Deversified Trading Institute/ trading room / Refund of unused one year trading room
I joined Diversified Trading Institute(here by called DTI)on January 28, I paid $3000.00 for Level 1 course which included course materials and 3 months trading room. I added extra one year trading room by my own. On April
I found the trading course was not helping me too much, so I wrote email to my contact agent, Kelley Barber, told
her that I wish to terminate the program, and want one year trading room part to be refund to me($1200.00) on April 16, she advised me to email to [protected]@dtitrader.com(customers services). I did as instructed. Subsequently, I
have 7-8 email to [protected]@dtitrader.com, no reply. Finally, on Monday 4/23, I wrote to Kelley Barber again. No reply, so I decided it was time fro myself to called customer services manager. After long wait, Kelley came to the phone, she said she and customer services will work on the case. This Morning, 4/24/2012, I received email from
[protected]@dtitrader.com, she said this is intellectual property issue, they will not refund the extra one year trading room
services, but this part is not part of level 1 course, I just want to terminate the services, and get the money back.
I don't think it is fair, the practice is wrong.
