Destiny papillon is a fraud. He ask for money sent and does not delivery, $550 sent by money gram he picks up money within 10 minutes. Then delays shipment with a promise.
Then comes back asking for insurance money to fly the dog.
Again by money gram, he again picks up the money within 10 minutes,
And you never hear from him again,
A big hoax and total let down of not receiving the puppy.
I have reported this to money gram and hope they block his account.
His name is Harvey Lowe owner he says of destiny papillon pups. In Ohio
If anyone else wants to join in class action suit please let me know.
I'm going after him to get my money back.
I've already contacted my DA office in Louisiana
My email is [protected]@yahoo.com
How many more has he robbed?

I'm not gonna stop until I know he is stopped!
I hope he loses everything!

I had tons of correspondence with him today through text as well as email. If I can give you any information to help you I will. I did not loose any money because I realized quickly it was a scam but I hope he gets caught and held accountable for this! I have attached screen shots of my text messages with him as well as the emails so you can see the number he text from incase you can report it. Good luck catching this [censor]!

My wife saw the web page for Graciouspapillons and inquired on April 28th, 2017. We asked for additional pic of Nancy since Bella was already purchased. After receiving five more pics, we paid $550, cash sent via Western Union, on April 30, 2017. We sent payment to a Elliot Ennis at [protected], who indicated he resided at 16102 Arcade Ave., Cleveland, Oh. On May 2nd, we inquired about flight # and arrival times. A text message from Elliot indicated we would receive all pertinent information regarding flight time and arrival on May 3rd before 11AM. On May 3rd at 12 noon, no word from Elliot. At 2pm, still no word. At 3:45pm, Elliot sent a Text message asking for $620.00 for insurance the airlines required due to poor weather. We refused and demanded a refund. A text message was sent by Elliot indicating we would get a refund May 4th. Still no refund and Elliot does not answer his phone or return texts. I am preparing a complete report, and will include these complaints with the report, and taking this to the local police for internet fraud, theft by misrepresentation.
I have started my own investigation on this guy and discovered area code 234 is in Akron, Oh, . This number is initially a landline, not a cell phone. I have a phone number search underway to determine any and all reassignments for this number. Cleveland, Oh area code is 216. I went to Google maps and discovered that Akron is about 15 minutes from his reported Cleveland address on Arcade! And, he was only 10 or 15 minutes from the Western Union, determined from the time I sent it via online credit card charge, emailed Elliot the receipt, and received a notice from Western Union the money had been picked up.
I want to get this guy bad! Really angry at myself for ignoring all the red flags.

I asked about one of their pups. Yes it seems too cheap for a Pap. This was with Gracious Papillons not Destiny. They left the name "Destiny" in the ad for Gracious so I looked it up and found this complaint. What can we do about this? What a ###!

I just contacted them via text today. He replied with the name Charlie. I asked about the pup Nancy and he wanted to send me photos of Bella, that was my first red flag! However he did end up emailing me pics of Nancy and I asked how old the pup was in the pictures he emailed me and how old the pup is today, I never got an answer! Then I couldn't find an address or state on the website, 2nd red flag. I was quoted $550 and free shipping through Feb. 28, 3rd red flag. That is a very cheap price for that breed and shipping on top of that! My gut told me this was probably the case, I'm sorry you went further with it and lost money. I hope you recoup it. :(
