Designer Home Gallery / Refunding money
I placed an order online for bathroom faucets. The website indicated that the items were in stock and ready to be shipped same day or next day. I placed my order and asked for next day delivery. I received a call from Designer Home Gallery telling me the product is on back order and it will be 4 to 6 weeks before delivery. I asked them to cancel the order and they agreed! Yet, when I checked my credit card, I saw that they had charged my card for the products. I called and called yet no one picked up the phone. Please help!
