Horrible Business, Horrible Customer Service! STAY AWAY I paid for a job to be done, they showed up late, took at least 2 hours for lunch and starting packing up when the job was maybe 1/2 completed. I asked the guy what was going on and he said they had to leave to go to another job? So I called the woman at Devolbren Property "Holly was her name, to ask a time for when they would be coming back to finish the job she snaps at me "Wait" slams the phone down, she comes back to say the job was completed. I said well I am standing right here and it is Not completed so now she arguing with me. I calmly said well I would like a refund and I haven't been called names like that in 50 years, this woman is insane, I have no idea how they have ever managed to stay in Business The money I lost wasn't enough to take this to court but enough to warn people to find a Honest Business and stay away from Devolbren Property
I have known Queen Holly for years and yes she is a self centered skank. She thinks she owns people, treats them like dirt. Not her problem if your feelings get hurt as long as Queen is Happy. She treated customers the same as her employees, if you don't like it F OFF. Every employee she ever had hated her, their job, lower than minimum wage, no over time paid, long hard hours for what Holly to drive a new car? She thinks the whole world Owes her and if you don't throw down the red carpet when she arrives well then she is pissed. I'm sure I saw another negative post against her Company saying the same thing poor service, terrible work. I don't know who posted this, but Congratulation for finally speaking the truth. I feel sorry for anyone who has ever come in contact with this bit@h, she attacks total strangers with her nasty mouth. Have you ever seen one of those crazy bit@h's in a store losing their mind on some poor innocent sales person? Well you might know or have seen her then. This is what happens Holly to people you throw away like garbage or treat like dirt. Karma is looking right at you LMAO

Heaven on Earth Newfoundland dogs owners are definitely tad unhinged. Lots of projection in these false post. Yikes, totally dodged a bullet getting our pups elsewhere. Please call the SPCA and ask how many times they've been reported, and seriously don't give her/them any personal information Holy smokes lol
You have just commited a criminal offence by making an accusation like this. It's called libel. We have never serviced private residences. As per my comment to you earlier we have been shut down since 2017. I will be finding out the IP address of this complaint, as well as any others I find online. I'm good with spending money on this, it's completely wrong.
I have known holly for many years and is hated by many people. She runs her life like her business which is very poorly. I am surprised there isn't 100 complaints on her for she treats people like they are dirt, thinks her unfiltered mouth is cute. Well wake up Holly and smell the roses, life isn't all about you. This woman has screwed so many people over the years including myself but sleeps well at night for she thinks she is in her right to do this. If anyone on this website deserves a complaint it's Holly Pell. So Go ahead holly, shoot your mouth off and see what kind of trouble you can get into this time. I made a complaint about Heaven on Earth Newfoundland dogs regarding the owner because she runs a puppy mill. I am an animal lover and was appalled by the state of the animals and her professionalism and reported her to the spca. I also posted on this very site about our experience with her. She sent an email to my child regarding my complaint instead of contacting me directly. I believe this complaint was made by her. It is vexatious and untrue.
