I purchased a phone from DevicesNow in October. Few weeks later it stopped working. I checked their website for contact details. There was a phone number and an email address. I tried to call, but the line was always busy. I also sent them numerous emails, but there was no response. Then I've started sending them messages every day and they finally replied. I was told to send the phone back to their warehouse for replacement with the pre-paid label they would be sending. But they never sent the label. I sent the phone back. Two weeks passed and no-one is responding to my messages. I'm still waiting for replacement or a refund.
