DHGate.com unauthorized charges non delivery claim

D. H. Gate onine merchant unauthorized cahreges on my debit card had to be replaced with new card, they refuse to refund my money for 2 items weren't ship to me directly, check post man usp has no record of shipment delivery to customer who had was required to show state picture identity signed signature to receive the package was a requirement was never done. Unable to track its delivery to customer tracking just gives a date and ime of the delivery not the assurance of it delivery to the buyer. I have had the most difficult time in communicating to the seller through email since their location is in a foreign country they uses as excuse not to communicate get away with theft stealing customer personal identity misusing it without their permission is unauthorized charges of debt to me. I want my refund for coat-jacket $67.00 and faux fur hat $22.85=$89.00 is a lotof money to be stolen item was never received they aren't able to show it delivery proof cause I never again gotit perhaps it was left at my door or in the looby at the mail box on the floor cause it did not fit or with the property manager who decided to keep it whois now dead of cancer. Seller has close the account keep from communicating with e and refusal of the refund too these foreign seller are nasty refuse give consumer refund on items misused mischarged by a theif not by t card owner did not realize my debit card was overcharged until review bank statement online. Again I need want my money will report them to scam report, balck list, bbb, aclu, cosumer complaints, media news, googleand post on utube etc, if these merchant-seller continue to ignore my request for long time now. Refund now $89.00 or the world willknow your a rip off seller-merchant

DHGate.com carbon bike wheels received with manufacturing/processing deficiencies

Ordered june 2016 carbon bike wheels with alloy brake rims c/w a two year warranty purchased as extra cost through DHgate/bike66 website. The wheels where posted to arrive late after order and the promise of a delivery date by seller. I was urged by dhgate and the seller/bike66 to not request refund but rather wait for wheels to arrive. Two weeks late, wheels set was received with no ship damage, by I immediately noticed the back rim (80mm profile depth) included a stress buckle in the side wall caused from drill holes ( thru the rims for the spoke nipples ) not oriented correctly for the spoke nipples supporting the x2 lacing required on the drive side of this back wheel. Radial lacing was drilled correct. When the seller/bike66 (also known as superteam) received my complaints I was given a promise to replace. Correction of the problem was not recognized through multiple emails and photo's, but replacement was offered. $200 refund for back wheel was also offered by seller (total $500 paid). A Complaint lodged with dhgate. Summary escrow funds where released, escalation process lacked the ability to resolve and at least provide the inadequate partial refund. My two year warranty cost appear to be only a mechanism to tack on extra charges. I have received no warranty help from dhgate or communication from the seller/bike66 since escrow funds where released by dhgate (despite my request/pleas to not to release funds). This has been a totally frustrating and expensive lesson. DHGate web site looks perhaps trustworthy, but LACKS: a) an understanding of the principle ' quality product received before escrow funds released' b) working with a buyer to secure a quality product c) a customer service system to act on the buyers behalf. d) restrict the ability to regulate sellers that clearly sell product and do not provide WARRANTY or back-up there product. IF YOU WANT A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE, Roll the dice - order through dhgate.

I purchased a set of Superteam 3K 50mm carbon wheels with R13 hubs from superteambike on eBay in December 2021. These wheels had a 2 year warranty (worthless.) They lasted 2 months when in February 2022 the rear hub would no longer freewheel in reverse, instead locking up. I have an expensive bike so I'm careful and this was no fault of my own. The hub was also noisy from Day 1. The front hub also sounded strange from Day 1. I contacted eBay after Superteambike wouldn't respond to my several messages to them through eBay. It appears that there was nothing eBay could do for me to remedy my issue. I couldn't even leave negative feedback since this was past the 30 day threshold. So much for their Buyer Protection Guarantee!? eBay instructed me to contact superteambike to honor their warranty which is what I tried doing many times prior to contacting eBay. After a lengthy chat eBay they stated superteambike would be reported and investigated as a bad vendor. Nothing has been done to remedy issues on my end though. Essentially I purchased a set of wheels for almost $400 that lasted 2 months. Superteam wheels is a bad product... made worse by a shister company who won't honor their own 2 year warranty... and even made worse by eBay's current rules & regs. Superteam and their wheels are $h*#! BUYER BEWARE!

DHGate.com white color fast result cryolipolysis fat freeze machine

I have been asking for DHGate's help on resolving this issue since purchase of a machine from seller goshoppingnow for over $1400 going on for over 8 months now.

We contacted DHGate via phone as no one in our clinic could ever get the machine to work, DHGate told us that they already released our money to the seller but said that they would monitor our messages and urge the seller to resolve the issue. The seller took forever to get back to us on simple instructions. Then when they did send us instructions the machine still would not work.

The seller continued to ask us to send videos of us trying to get the machine to turn on because there was NO SUCTION which is necessary to use the machine.and perform the treatment correctly. The guarantee and warranty on this machine clearly stated on the listing that the machine was guaranteed to be free of defects and had a 1 year full warranty.

The seller GoShoppingNow should have replaced the machine or according to the DHGate guarantee they should have given us a full refund. Instead, DHGate allowed the seller GoShoppingNow to drag their feet and never fixed the situation.

Instead of replacing the machine, the seller GoShoppingNow mailed us parts that they said they could see were missing on the machine after watching the numerous video's they requested we send. We had to pay an electrician to replace the parts that were sent to us. No where in the seller GoShoppingNow warranty does it state that the customer has to replace parts at their expense. The machine should have been replaced right away, instead parts continued to be sent and replaced at the customers expense for a brand new machine that has NEVER worked. That is not a warranty. Then after all that the machine still could not be fixed with the sellers replacement parts, and STILL DOES NOT WORK. All the while and hundreds of messages back and forth with both the seller GoShoppingNow and DHGate. The seller asked us to pay shipping fees to ship back the faulty machine. That would now almost bring my out of pocket costs to the price I originally paid for the machine. Under the DHGate guarantee this is not allowed. I can't believe DHGate or seller GOSHoppingNow believes that it is OK to do business this way and send a non-working machine after receiving full payment of over $1400 and then drags it feet when the machine NEVER works and then continues to send parts that are missing or not working to be replaced at the cost of the buyer that is fraudulent.

Then DHGate said that they would escalate my case and urge the seller to replace the machine. The seller GoShoppingNow sent us this: "we make a concession, you do not need ship back the machine, you just pay 358usd and we will pay some of it, then we can ship the new machine to you!" So then we agreed to pay this to the seller so we can get the a new machine. But when we try to pay the seller GoShoppingNow changes it's mind. Refuses to replace the machine, and instead now says will only give us a 40% discount. (By the way, the seller GoShoppingNow removed the 1 year warranty from my original listing. That is FRAUD, if you look at every other listing they have the 1 year warranty there.)

I contacted DHGate and again they said they would escalate my case. To date NOTHING IS BEING DONE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GOSHOPPINGNOW, DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY THROUGH DHGATE! IT IS NOT SAFE! THIS COMPANY IS ALLOWING FRAUD TO BE COMMITTED AND IS NOT PROTECTING USA FUNDS. BEWARE!

The way GOSHOPPINGNOW AND the DHGATE company has handled this whole situation does not warrant any trust to do business with either of them!

DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY VIA DHGATE DO NOT TRUST SELLER GOSHOPPINGNOW

DHGate.com not worth it!!

First off all, when I made an order I thought it was a reputable website because my friend ordered something from them. Unfortunately, when my stuff arrived I was really disappointed with the quality. This website is actually a scam, so don't trust DHGate! They took my money and sent me some garbage. Then I found their address and returned everything, but they never emailed me and told nothing about my refund! Every time I email them I receive only automated responses back! I'm very angry!

DHGate.com dress

I ordered a dress from DHGate for my daughter on 27 February
2016. Since the order, I received a call from them last
night. From what I could understand on my voice mail, it was to confirm the size I ordered. She left a message without a call-back number. I looked their number up online and called at 9:33 a.m.(EST) and received and automated voice stating you were closed and will open at 9:00 a.m. EST... We placed an order for a size 6 dress and nothing has changed four days. To make matter worse I called their number that I found online [protected]) again later this afternoon and so far, I have been on hold for 59 minutes, and counting. This is ridiculous! Does anyone have a good contact number or email for them. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

DHGate.com small sizes

I've purchased two dresses from DHGate and received my order two months later. Dresses were really beautiful but too small, so I contacted the company and asked for an exchange. They said that I have to send everything back and when I was almost ready to do that I found out that returning two dresses would cost me over $50! Almost the cost of the one dress. The seller suggested me keeping the dresses. I am very disappointed. Quality was great, dresses were lovely, but because of the small sizes I was not able to wear them.

DHGate.com stay far away from this scam site!

I ordered some items from this website and was scammed like many other people. When I found DHGate I thought this company was quite reputable, their website looked very professional and trustworthy, but I was wrong. Some items arrived and were of a horrible quality and some things were never received. I tried to contact someone from the company and since I never heard anything back I called my bank and they promised to help. Stay far away from this scam site and save your hard earned money.

DHGate.com horrid!

I purchased an item two weeks ago and after that I thought I had better check the reviews to make sure that it wasn't a bad site. Then I saw all the horrid reviews and realized I made a big mistake. My items never arrived and never even were shipped. This website is one big scam! I tried to contact DHgate customer service by email and by phone, but received no response. Don't even risk buying off this site and shop elsewhere. It's too bad for them because I would have been an extremely valuable customer. When I just found this website I was really excited and wanted to buy lots of things. Beware!

DHGate.com liars!

About three months ago I returned some items and I'm still waiting for my refund. These people from DHGate are complete liars! They said they refunded me long ago and if I still received nothing then I should blame my bank. Few days ago I spoke to someone from the company and was told that they didn't process the refund because the seller didn't have any available funds. Absolutely ridiculous! And all this time they said they refunded me! This is ridiculous that I have to wait until their seller decides to add funds. Refund my money or I will call the police and my credit card company!

Also been waiting 2 months for the shipping costs return. Got item price refunded but they are probably trying to scam me out of my return shipping cost which was basically the same price as the item. LAST time I will be buying anything from this place.

DHGate.com never received order

I ordered makeup 133 days ago and never received the product. The tracking # didn't work. I e-mailed the seller several times and was told to be patient. I have ordered several different products from there before. I have received most without problem. However, there is this one seller that either doesn't send the product and hopes you won't ask for a refund in time and then if you complain, keeps telling you to wait until it is too long for a refund. I'm out $35 so far, but now I will never trust that company again. I have complained to the company and told to wait (more waiting) for an e-mail from them resolving the issue. I keep checking and no e-mail. Do not buy from DHgate unless you are willing to risk losing your money.

Do not buy from DHgate unless you are willing to risk your money. You may or may not receive your product. Most of the time the tracking #'s are no good. Some of the deliveries take more than 90 days and then you can't get a refund or file a dispute when they don't arrive or if there is a problem with the product. Some of the sellers are good and you might consider paying extra to have the product shipped by a carrier that is faster. However, there is no guarantee you will receive your product at all. It's a gamble if you want to take that gamble, just be warned that out of about 6 orders, I have had trouble with 2 arriving and 1 never arrived.

I'm so disgusted with DHGate! I ordered a dress from them and spent over $200! Months passed and nothing arrived. When I contacted customer service, wanted to ask what was going on with my order, they replied only with computer generated emails! What a joke! I cannot even cancel my order and get my money back! Don't waste your money and time here, avoid this website at all costs! This site should be shut down!

DHGate.com stole my money!

I purchased a phone from DHGate. When it finally arrived it was broken and would not even turn on! So I tried to contact the seller for over 3 weeks. I sent the phone back, because I was promised a refund. Weeks passed, they receive the phone and still no money. They are ignoring all my messages and don't want to refund me. Now they have both my phone and my money. All they keep doing is making excuses! Don't order anything from this joke website! There are so many thieves on DHGate and the are allowed to steal peoples money.

I purchased two suits from DHgate website. When I received my items and decided to try them on, I realized the size was incorrect. Suits were way too small. I decided to return the suits so I contacted DHgate customer service, and I must say that they make the entire return process too complicated and frustrating. They asked me to send photos and measurements. The language barrier made these exchanges even more challenging. They refused to give me a refund, and said that there was nothing wrong with my order. Completely ridiculous! I have no idea what to do now and I'm very disappointed. I'll never buy anything from them again!

DHGate.com dhgate constantly avoid to follow its own rules on dispatch pledge guarantee

The Dispatch Pledge Guarantee of DHGate claims that "If the seller doesn't provide a valid tracking number within the agreed processing time, the system will automatically release payment to the buyer and also deduct US $20 from the seller's account to compensate the buyer when the processing time has expired.", also "After your payment is confirmed, if the seller doesn't complete dispatch of your order within the processing time and this leads to your order being cancelled, you'll be compensated with US $20-30 on top of your refund.". The problem is that 80% of sellers do not comply to agreed processing time and to be ok with Dispatch Pledge, they send an INVALID Tracking Number. When you open a Dispute, sellers do send a VALID Tracking Number, but the catch is that the second Tracking Number clearly shows, that item was sent way outside of agreed processing time, which is a clear case of violation of Dispatch Pledge Guarantee (a VALID Tracking Number is NOT provided in agreed processing time). When you'll wright to DHGate Customer Support about this issue, they will assure you that you are absolutely right about your claim and that they'll make a report for you to get your compensation of $20. In 90% you will NOT get your compensation even after 3 months. On the other hand, if you'll wright a pm to Customer Support and provide ALL the PrintScreens of the order, messages and tracking info, after 2-3 messages they'll not answer at all or will block your messages to them. The following are the orders, that have a violated agreed processing time by sellers and with no compensation of $20 to the buyer, as should according to DHGate rules: [protected], 3255814, [protected] (Invalid Tracking Number - should be compensated with $30), [protected], [protected], [protected].

9th Feb 2016 - 5 days passed, still no answer.

Today at DHGate's LiveChat, the operator claimed that Tracking Numbers could not be tracked(!), but they are valid even if no info can be seen at tracking sites. This was for an order [protected] which was paid on 17th Nov 2015. I would cry, if I wouldn't laughing on this answer! :D

DHGate became a fraud/### online trader, who does not follows it's own rules and treating it's customers with disrespect.

This online shopping website is truly a scam. I purchased things from DHgate more than five times and always received fake or damaged items. This website is covering fake sellers in China. My last experience was a real nightmare. I made and order and paid for it. After paying I received a message from the seller who said he won't be able to get my order ready on time because of a national holiday in China. My item was never delivered so I demanded a refund. I heard nothing from the seller so I called the DHgate customer service and their representative said that I should coopered with the seller. Completely ridiculous! I've contacted customer care because the seller was a thieve and they say that we need to cooperate! Stay away from dhgate.com!

DHGate.com iphone 6s clone

Hi All,

I have order iphone 6s clone on dhgate (PO: [protected]) and my hell of experience started there.

1. Seller shipped the item by quoting wrong price (Actual price i paid was USD 171) seller has quoted USD 85 and has shipped the product through DHL without proper documentation to prove it as not a iphone but a clone.

2. Indian customs asked me to pay customs thinking it a iphone 6s and it was valuated at USD 550, we contacted seller many times to give proper documentation, all he replied was "any tax, customer should pay" finally i paid 170$ customs. here the total cost of a clone product went upto 340$.

3. Once i got the product it was found to be defective. it was not detecting the SIM in india. then when i contacted dhgate and seller they asked me to return it via india post quoting it as USD10 and as GIFT on top of the item.

4. Since india post does not ship the electronic items which has battery i had to contact seller again and then dhgate again, seller said me he wants it to be shipped as USD 10 and as gift item and only through india post which is not possible hence i contacted dhgate they said me to ship the product through available courier, once the product is reached china we will refund you amount. hence i shipped it through DTDC courrier by paying around 65$ again. now my total cost of product came to 405$.

5. The returned package has reached china and the seller was asked to pay customs from china customs. but seller has not paid customs there and has asked it to return back to me. In the mean while i have given all the evidence proof to DHgate on how seller is playing around by not accepting the package nor agreeing for refund. if the package gets returned to india we need to again pay 65$ to take back the package.

6. Dhgate customer service keeps saying they have submitted the report after report when even you contact them and then nothing goes for weeks together.

7. Dhgate is neither taking responsibility of replying to my mails sent to them with attachments not they are acting on the refund process.

8. Its seems like dhgate does not care about customer but only seller.

We are going through hell of exprience from Dhgate and the seller called as ibaby888. We are yet to get our refund.

i will suggest each and everyone to stay away from this seller and website for all the bad experience we have gone through and losing 100 of dollars in the process.

If at all Dhgate or anyone needs any evidence on any of the words i have typed here i am ready to produce it. you can reach out to me in that case.

DHGate.com this site is nothing but a scam

DHgate is a Chinese website and it is full of fake and damaged products. Sellers may sell what they want and list whatever quantity they want. It seems like Dhgate owners just does not care about what is happening on their website. I can receive a totally different product and you'll never get your money back. Their customer service is completely ridiculous, they are very slow and provide absolutely no help. DHgate doesn't care about any of their customers. Save your precious money and time. Don't order anything, because all they need is your money. I ordered some items four months ago and received nothings yet. I sent them tons of messages, called million times but there was no response. Avoid this company!

DHGate.com seller will not refund after receiving items

I return the order to the seller but seller will not refund me after 2 months and now will not replying to my emails.
Vustomer servises told me they will not help me with the return case anymore.
I been buying fro dhgate for a long time and my first return is complete nightmare.
Can someone look in to it for me and sort it out please.

I also returned items to a seller costing me around $564 in return shipping and the DHgate dispute is still refusing to refund my money. I have now put in a claim through my card company because the seller, (MOSS) is refusing to ax except the packages. My card company said it is against their policy to reject the return when they excepted the payment and I will get my money refunded even though the seller was lying and showed a fake item in the dispute that I did not receive. The best way to get your money back is to dispute it with your card company. I paid $2585.00 for products that were not as advertised and yes, I will lose the return shipping costs, but it’s the point to me that counts and I will not be shopping on DHGATE again, since I was treated without respect and lied to. I sent in plenty of evidence and they still sided with the seller. Also, I thought it was odd they were using a dispute email address outside of the DHgate website where I put the dispute in.

DHGate.com scam!

I purchased a screen for my son from DHgate. Few weeks later we received the screen, but unfortunately it was damaged. I contacted DHgate customer support and they promised to send us a new one. I told that I don’t need another one, because it can be also damaged. The rep told me that they would not give me any refunds, so they’ll send me a new one in a few days. But it is clearly stated on their website that you can get a refund if you get a broken item. I received a broken item, but they refused to give my money back. I even sent them pictures as a proof, but they replied nothing. Since December I heard nothing from DHgate. Do not order from this website. Save your money and time!

DHGate.com order no. [protected] not received even after 5 months

i have ordered a watch through DHgate.com but even after 5 months of ordering the same has not been delivered to me. Various reminders were sent to seller YY20140828 but no response was given by him. I have also tried to register a complaint with DH gate but the same has not been registered till date. By default a message is indicated the this order no. does not exist. Please help me in getting my refund from the site the detail of which is given here under: 1. Order No. [protected]. 2. Product ordered- D27313 Montre High Quality watch. 3. Seller Detail- YY20140828. 4. Order raised on 31.08.2015 at 11.53 am 5. Payment made through credit card HDFC. 6.
