DFW / Rude customer service
My name is Farida Salih I was traveling this morning from DFW to NY then to Cairo. I went at the kiosk deck to check in the agent there told us to go to the other ticket deck and wait online; I didn’t mind that at all. But the guy at the ticket counter was very very rude to me, and to my family. When we checked in he told us that he can’t check in all of us that some of us have to go to the kiosk machine. I told him that the other delta agent told us to go to u and wait on that line, he started arguing with me, saying that “no I said I Cant check you in, don’t you understand what I said” I been traveling Delta more than 10 times always loved the way they treated me as a customer. This incident happened around 6 am at DFW airport. I was really upset, and didn’t have the time to talk to a manger or the person in charge at that time. Because of that guy I don’t think I will fly Delta again. If you want to contact me my name is Farida and my email is firstname.lastname@example.org thanks. The guy was very rude to me, even I gave him my passport which had my Visa to Egypt on it, and he told me that its not in here “find it” I don’t want to go on and on about what happen but I really don’t appreciated the way I been treated. I think me and any customer should get the respect that we all deserve. I am deployed in Iraq, and was just going to a vocation in Egypt. I tried to forget it and go, but I couldn’t so I thought I would just email, and see if the online customer service is better. Thanks for your time.
