I think I am the unluckiest person. Each time I deal with websites I fail.
I ordered several items from Desigual two months ago. As it usually happens to me, the order didn't arrive and I requested them to refund as soon as possible. As you can see, it's been one month since I let them know about my situation and there's no money. Contacting them is very hard, no one ever responds. Only once my email was replied, I was promised that the money was on their way. I don't understand, did you send it by train or what?
