DHL Express parcel containing wine

Premium Drinks International in Portugal dispatched a parcel containing Port Wine to me via DHL on 10 April 2019. The cost of carriage was expensive at €41.82. To date I have not received it. DHL tracking shows that the parcel was in Germany on 26 April 2019.

Can you have DHL deliver this parcel without delay to me at

DHL Express philippine embassy attestation

I am writing complain regarding the philippine embassy attestation service. I am currently in the UAE and ask my friend to process my papers for dfa red ribbon. They said they need SPA from the Philippine embassy here in UAE, with my friend's passport copy allowing him to proccess the papers. So i sent the SPA to the Philippines with all the documents needed and now they said it should be the dhl company's name that should be written in there not my friend's name, and they dont need any passport for that. It's been a month, and i've waited for nothing because of that f*cking instruction.
To the dhl management please give sanctions for that branch, too many complaints already. It's a waste of time and money.!

DHL Express irresponsible and big liar

Shame on you DHL. Unreliable and irresponsible company. Day 1 got a text message said the delivery will be the same day, waited till 1 pm got another text message said the recipient not home. I called back DHL immediately told them I was at home at the time in receipt the message. They verify the address with me looks like a small error on the address. It is understood but if the address was in error and no way the driver able to reach my home and how they claimed the recipient not at home. Any way, they promised to do the delivery on the next day after reconfirmed my address. Day 2, I waited till 5 pm and no show, I called back they said sorry they make a mistake by text me the wrong date of delivery. Day 3, i got a text message at around 1 pm said the recipient not at home and I was sat in my house while the message came in. This is a very important doc that I need to carry with my on my business trip and due to the screw up and I need to cancel my trip. Till this moment, DHL still not delivery my package. I give 0 rating and urge ppl not to use their services if you are in urgent.

DHL Express never again dhl

Dhl sent my extremely expensive and irreplaceable package to the wrong country. And now its lost to the abyss. No one knows where it is or what happened to it. I will never be able to replace it because only one was ever made. I'm waiting for update from this other country as to whether or not they are going to declare it lost. After that theres nothing dhl can do for me. I actually wondering if someone seen it, wanted it and then "lost" it . To keep it for themselves. Because like I said it was very valuable and irreplaceable. I never imagined something like this would happen and I've never experienced this with any item I have ever ordered online. I will never again order from anyone who ships through dhl. Worst company ever

DHL Express delayed express delivery

On or about 11:53 on 10 April 2019, DHL Servicepoint [protected] in Heidelberg, Germany, submitted a 0.5 kg shipment with the DHL tracking number [protected] for next day delivery in Castiglioncello, Italy. It was processed at Mannheim, Germany, a distance of under 25 miles, at 20:23 for dispatch to Frankfurt where it arrived and was processed by 21:30. It departed Frankfurt at 22:53.

It was transferred through Cologne, Germany shortly after 04:00 on 11 April. It arrived in Bergamo, Italy at 05:35, departed that facility at 7:32 and arrived at Leghorn/Livorno, Italy at 10:52 on 11 April. It did not depart that facility until 08:47, 12 April to be sent to a delivery facilty, also in Leghorn/Livorno where it arrived at 09:42. At 12:12 it was reported as being "with delivery courier. Eight minutes later it was receipted for at the recipient's address.

This is NOT one day delivery and the 21 hours spent in Livorno are unexplained and unacceptable. As recipient, I have reimbursed the shipper for the €47.90 you charged him; the delay was clearly not his fault.

DHL Express online tracking is a joke. customer service is a joke.

I have nothing good to say about this company. The online tracking they provide is a joke. It just says 'The parcel is with the courier and it will be delivered by the end of business'

So, I have to wait at home from around 8AM until 8PM to get my parcel. Remember DHL is an international company and they can't be bothered to provide proper tracking. Other delivery companys I've used provide real-time tracking. They show on google maps where to driver is and how many deliveries the driver has to make before the driver gets to you.

The second point is their customer service is a joke as well. I called the customer service number but it was just an automated message with no option to speak to a real person. I did search online to get an alternative number and I did get through to a real person. He said I had to call another number so I did. I didn't realise at the time that it was an 0844 number which costs about 25p per minute from a mobile phone, so they are scamming customers with expensive phone charges as well.

It is obvious that this company doest not care about its customers. Avoid them.

Hello!
Crihan Liviu call me, I am a simple man, the behavior of DHL Express Bucharest versus AWB [protected], will disqualify people first and then as a company. The company is willing to do such things, it exceeds any limit of the economic and commercial education and civilization. Two weeks ago, DHL Express Bucharest employees keep a package coming from China, waiting for the increase of store value in the warehouse.

DHL Express dhl delivery not as scheduled, damaged, and left outside door

I paid for my parcel to be delivered between 6 and 10pm this evening. At 4.54 pm I received a text informing me that I had signed for my delivery. I had not! I was not at home! The parcel had been left outside my front door. To boot, the box was significantly damaged, with a hole in the top of the box. When I then tried several times to speak to customer services, I was given the runaround to different numbers, put on hold, and hung up on three times.

I would expect DHL to at least refund the cost of the shipping I had paid extra, in order to secure the evening delivery, since the parcel was not delivered in the evening at all. M7621590031490.

DHL Express Employees on the phone and dhl delivery beings!!

DHL makes you lose your mind in terms of the stupidity and ignorance... Dhl, I implore you to think about this.. Cause eventually another company is going to destroy you!

1. I have been dealing since october 2018 trying to receive a packet from essen to berlin. Once it gets to berlin, something strange happens. The address is perfect. I get mail daily. I get packets. But with dhl, something bizarre happens like they turn into night of the living dead with no soul, no brain and no common sense.

I live in an old school bldg that doesn't have bells and names outside. So big deal. The door is open! Halllllo! It is open.
I have seen dhl guys not even try to open the door and walk away. This is what happened 10 times!

If they open the door, they will see in the hallway my name and floor and they walk up and walla there is my bell to press and there I am!

99% of dhl humanoids cannot even do this? Seriously?
Is this how low on the totem pole we are in this digital nightmare.

When I go to call dhl, don't even start with that!
I preface all my calls: "my german is bad, please please I beg you have patience" 99% end up hanging up on me, treating me like garbage and yelling at me. I yell: I need help, please tell me where to pick up the packet. All they say is this: I cannot help you.

Something in germany: the people tell you what the problem is which is know already and then they wait! Like you have to beg them: please give me a filial where I can pick up the packet, for example.
Nothing nothing nothing. They are all ignorant stupid creatures of stupidity.. I do not understand what the employment process is.. But they hire the worst of the worst.

I have called at least 20 times.. I have ask for help 20 times..
And I have had nothing but a non stop nightmare.

They would not even give me the address of the station here in wedding berlin, where I could go early in the morning and just ask to get the packet.

Yes.. This is anstandig deutschland, home of the submissive and obedient.. Where they go "by the rules"... Yup contradiction after contradiction! This place is a nightmare..

Dhl you suck.
And mark my word.. I will celebrate when you go bankrupt..
Cause it is a matter of time someone will put you out of business.
Or you will get robots who will be stupider and more ignorancet than the humanoids!

No one listens.
No one cares
No one helps
No one.
This is the digital nightmare.
Cheap labor.
No one on the phone helps they are all in another country laughing on the side

Never received the packet
No advice
No help
Just waste of money for the woman who sent me the package 4 x.

DHL Express service!!!

Waybill number [protected]

I am a client of a client that uses Dhl for deliveries. I have now been waiting for my Christmas parcel for over 40 days!

I hear a lot of excuses of customs that had to release it and a internal audit on the package and paperwork. I do not care for that. I am very dissappointed and really upset about this. Nothing can even justify of rectify the fact that I wanted this parcel delivered on time as expected.

I would honestly like to take this matter further

Not just getting the parcel but to have full disclosure of the process and an explanation of this terrible ordeal.

Very unhappy!

Dhl will never have me or my business as a client that is for sure.

DHL Express customer service

I had called customer service to have them stop my shipment because of fraud related incident and the lady I spoke to had told me that it was stopped and gave me a reference number and that someone would call me back to give me details about when it will arrive back and no one contacted me and when I called back they tell me it's delivered and can't do anything about it and I have to pay to have it shipped back customer service has costed me a lot of money for they inconsideration and they did the wrong thing and I would like to know why should I pay for they mistake I want to take further action for this

DHL Express customs clearance

For my 40 euros of order, [protected], they expect me to pay 20 euros of clearance fee (Service fee for the Cargo company). They could inform all the fees in advance clearly or they could give us all the details for the clearance so we can do it by ourself.
They have chosen the shortest path, make it hard to clear by themselves, do not scare them with real numbers. And threaten them till you get your money as they say my package will wait for several months. A company advertising itself nwith being quick is telling this.
I feel like it was a trap to get my money.

DHL Express shipping service

This is my first time receiving anything shipped through DHL. I called customer service number to have my package tracked. Tried to track my package using DHL website that is stupid and not usable. Your website ask us to download some stupid app that I have no use for. Also when I called the customer service number your system that is suppose to be voice or touch tone operated does not work. Then I hold online for a [censored] representative that could barely speak english this idiot could not answer a simple question. Or maybe she could understand english just like she could barely speak it. This idiot hung up on me and couldn't if they would try to redeliver my package today. The only reason I called is because it is Christmas Eve and I was not sure of DHL's holiday schedule or it the holiday schedule applied to Christmas Eve. This dummy kept telling the next business day and I wanted to know if today was consider their next business day. Please stop the [censored] using customer service representatives in the United States where English is our language but your customer service representatives don't speak it. That is the dumbest [censored] ever.

DHL Express inefficiency, delivery/clearance delay & very poor communication

I refer to my parcel (Waybill no. [protected]), which was sent from Aberdeen in the UK to Benin City in Nigeria on the 16th of December 2019. The said parcel have been in Lagos for many days, experiencing clearance delay caused and worsened by the negligence of your staff. I made several calls to DHL UK, and no one got back to me with valid information or advise me on what to do. Though a file was open to facilitate tracing, the information your staff handling my case/file got from Lagos -Nigeria was not passed to me. Your staff in Nigeria (Lagos) did not contact the recipient of the parcel, so we were all left in the dark, and indeed, in a state of limbo. I called DHL office in Benin City - Nigeria this morning and I was told that an invoice stating the item and their values/origin was not included in my parcel. The information was only given to me by your rather chaotic DHL office in the UK after I have called again this morning. When I asked when this information was received, no one seems to know. However, I was sent a commercial invoice template via email earlier today following my call/query. I have now completed and returned the invoice. I equally included a scanned copy of my shipment receipt. There is also no formal acknowledgement of the receipt of the invoice I have sent - another evidence of the poor communication and efficiency that characterise DHL services in the UK.

My parcel has been delayed; the Christmas gifts I sent to my children will definitely not be delivered before Christmas, which makes the shipment virtually pointless. I am totally disappointed as the service I paid for seems to be a shambolic one, if not a complete scam.

I hope that you will look into my complain with the seriousness that it deserves.

DHL Express shipment delayed in customs

Tracking # [protected] was picked up in UK on Monday at ~2 PM with an estimated delivery time of the end of the day today Wednesday. It arrived in your Cincinnati facility yesterday and when I check the status this AM it said that there was a clearance event at 5 AM. It said that a DHL representative would be contacting us, but they never did, or if they did they did not leave a message. So this afternoon I call DHL and found out that customs require our address. I supplied them with the missing information and was told that it would take 1-2 business days to get the package cleared. How can you pick up a package and not have all the information for it to be cleared through customs? Also, why did I have to call you to supply the required information? I traveled to Salt Lake City to perform a test using the meter which you are transporting. Now I am waiting for the meter, and may have to return home for Christmas before the meter arrives and I complete the testing. This is unacceptable. Please expedite this package and refund us the charge. I can be reached at [protected] if you require any additional details.

DHL Express abusive driver

I need to make a formal complaint about one of your drivers. He was driving dangerously an eel hen challenged he attempted to damage my vehicle, racially abuse an drove away. The driver needs to be retrained an shouldn't be allowed on the road so angry. Be a professional company as yourself I would think your staff would no how to conduct them self accordingly. Everyone needs to work but being in the forefront on a company this big and carrying on in this way is frankly appalling

DHL Express dhl operations sofia bulgaria

One question as i'm fed up sending the same customs documents repeatedly i'm notified on 16/11/18 of a customs shipment i pay the import duties and forward the attachments via email on tuesday 13th then asked again on wednesday and assured the documents are prepared for customs today saturday i'm asked again for the same documents no enough is enough get it fixed DHL has the documents.

DHL Express [protected]

I received a text this morning informing me of my delivery which was to be between 12:40-13:40. I work nights so I got up at 12 noon. I have been sitting in my living room all afternoon and sent a message as I had tried several times to track my delivery and was met with an error message. I received a prompt reply to my message at 14:09 letting me know that my query would be dealt with only to receive another email at 14:25 letting me that you had tried to deliver my parcel but no one was home.
My chair faces the window and I can clearly see onto the drive, No One attempted a delivery at my address today.
I am appalled and extremely disappointed that I will have to go through this again on Friday after finishing work at 6am.

DHL Express refund

I paid for a parcel by Debit Card in August. On 11 September the same amount went off my account for no reason, I am still waiting for an explanation. It has been several weeks now and I am still being told that someone will get back to me with the date of refund - STILL WAITING. I am done wasting my airtime on DHL - your customer service sucks, constantly being transferred from one person to the next, seems like no one is capable of following through on a query, it's ridiculous really.

DHL Express import parcel

Hello

I bought item on amazon.com for Europe

I pay the import fees to amazon and they ask me in Bulgaria money for import fees and some documents

When I see my invoice, everything is paid, and amazon America did all the declarations!

I feel many corruption in dhl Bulgaria (typical in this country)

I m surprised to see that the group dhl don t check the corruption here in Bulgaria, because dhl Bulgaria give a very bad reputation to the dhl group
