DHgate charge me twice for the same order the order number was [protected] but I never received the package it was sent back sum where but still have got my 150.28 back on my car it's been a whole month in they still have gave me back my money they keep tell me to call Fedex n tell them
To ship it back to them but Fedex told me that they have the account n they have to call with there accounts information that they still haven't did yet this was the tracking number to the package originally was [protected] n the new was [protected]

I ordered this dress to see if my bridesmaids will like it since the dress in picture looks really pretty but when I received it, the dress material is cheaply made and the color isn't the right dark red. I've message customer service multiple times they responded once but after I told them I wanted a refund they totally ignored me. I hope filing this complaint will resolve my issue. I never received the item and the seller and dhgate refuse to start an investigation. After months of sending email DHgate told me that they will contact me. They never contacted me about this anymore. Now i received a message saying the dispute is closed... How can it closed when Dhgate never try to solve it! I paid for something i never received. They are scamming buyers

I log into my dhgate account via Facebook & now I can't log into the site to start refund process. This must be a scam site! I'm so angry & cant do anything about it!

i orderd a dress and it came in a wrong size, the dress doesnt look like the pic. and it looks very cheap when i put in on. i contact the seller and wanted full refund but the refused. then the said they will return 100 dollars and i agreed. now it has been 3 weeks and the dont answsare me. i want my money back but they are not answaring. its veey bad and iam very disapponted.

We ordered a wedding dress from DHGATE-
It came and was completely wrong - the worst part with one sleeve coming out of the hip. Totally un-useable. We have since found out the seller steals images from legitimate sites and sells extremely poor knock offs.

We have spent over 120 hours on online chat being told we will get full refund and to provide information etc.
We have now be blocked from online chat!

We have sent over 45 emails to over 15 different email addresses provided by DHGATE.
We get no replies!
I have made over 200 reviews of DHGATE on the internet.

If you are reading this DO NOT use DHGATE as they are a complete scam!

The dress is a fake and poor quality - if ever there was a refund this is it and yet we are 6 months in and NO REFUND!

I purchased hair extensions on this site by lady virgin hair, the quality of the hair received was poor, absolutely not worth the money. I requested a refund, they agreed that if I sent the product back via "epacket" I will get my money back. NOBODY in the UK knows what an epacket is, I asked every delivery service; I settled for sending it via DHL as that's the courier service that delivered the item. I have contacted the seller numerous times to discuss this, she/he then advises me over 24 hours later that this is not ok, I have provided a tracking number and everything. I want my money back especially as I paid over £40 for the delivery fees to send it back to the provided address.

Placed an order waited over 60 days it never arrived and the tracking number can't be tracked. So I tried the live support for over 8 hours and it kept disconnecting me. I opened a dispute and the favored the seller because I didn't have enough evidence. How the fuk am I supposed to provide evidence of something I never received or can't be tracked!?

I order a wedding dress it was to short in the front and it had five stains on it. This dress was suppose to be new . I sent in the measurements and it was still wrong . I have been trying for months and no response . I want a refund. It ruined everything. Then it took three months to come in they left it outside . This dress was suppose to be perfect. These stain five of them on the front were noticable then the underlayer that Poof's out the dress had three big holes in it and it was split up from bottom to top. This is horrible work and I want a full refund

I've placed an order with DHgate but they sent me a notification stating that my order was cancelled after charging my bank account.
I contacted DHgate but still failed to proceed the order. I asked for my money back and they said that the money has come to my account.
Almost 2 months passed and I haven't received any refund. I emailed them several times but no one bothered to reply me.
This is a very poor experience for me as my first purchase with DHGate. I will never buy anything from this terrible wholesaler again!

my concerns about this difference.

My concerns have now been confirmed. Can we effectuate an exchange? I hate to have to notify American Express to reverse the $74.64 charge!

On April 2017 I purchased smok osub 40w vape e pen from electronic_lab worth $570, which was clearly stated authentic also the seller confirmed on message it was authentic but it wasn't now the seller is ignoring my message and dhgate is not helping me at all, The vape e pen did not work at all the device stated check otimiser which means its not connected properly also inside the structure was different to the original, the print was not the same and was easily rub'd off

Zico and Paul both promised me a full refund as soon as the seller has funds in his account but they clearly lied because he made 16 sales after my transaction

Seller2020 Sells Glass Pieces. I have gone back and forth with this Idiot... Changed Estamated Shipping time. I placed Order on the 9th of July. The Payment went threw on the 11th of July. 7 to 17 days was Original Shipping Estimate. Asked for tracking info on the 25th. Now it says to expect the item on or Before August 18th. Can not open a Return Item Despute because seller changed ship dates...as the system says ( Cannot Process Until After the 18th of August. I get Zero Help from the auto system. I'm DONE spending my Money on this site or with Company's who Are Associated With DhGate.
Dhgate Dosent let you Upload Pictures as Proof for the Dispute but I Uploaded them on this site no Problem.

As of Today July 25th 2017 my item has not arrived. Appx 91 days since it was posted. If it was sent by camel via The Silk Road it would probably have arrived by now. Tracking does not work . I have e-mailed DHgate several times but did not get a reply or acknowledgement. There is no postal address for a post code or city. If the item was more expensive I might have got a reply. I am very disappointed and would definitely not buy from DHgate again ...AV

I would like to file a dispute or ask a full refund of the items that has been purchased to one of your dhgate seller from Hong Kong. My parcel has been delivered to another person. And when i traced the tracking number which is RT375061219HK online that was given from the seller to our local post office they told me that it was been enroute and possibly delivered already someone else. I was surprised of what i heard! I want a full refund as soon as possible and charge it back to my credit card! Your website is not reliable DHgate is full of LIARS and scammers! Thieves! They will give a wrong tracking number with 3 names... how stupid!
