DHL Express / customer service

I had called customer service to have them stop my shipment because of fraud related incident and the lady I spoke to had told me that it was stopped and gave me a reference number and that someone would call me back to give me details about when it will arrive back and no one contacted me and when I called back they tell me it's delivered and can't do anything about it and I have to pay to have it shipped back customer service has costed me a lot of money for they inconsideration and they did the wrong thing and I would like to know why should I pay for they mistake I want to take further action for this
