I am a client of a client that uses Dhl for deliveries. I have now been waiting for my Christmas parcel for over 40 days!!!
I hear a lot of excuses of customs that had to release it and a internal audit on the package and paperwork. I do not care for that. I am very dissappointed and really upset about this. Nothing can even justify of rectify the fact that I wanted this parcel delivered on time as expected.
I would honestly like to take this matter further
Not just getting the parcel but to have full disclosure of the process and an explanation of this terrible ordeal.
Dhl will never have me or my business as a client that is for sure.
