If it were possible to give a much lower rating than a 1 star, I would certainly be giving it. I placed an order from this website, which took for ever to be received in the first place, and then, after receiving the item and testing it out, I found that the item did not work properly. I emailed the seller a number of times and received absolutely NO response. I also emailed the seller as to the problem with the item and asked for help and still no response. I finally decided to begin the "Dispute" process and followed their guidelines to the letter, including sending 2 videos as evidence that the product does not function properly and asked for a return and refund. After a few days I received a response back from their "Dispute" center and was advised that my video evidence was unacceptable. Can someone PLEASE tell me how VIDEO evidence can possibly be unacceptable?? I then finally received an email from the seller advising that they were "pleased" to provide me with a $5.00 refund so that I could close the disputer "as soon as possible". I then decided that I should escalate the dispute to "Mediation", which I did. The next day I received 2 emails for this so called "Mediation" stating that, again, they were pleased to advise that a $5.00 refund was being sent to my payment method. NO explanation as to why there was a decision for not providing me with the full refund for the return of the item, at all. They tout their terrific "Buyer Protection" policy which appears to me to be a seller protection policy or a "Cover our Butt" policy. I have NEVER dealt with such a misleading and downright criminal outfit in my life and, rest assured, this will NOT be the only place that I leave a review of this company!!!

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    these people sold me counterfeit ASCIS I HAVE FILED A DISPUTE ON MY CREDIT CARD THERE RESPONSE IS TO MAIL THEM BAKC AND CANCAL MY DISPUTE COST TO MAIL IS MORE THAN THE COUNTERFEIT SHOES SHOULD BE IN JAIL I AM NOT CANCELLING MY DISPUTE
