Plus Size Cocktail Dress - 3X
[ramona] They may have put that but that is not what I ordered. I ordered a 1175 and the red cocktail dress.
[Sydnee] Not according to your incoive

[Sydnee] which comes directly from what you ordered, it hadn't been modified. You did recieve the wrong item but not from the item you are saying
[ramona] my invoice is incorrect I odered Roma-1175x-Black-Brown Alluring Mixed Animal Print Plus Size Maxi Dress size 3x
[Sydnee] Yes that is what it says
[Sydnee] wait hold on
[ramona] 1175 not 1143
[Sydnee] Those dreses are very similar
[Sydnee] But according to the records you ordered 1143x. Now, we no longer have 1143X, so what I can do is give you credit for the wrong item once we see that the label we send you is shipped. Then you can purchase the 1175X dress
[ramona] They are not similar at all one has thin straps and one is a halter top. the only thing they have in common is colour. If I wanted the dress I received I would have ordered it.
[Sydnee] Well all I can go by is the records, they are the same price so maybe it was put in by mistake when you ordered
[Sydnee] I have told you what I can do, the actual dress is not the point as they are the same price and the one you want is the one we have I stock.
[ramona] How can you say the actual dress is not the point? This is the first time I have ordered from your company and I am very disapointed. I order clothes all the time off line this is the first time I have ever had this problem. I would like to take my complaint higher please.
[Sydnee] I am the highest you can complain to
[Sydnee] Now, I am sorry that you received the wrong item. But I just wanted to move on from arguing over what item you did actually order because it will not affect anything that happens to correct this situation
[Sydnee] And I want to correct the situation so we can get you the correct item
[ramona] ok
[Sydnee] This is what we can do, I can send you a label that you can print out and put on the package to send back to us, once you have sent it, I will give you credit for the item(with shipping of course) so you can reorder the item.
[Sydnee] It won't cost you anything extra, other than time.
[ramona] Why would you not send the correct item at the same time you you send the return package. If this was my error I could understand. But I was swnt the wrong item

[Sydnee] Because that item was not in our system I cannot.
[Sydnee] The system is not set up for me to do that.
[ramona] The item is on your web site right now
[ramona] just as when I ordered it
[Sydnee] Since the item in the invoice is not what you said you ordered it cannot be sent
[Sydnee] I am also going to give you an extra $5 store credit for the inconvenience.
[ramona] I give up! I will no longer order from your site and will post this conversationto warn people not to order from you. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
[Sydnee] I am sorry you feel that way I am doing everything I can to help you
[Sydnee] I can't make the system work in a different way, I don't program the website
[ramona] I am not blaming you its your company that makes the rules and you just follow them I understand this
[ramona] Thank You For Your time...
[Sydnee] I will send you the label to return the item as soon as possible.
[ramona] It's ok I will keep the pj's and consider it a lesson.

Cheap quality clothes, high prices. Rather go to ebay to find name brands for cheaper price.

Dhstyles refund

I have been trying to get a refund/credit from this company for 2 weeks. I cant reach them by phone and when I told them by email i was gonna contact the BBB and you i received an email saying to check my records that there was a note on their records that i had been refunded to check my accounts, which I did and there was not. they have sent it supposedly to some kind of company where every time i put in all of my info it says invalid-email/password. And i made one purchase and next time went to order it said my account had been canceled which i dont understand because it is not a credit account i paid by debit card so why could they just not refunded my bank account? I think they are doing their best to keep my money. So i wanted to let other people know to beware and their clothes are cheaply made also and do not look like the pictures

if you would like to get my confidence in you back then make it good ...either refund my money or send my dress i ordered
