[Resolved] / neon light

On November 2nd, 2017 I ordered a neon bar light, my order number was [protected]. When I received the light in the mail, it was broke, little piece of the actual light had chipped off in the package. What do I need to do to receive another light?? The packaging even looked pretty rough, so I'd say the postal service was not too fragile with it. You might want to consider putting Fragile on next package. Really need to get this resolved, been waiting awhile. Thank you, KIMBERLY REED [protected] / [protected]

    We checked your order and this was already completed because there were no disputes opened for your order within 7 days after the delivery. Please try to open an after-sale dispute for your order.

    1) After logging in to your DHgate account, click "My DHgate" on the upper right corner.
    2) Click "Completed”.
    3) Find the order number.
    4) Click "Open an After Sale Dispute".
    5) Choose the Correct Reason for dispute, refund amount, upload evidences, add description then click “SUBMIT”.

    • Please try to use a desktop computer to successfully upload the photos and submit the dispute. Your photos should be under 1mb in size. It is preferable to use Google Chrome/Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser.
