I would like to make a complain as we have more than one pending shipment related to the MOH vaccination campaign that will start within 2 days allover Iraqi Governerates
The shipments are taking too much time, some of them are more than 20 days now, some of them are partially delivered only (not totally delivered)
and we have sent complain to DHL Iraq and DHL Egypt but still pending
Kindly we need urgently to deliver all pending shipments today

Good evening, I am writing this complaint because I used dhl services to send a package to guatemala sins the 6th of june 2018 and the package was placed on hold since june 8th 2018. Since then I have been in contact with dhl representatives here in belize and they can't give me any good reason as to why the package can't be delivered back to me, I have some very important documents in the package hence the reason why I need to have it delivered back to me. It's been 13 days and I cant get the packaged delivered back to me and I am writing this complaint to see if I can get any help with getting the package back to me, the tracking number is 6294419224. My shipment with waybill Waybill: 1457498302 has been delayed for more than 4 days even though it was received and cleared by the customs on Sunday June 10th and of the multiple phone calls I had with DHL customer support center asking for it and providing them with all information needed multiple times! And today they want to postpone it for another week. This way too much and disappointing

Still waiting to resolve this issue as DHL still has my item. I purchased a used wallet from France, value 683.00 when DHL first tried to deliver it they wanted 237.29 for duty, hst, and processing/transaction fees. I called and asked what this really was for and they said since the shipper did not put origin of item that was the charge, I know Vestiarire Collective always puts where the item was produced and what it was purchased for so DHL was blaming it on Vestiarire Collective. I now just recieved an email after 4 calls and 3 emails to DHL and right now they will not even answer their phone.. they have revised the invoice to 160.09. This is not correct as I have contacted the Ottawa branch of CBSA to investigate as DHL is now charging HST on the duties payable which is not a HST taxable item! Shame shame shame as I work for a huge corporate international company who uses their services and now will be ending the contract, so another one bits the dust..Welcome fedex and UPS

I send a package from tunisia to drc congo, all information filled and clear!
Somehow they call me to tell me that they received tge wrong box and the name and adress of the other recipient is written on the box and it is in germany.
I need to understand how can this happen? And how no one picks the phone up?
And why do I pay a large amount of money for transportation?
And what should I expect exactly to be done?

I sent my package through express service in thursday, may 17 2018 through goin postal frago downtown (fargo nd usa) to addis ababa ethiopia. According to the tracking result summary, my package reached its destination addis ababa on may 20 2018 but my sister went to this office several times and they refused her to pick up her package because the receiver name was not matching her name and we corrected it through online the same day. Even they asked us to go back to office we used when we were shipping, we went back and they corrected the receiver name which is hodan abdi ali, but still in 3 days they are telling my sister that she can't pick up her package yet, this is ridiculous. What is wrong with this office in addis abab ethiopia? Can I get my shipment back and refund our money? This dhl office in addis abab ethiopia has very bad customer care. We need our package back and refund, they wasted our time.

My document package was sent from penang, malaysia on 8/5/2018 for kyoto, japan with the assurance to receive it the next afternoon (may 9, 2018).

Since I received a text message at 18:44 from the japan office indicating that the package is scheduled for delivery on the 11th. I was rather shocked and frantic, and requested the sender shizue yotsukura to go to the penang store to confirm.

From the store, the sender was reassure that the package was on the way and will arrive japan on may 9, 2018 morning.

Still worried, I called the customer center in kl around 21:15 japan time, and was further reassured that the shipment was on the way to hk at that time, and reassured me again it will be delivered on may 9th 2018.
The customer service agent also confirmed my number and informed me that he will drop a email to the system for immediate delivery.

This is now 19:21 may 9th, 2018, and I have still yet to receive my time-sensitive document. Thus, I just called your kl customer service office again since the japan customer service office has closed. This time the agent has informed me that the document will arrive on the may 11th. As she was extremely rude. She initially said the may 11th is the delivery date, she then changed the explanation saying it will be delivered on the 10th. Moreover, the customer service agent then told me to call the japanese office since we have no control, as she claims. The package is added with extended liability, this means that this package should be "delivered on time" and "dhl is responsible until the package is delivered to the receiver." she further says it is the weather issue, if this is the case all flights from your hong kong to japan should be delayed by weather no just the "dhl flight". However, this seems not the case. So I do not understand what kind of service and liability dhl practices in business!

Dhl is suppose to be "excellence. Simply delivered". But rather this is not the case at all, the service is falsely promised, and I have been lied to but both customer service agent. This is truly not what was promised.

This is a a very time sensitive document and is needed by today (may 9, 2018). I am suppose to fly with this document in hand tomorrow (may 10, 2018) at noon to the us.

This is terrible service, with no reliability!

I do not understand what is the value of dhl if you have worse service compared to the more cost-efficient ems run by the post office alone.

I truly will never use dhl again!

I ordered something online and was supposed to receive it within 3 to 4 business days it has been 2months now and I having gotten anything. Dhl sent me a tracking order along with the person they left my package with, however, the company was not listed as my drop off location. They claim they never signed for it and dhl has no clue where it is. Dhl contacted me and made a claim but, I having gotten my package or credit for my order. They continue to give me the run a rounds and they have yet to resolve the issue. I am extremely upset to a point where I wouldn't trust my future orders in the hands of dhl. I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and problem solving ethics that dhl has and I will continue to complain until I receive my package and if your complaint system isn't effective I will take it to a higher authority.

United Nations Geneva was delivered 10 package of training materials to Bengkulu for Civil Military Coordination Training, 3 - 5 April 2018.
The package was deliverd 23 March from Geneva and arrived in Jakarta custom 25 March 2018.
From the beginning we have informed that the package was only material for training 3 - 5 April 2018 and will not use for commercial purpose.

Untul now, the package is not deliver to Bengkulu, and the training activity has began.

Its not express shipment as the process took 10 days and still counting.
Please explain how many days timeline of express shipment.

One of your staff here in davao area specific at bolton branch street I ask what the process on how to do red ribbon in my coe because ill use it for my next employer. I ask clear the instructions but his instructions is wrong the way he talk its a big deal to him and he dont know how to smile or greet his client. he dont know how to intertain his client and he have no ethics he insult his client he dont know the word professionalism. I hope you do action in this kind of staff because he dont deserve on that job.

I have sent one small box - Way Bill No. [protected]- (containing baby dresses/sweets & snacks / Toy / Plastic items) - on 12th March 2018 from Chennai (Madras), Tamilnadu, India to my son Dinesh Ganesan, 11452 Dairy Street, Fulton, MD 20759- 2661, USA. Mobile No. [protected]. I was told that this Courier will be delivered on 14th March 2018. I am using dhl courier service from the year 2008 regularly. So far I never faced any problem on dhl courier service which was very prompt and excellent. Now, I was totally disappointed and had mental agony because of negligence and reluctance of delayed delivery without any valid reason. When contacted by my son at Baltimore, USA, your officials said the address could not be traced, and hence will be delivered next day. I have given the mobile number of the addressee and he could have been contacted to ascertain the address or location to deliver the courier promptly. DHL express has earlier delivered couriers on many times to the same addressee. Your delivery person in USA will have mobile GPS service to locate the address easily. Under these circumstances it is unacceptable to give any excuse for the delay, and you should take full responsibility for your negligence in service. If you engage such a irresponsible person in your company your reputation and recognition towards customers may yield a negative response shortly. Your careless service gave me mental torture anod agony for which I expect a responsible business reply from your end immediately.

Parcel made of 2 packs, arrived in Romania since Wednesday, February 14, 2018.

After several dais, emails and phone calls, we finally got on 05.March.2018 the bill for custom duty and VAT to be paid.

Today 07.March.2018, parcel still in DHL, blocked. We asked if any issues, and we were informed that we must have patience and wait, no issues with packs.

We were also "informed" that could take up to 90 days! to clear it out.

Import agent is Gabriel Oprea (gabriel.[protected]@dhl.com), we found today that he left in vacation...

It's 1st time in our business life to get this kind of attitude.

We request a solution and a positive change in attitude, is all we need.

I have a received a package containing professional camera, lenses and lights in one bag that was not even properly packed in some hard box or anything. While at receipt of my package, the camera was broken that I complained about in Markranstädt DHL on 29.01.2018 but till today (02.03.2018) there's no response from DHL so far even after writing them two times on website and checking with their DHL office every week but no response from anyone at all.

I have no one to contact here neither I know their language and they are very proud of not speaking English. Totally clueless sitting on couch thinking shall I go court for a camera worth 1000 euro and pay a lawyer around 400euro n deposit 218euro in court for getting a justified feedback from DHL.

Highly inprofessional company with totally negligence over customer service.

I placed an order 7 days ago. DHL tracking has the order still in Italy.

I called customer services, told you were placing a lot or orders and were busy, I may get my order Monday, 11 days after placing the order. Not good enough. The Outnwt could turn round an order in 2-3 days. All the years I shopped with the Outnet, I've never had this service. It's not what I want.

Also your website has been deteriorating over the months, both in functionality and content.

Think it's time I started looking elsewhere. Looks like the YOOX purchase has deteriorated offering and service.

A week ago I purchased an Item from the Netherlands. I paid 39 Euro for shipping. They sent me an email with the tracking number CY901343063DE. The status on the tracking number says the same and only has 1 update saying: "The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically Deutsche Post DHL" This remains unchanged. I have emailed twice without response and I am starting to worry that my package hasn't even been picked up yet. The goods inside are perishable and if it takes too long to get to me Ill have to throw them away anyway. I also have to know when the package is set to arrive so that I can arrange with someone to receive it. I just want to know where my package is and how long it will be until I receive it.

My name is Dilipkumar Pandya. A package was sent from India to me at 557 Warrenton Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22406. It was supposed to be delivered by 01/02/2018 but DHL failed to do so. I paid charges for shippment for Express Delivery. My tracking number is AWB [protected], I called everwhere but did not receive satisfactory answers, Even still today, 01/17/2018, I am looking forward for the package to be delivered. I spent a lot of money for my stuff and for shipping.

It's been over a month and they couldn't deliver a parcel. They charge for the home delivery but always force customer to pick up from the branch by delaying the delivery. I had a worst experience ever with DHL. I must have called their customer care more than 20 times. They are trained to apologies like robots for everything but provides no clear information about the issue (so frustrating). Delivery guy asked me to pick up my parcel from the branch and when I refused, I got a call from the operation team and the guy told me clearly that we can not deliver to your house and you have to come to the branch. When I confronted him that customer care told me otherwise then he said "I run the operation and I'm telling you that we can not deliver to your house" (so much arrogance for a customer service company). After that he made sure that the delivery gets missed one more day before the long weekend. Now I had no choice but wait for the long weekend to be over. After the long weekend, I couldn't get hold of the person I was dealing with (so called international specialist). I have still not received my parcel as I am writing this.

I wish there was a way to sue these companies for stress and Psychological trauma customer has to face for their nonsense. Never using DHL again and hope my experience will save you from going though this.

I had a package from Saudi Arabia the number is [protected] on 12/3/2017 as express mail supposedly arrives in my home within 4 days but I did not receive it until I went to the office on 12/13/ 2017 in Greensboro NC. when I receive my package I found some of my stuff was damaged and wetted. I spent more time I was looking and I went almost half an hour back and forth from my home to the office and I did not expect this happened form DHL also I paid extra money as express mail. everything with me as the picture.
