DHGate.com sara coco wholesale breathable men’s hiking pants quick drying fishing pants

Hi I purchased 3 men's hiking pants as a Christmas gift for my husband and my 2 sons. I ordered 1 size small and 2 size large. They don't fit them. they do not have the size on the pants. They really like them but they are too tight, they can't wear them, they can't even get them on. I'm trying to find out how to return them? I first talked to to the store through DHgate. The stores name is jerseys. I ordered it on December 5th 2017 and the ensured me it would be here by Christmas, needless to say mail delivery is over until after Christmas and I still haven't received it. I tried messaging them over 15 times and no response. It always say store is off line. DHgate between my son and I you get 3 thu.bs down. Oh and customer service numbers do not work. I will never ever purchase anything from DHgate again unless this is taken care of in a good way ie. refund some or all of my money. I frustrated as i am, I encourage shoppers to shop as Wish.com at least you can always receive customer service help within a few hours.

DHGate.com fraud

On July 2017 I ordered hard drives through DHgate.com. (Order- [protected]) The hard drives turned out to be fake samsungs that could not be formatted and as result, I returned them. I paid $43 to ship them back to China and was told by DHgate that I would be refunded the $285 I paid for the products. They never refunded me. For the next few months, I would contact their customer service through various platforms and they would respond with "we will contact the seller". There was never any follow-up and I am yet to be contacted by the seller. Since December 2017, DHgate has been ignoring my messages and refuse to issue the refund I was promised.

Photo evidence of all this has been attached. To this day, I have not been refunded. I recommend that everyone else use Ebay instead as they share the same sellers, only that Ebay enforces counter-fraudulent measures.

DHGate.com Can't reach them

Blaming myself for being so naive.
DHgate is obviously the worst place for shopping. I wish I had known about it.
I have been trying to return a camera I bought from them for 5 weeks. Nothing works out. The main problem is that it's absolutely impossible to reach them.
left a million of emails and messages, tried to chat, but everything I get from them is bot-generated emails that have nothing to do with my issue. I am so tired of this. I only want to know their return address and when they can refund.

DHGate.com request for refund denied using false information and not adhering to any basic consumer rights laws

I bought a wedding dress from the DH Gate website, it is too big, not fit for purpose, not as described and I want a full refund. I contacted DH Gate to request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. In a court of law a consumer has a 30 day period to request a full refund, not 7 days. I have gone through all the correct channels to resolve this but have had nothing that resembles a fair response, let alone resolution.

I have tried to reach a resolution with the seller, but they are ignoring my requests and have used the language barrier to further avoid my concerns or options for resolution. I therefore opened a dispute for DH Gate to mediate, which to my absolute disgust and horror has been closed apparently due to not submitting evidence on time. The photographic evidence was already sent to the seller via the DH Gate resolution centre, it is clearly there online, and I also resent it as part of the dispute (a picture of the dress with a tape measure in position - why I needed to do this I have no idea). This is unfair, unjust, and clearly breaks the law. To say I am both shocked and disappointed at the lack of customer service or respect for any kind of consumer rights laws is an understatement. Other people must be suffering similar issues with this company. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund but been brushed off and all I am offered are useless responses, if at all. I even suggested that if the dress can be sent back to the seller and another sent to me in a US size 4, free of charge, we may be able to reach an agreement. None of this has happened. I have said to DH Gate that they have until Friday 12th January to completely resolve this issue otherwise I will be forced to begin court proceedings.

I would be hugely grateful for any help resolving this. Please contact me directly if you need additional information.

I recently got in touch with costumer service they sent my order to another country. ..they said for me to go to the website which I did I'm telling him under orders it says 0 orders in my dhgate ... I want to file a dispute I orderd red retro Jordan 12 for 75 dollars it came to be it was supposed to be shipped through dhl...he said he sent something to my email but he didn't that was poor costumer service I just want my money

I purchest a phone from DHgate and paid for it on 7/10/17 when it arrived it did not work I paid £57 for the phone they had my money for a month still I had no phone they asked me to return it wich I had done it cost me another £12 to return it now on the 13/12/17 I have resieved an empty phone box from DHgate with no phone in it Im contacting my banks investigation team and the port police you are committing fraud and I'm not letting you away with it I'll get my money back and compensation for the stress your company has caused me I'll make your that I'll do everything in my power to make your you never trade online with UK ever again I'm going to get a petition done to stop you all together my phone no is [protected] I better hear from you by Friday and I better have a phone your not ripping me off and getting away with it

Why has nothing been done about this company committing fraud against people you know what this company is doing why is it not being stopped from selling goods outside China or are you all in on the act I've contacted someone to investigate this whole thing as you are doing nothing to help consumers I've been waiting two months for a phone from this company they have had my money for two months and still I have no phone

This is my 2nd time complaining to you about a mobile clone Apple iPhone 7 I was sent a phone nearly two months ago that did not work I complained and was told to return the broken phone I did that on the 15th 11 2017 I did it fast post I paid £12.00 to return the phone this man told me he sent out a new phone on the 2nd 11 2017 I enquired were the phone was two weeks ago he sent me what he Seid was a courier statement but on that it Seid the phone was posted on the 22nd I enquired again and he came up with more story's every time I ask about the phone he keeps saying the courier has it but according to the tracking slip the phone has not left China yet now this man has had my money for two months and I still do not have a phone I have forwarded his emails to the investigation team working for my bank becouse this man is robbing people and you are doing nothing about it at all so I'll make sure the whole place is investigated becouse you are helping this man steal from people I will not stand for it you took my money quick enuph and still I have no phone I will be contacting the chines embassy about this matter also

DHGate.com neon light

On November 2nd, 2017 I ordered a neon bar light, my order number was [protected]. When I received the light in the mail, it was broke, little piece of the actual light had chipped off in the package. What do I need to do to receive another light? The packaging even looked pretty rough, so I'd say the postal service was not too fragile with it. You might want to consider putting Fragile on next package. DHGate.com dress

I ordered a dress beginning of July, asked for a refund end of July because it was hideous and have been battling them ever since. They keep saying my refund is being processed. They also had me delete my bad review to guarantee me a refund without returning the dress. Now I'm stuck with this terrible dress and am out $75 plus what I paid in duty!
They are the worst!

I ordered some jordans for my son the shoes are too small for him I contacted the seller and she told me that I could send them back and exchange them for a bigger size she said that it would cost 20 dollars and when I went to send them back they said it would cost $100 I'm not paying $100 to pay to ship shoes off the didn't even cost that much I keep trying to contact the seller and she will not respond she will not send me a return slip so that I can send the shoes back and I want to return or I'm going to contact a lawyer

or contact the seller about the shoes that I purchased they are too small for my son and she said that it would cost 20 dollars for me to send them back I went to send them back to exchange them and they are trying to charge me a 100 dollars to send the shoes back to Hong Kong I'm not paying a 100 dollars for no shoes when I didn't even pay a I keep trying to connect with the seller and she will not response I want my refund and I want her to send me a slip so I can send the shoes back because she didn't send me a return slip and I want my money back or I'm going to contact a lawyer

Never deal with this seller on Dhgate. He is a scam. I sent the money for my order and he'll never ship your order, I asked him to send my order but he said he couldn't ship the order. DHGate.com faulty label

I purchased RCMA No Color Powder. I had previously ordered a batch from the same seller. I was happy with the previous order. When the new order arrived I did not open the new box as I still had a few left of the old order and I incorrectly assumed I would be sent the same quality items as before.

Finally, I opened the new box and had some sales. I had customers ask for refunds as the labelling stated "Power" NOT "Powder".

I checked the entire box and all the RCMA No Color have POWER on them. They should read RCMA NO COLOUR POWDER.

DHGate.com don't use dhgate - did not get my refund amount

I purchased a watch on this site i made payment also one day after they notified me that they haven't confirmed my payment and my full amount is refunded I waited 15 days to get my money back but still it's been one month my refund amount still not received and they even not contacted me once I got my money back or not...it's money making fake site don't purchase anything on this ...[censor] site

DHGate.com do not use dhgate - did not receive my refund!!!

Long story short: I ordered a dress, received it, it had a stain on it. I messaged the seller and after back and forth they agreed to refund the item.

I sent it to the address provided, which turned out to be incorrect (even though it was in the original package as the "from" address), so the package came back to me and meanwhile DHgate closed the whole order, even though I send it back to the seller right away!
I can see in the post office tracking system that the seller has received the item, however I haven't heard from them since and haven't received my money back either. They are clearly hiding from me as any reliable person would refund in any case.

Dhgate is no longer replying to my emails and I am absolutely furious how this can happen, and how they can't help the customer by blocking the seller until they have refunded, or something? The bottom line is that the item WAS DAMAGED in the first place and now I'm left with no dress, nor my money!
I sincerely hope everyone will try to avoid this "service" as best as they can because I feel, and actually I am, ROBBED.

Bonjour,
Après avoir fait une première commande chez DHGate, je n'ai jamais reçu le colis. Par contre, DHGate a encaissé mon argent.
J'ai la preuve que le colis ne s'est jamais rendu, et qu'il a même été retourné chez le vendeur.

DHGate ne veut pas intervenir, et le vendeur ne veut pas voir mes preuves.

Il persiste à dire que le colis a été livré, et qu'il y a eu signature. Mais il ne veut pas m'envoyer le preuve de ceci.

Une belle gang de voleurs.

Hello,
After making a first order at DHGate, I never received the package. On the other hand, DHGate cashed my money.
I have proof that the parcel has never been returned, and that it has even been returned to the seller.

DHGate does not want to intervene, and the seller does not want to see my evidence.

He continues to say that the package was delivered, and that there was a signature. But he does not want to send me proof of this.

A beautiful gang of thieves.
