Subject: request letter for waive of noc/bis.
Respected sir,
We had visited bis office for noc/ clarification certification in velachery, chennai on 26th apr.
They said importing product is not manufactured from india so unable to provide it and ms. Vasantha from bis office spoke to customer care executive informed same.
And after your instructions /mails contacted delhi, they gave quotation for bis certificate 1.2 lakh with service tax and duration of 90days.
But totally value of the batteries 10k /- and I am currently in financial hardship.
As am unable to pay 1.2lakh for noc and respectfully ask that you consider letter for waive of noc.
Kindly advise me further, and we very much unhappy and dis pointed because no response.

DHL Express an order that was "lost"

My husband ordered me a tee shirt and it got "lost". I emailed the company and got no reponse. I know that the order was actually stolen by an employee of DHL. I have called the company that the order was from and they are replacing it and it better make it to me or I will be filing a grievance against your company. You have one of the worst ratings also.

DHL Express invoicing

Received a package in November of 2016 and got a call yesterday (March 9, 2017) about an outstanding invoice. Checked all my records (I'm the receptionist for the company) and couldn't find anything record about either DHL or the vendor the package was from. Got an emailed copy of the invoice and called to ask why I hadn't received the invoice before I started getting calls about it being outstanding; customer service rep. said it was a normal occurrence. If you're interested in staying up to date with your payments/ records/ A/R files I would highly suggest not using DHL. They've been hard to deal with and clearly are not organized

DHL Express worst!!!

I decided to use DHL because I thought they were reliable! I used to hear a lot about DHL and people said that they were safe to use and DHL themselves claimed they had high quality service. In my opinion DHL is nothing like that!
I sent some documents via this service and paid over $200 for delivery. There were very important documents, and some originals (my degree for example) and they lost it. They lost my documents and now they said they can't find them and they have the nerve to say I'm stressing a lot! Are you kidding me? DHL is the worst, super expensive, good for nothing, overrated service. I will never use them again. But first I'll do everything what is possible to get my documents back and they better help me or I'll hire a lawyer and sue them! Worst!

DHL Express refused coverage of broken item in shipment

I filled out and submitted the DHL claim form as requested with a lot of trivial information (package weight, sender address and other information DHL already has). After waiting a week a get your response, you are directing me: " to either contact the shipper, or the party from whom you made shipping arrangements or from whom you purchased the goods in question, for any compensation you believe you may be due. " This is ridiculous. DHL accepted the in-tact package from the shipper, who paid for DHL insurance. DHL shipped the package to me. Upon delivery, the DHL driver and I open the package and found the one item broken, which he took a picture of. I filed a claim. I will not contact the shipper in Fes Morocco, who only speaks French and Arabic.

DHL Express my shipment with airway bill no [protected]

My shipment order from www.Rexbo.Eu, arrived in the philippines last janyaury 14, 2017. Nobody contacted me about my shipment which held in the bureau of customs until i call their office in manila. I was told that i have to make a letter to bureau of customs for an informal entry since, i was not aware of the rules of the customs. This was my first time to order from online spare parts store., i was informed that i was given approval for the informal entrty from the customs. I was made to submit the proof of payment of the order i made. I sent all necessary documents to supoport my shipment., including the invoice from www.Rexbo.Eu. But, for my dismay and discouragement until today january 30, 2017, nobody from dhl manila what is the status of my shipment. I do not know why it take so very long time to have my shipment delivered here in my place, davao city, philippines.

Can you please help me and assist me for expediting the release of my shipment.

DHL Express shipping

I ordered 16 Yeti cups in mid November and paid more than $330.00 via Wish.com My local DHL contacted me to deliver them on November 28 without a signature. When I said no to that request, my package was never delivered. When I called to check on the status of my package, the DHL rep was less than helpful. She said that my package was seized in "customs" and that they couldn't help me. They told me to contact customs. I inquired as to why this information was not relayed to me proactively with a phone call from DHL, she said they don't have time to notify customers. My thought is how are they still in business? I have to track down my package and jump through hoops to locate it or find out its status. Where is their responsibility as the courier? The DHL agent said it was against the law to "tip me off"...like I am some high level criminal. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Unbelievable! She also would not give me the local DHL phone number. She refused to do so. What can I say, other than this is customer service at its finest. I will probably not get these items in time for Christmas, if at all. I guess someone at DHL/customs thought Yeti cups would make nice Christmas gifts for their friends and family. I feel duped.

DHL Express delivery service

I've had a third and final issue with DHL.
It seems to me that they just create extra work for themselves and do not release the parcels.
- First parcel was held for a month, because they kept saying that my duties need to be paid, but they were paid in person! (they could not find the record of that)
- Second parcel was never delivered - kept saying that Canada Customs are the bad guy, not them, that they don't have all the documents. Yet, I kept asking what else should I send - they could not say. The parcel was sent Express!
- Third parcel was never delivered. Same thing - not enough documents and Canada Customs they said is the bad guy.
You decide for yourself, but I've ordered another parcel from the same place and used different delivery company - it was delivered on the next day. Canada Customs is great to deal with, they have rules and regulations, they are fast. DHL is like a molasses - if they got hold of your parcel, it would be a month at best before you see it! Avoid!

DHL Express line leads

I currently work for bayer on 1st shift and i never worked in a place of business where people are supposed to lead by example but talk to you any kind of way just because they are permanent and don't wanna help get the work out i am a very hard worker and cannot work in this type of environment and nothing is done about it because the workers for bayer is being over looked which is not fair i report to work to do just that not to be intimidated and drilled because of someone elses attitude problem

DHL Express dhl parcel delivery notification / the cost of shipment and insurance fee,

I have recieved a letter from dr. Abdullah al-thani of libya informing me to contact mr. Konseiga who is working at dhl express office, burkina faso which he instructed him to send me a atm debit visa card of (Two hundred fifty thousand dollar ($250, 000, 00) he deposited on my behalf as a compensation for my past efforts and attempt to help him and his family when they were in burkina faso. I contact mr. Konseiga the director of dhl burkina faso and advised me to send the sum of $us 230 dollar for the shipment and insurance fee to enable this company deliver my parcel without any further delay through western union or money gram under the name ofreceiver’s name iteme helen of 01 bp 3025 ouagadougou, burkina faso. He said he will forward the tracking number of my package once the delivery commence after receiving
The insurance coverage and shipment fee so that i will know when my parcel arrived at our dhl branch office in my country. Ijust want to know if this contact peson director konseiga has any connection at dhl express office is he the real director or he and mr. Abdullah althani are culprit. Please email me for the investigation because this mr. Konseiga is now bullying me through email.

DHL Express no delivery

I posted a parcel using dhl international to karabuk, turkey early may 2016. And still has not been delivered. No one from the company ever responds to you. The email to their customer relations team does not respond at all. Not even an acknowledgement or phone call. Its been weeks and i have not heard from anyone regarding what happened to my parcel.

DHL Express stolen package

I ordered 2 Coach bags from the U.S. When tracking it, the shipment showed as "delivered" on April 25 at 6:39 pm. This is impossible. First of all, there was no one home on that date at that time. I personally was at the library studying. Secondly, the lady driver claims that the recipient came to the front door, that she checked the address 3 times, received a signature and handed the package over to the correct address. This is complete bull. There is a very unique thing that happens when you go to our front door. I asked DHL to ask the driver what happens and I doubt she can tell us because she never came to the door. Coach won't help because they fulfilled their obligation. DHL claims they are investigating but I doubt anything will come of this. This was a $900.00 purchase and I doubt I will get any resolution. The signature panel shows a signature that isn't even mine. DHL needs to reimburse me for my purchase. My next recourse is the police because this is THEFT.

You need to report the theft to the police. If someone came to your door, signed for the package, then both DHL and Coach are in the clear.

DHL Express custom clearance issues

Dear Sir/Madam,
I sent a box of french chocolates via DHL express to my friend in Bangalore.
It was supposed to be a pleasant surprise, not a nightmare to handle.
Indian Customs still keeps this box for "custom clearance" for days, requesting my consignee to provide additional information: his passport ID, his driving license, his electricity bill, even his rental agreement just for a proof of shipping address. Surely, there is no need of all that just to deliver a box of chocolates. How come the chocolates come into category of "dangerous goods" or "luxury goods"? Which governmental decrea stipulates it? DHL India, is, of course, unhelpful. No answer at all. Which image gives India to the outside world? I feel so ashamed in front of my friend in India to cause him so many issues just because of a nice surprise of chocolates I wanted to make!
After experiencing all this, I would not recommend anyone to send anything at all to India. Not sure about other courier services, but DHL failed me already for a few times there. Every time due to the custom clearance.

DHL Express dhl deferred payment

Received an invoice from DHL for $14.32 import taxes and $11.00 services for paying those import taxes for clearing customs. Those charges should for deferment payment should be decreased or eliminated because DHL makes delivery of foreign items daily in large quantities. Therefore I will be very reluctant to use this carrier next time. Because only in that way they can realize the disservice they make to people overcharging for their service. Make them know by avoiding using their service and you will make them honest. Change occurs by self realization or obligation.

DHL Express unethical behaviour

Poor Courier Service and exhorbitant charges: DHL
My parcel Waybill # [protected] was couriered from South Africa - left South Africa - on 06 January, 2016. Delivered to me today on 25 January, 2016 at 13:47 following several e-mails to DHL and finally getting assistance from one Edith Muganda (DHL staff).The contents of my parcel was cosmetics (3 items) for personal use that I had purchased back home and books that I had collected for work - but forgot hence these were couriered to me, in Nairobi, Kenya (UNDP). The books were not in the parcel because family did not pack them - they only packed the cosmetics.

What is at issue is:
1. the length of time it took for a couriered parcel to reach me. With the same message of Clearance Event for an entire 3 weeks!
2. The taxes I had to pay for the parcel, listed below with costs in KSH, and the variation of the terminology which I find very confusing and not explained anywhere what it relates to (invoice available if required)
- Customs Duty 2 375.00
- Customs Value Added Tax 1 995.00
- Govt of Kenya Fee (G.O.K.) 5 000.00
- Customs Excise Duty 594.00
- Concession Fee 250.00
- Revenue Stamp 2.00
- KEBS Inspection Fee 800.00
- Railway Development Levy 142.00
- Administration Fee 213.79
- VAT 16% 34.21
Total Amount 11 406.00

I am wondering if all these charges are applicable to all courier packages entering the country or is it only exclusive to DHL. Are these charges in line with government laws - if so why so many duties paid? As for Railway Development Levy...How - I have not even used any railway this was all by air!. If so this gives me good reason to consider advising those who wish to use DHL - to dissuade them from doing so. I will welcome support to help me understand what I got myself into and help others who might fall into the same trap and learn the hard way like I did.

DHL Express stay away!

It seems like having a happy experience with DHL is a myth. I bought some products from China. The tracking system showed that my order is picked up, but tracking info never updated. When it finally updated, it said the package was returned to the shipper. I also received an email stating I need to contact DHL customer service. So I contacted DHL and they told me to contact the shipper. Then few days later, it showed that package was delivered to my city. But it was signed for "Jameson", but there's no one in my household with a name even close to that. The package was never delivered to me!

DHL Express customer service

HORRIBLE SERVICE, WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING 1- DHL canada left a package at my home, that was not mine. I called them 5x to pick up package so the person waiting for me can have it. It's been 1 wk now and I still have the package. Overtime I called I got a different answer. 2-Waiting for a package from DHL, they can't find the tracking number and have told me to call other carriers., even though the shipper clearly staes its from DHL. A package can't be in limbo for 2wks! Still no package.

DHL Express releasing, customs clearance

Warning! Don't use DHL Philippines specially on your business! This company just give us nightmare and horrible experience! I cannot explain the intensity feeling of anger, frustration, and disappointment and we have. We order goods from china for reselling here in Philippines. It arrive from China to Manila for just 2 days, and as of now I am writing this its almost 1 week at DHL. Everytime we call for follow up they said its still at customs for physical inspection! For 1 week! And its just a small package, how come its not yet done for 1 week when they can do it for minutes!

DHL Express the most irresponsible courier company

DHL delivered my package to wrong address and released my parcel to whoever open the door on Nov.10, 2015. When I pay the duty tax at DHL YVR GW, Richmond, B.C. in the morning, I confirm the signature is requested when delivery. From 11:00 to 17:00 we are waiting for the exciting gift; at 16:30 we found out online tracking the parcel was delivered at 16:05. All I can do is calling DHL customer service centre right away, hopefully they can catch the driver and get my package back before it's too late. The reply from their customer service agent is : all he can do is filing your missing item and wait for someone call me tomorrow. No one can contact driver and nothing he can do. Next day I got a email from " eena c/o wecare @DHL Express Canada", not only their apologies but also their suggestion, they said : for future shipments I recommend asking the shipper to provide the correct value of the shipment. If they undervalue the shipment, that will result in an under payment when it comes to a refund. What a ridiculous service. Being a international courier company, the careless working attitude can not complete their service. No matter what value my package, delivery to wrong address and released item to somebody else is an inexcusable mistake. Whoever has chance need courier service, please make sure " do not choose DHL " !
