Noticed there seem to be a lot of people finally posting info about Design Legacy and Legacy Design Company in Dallas. I worked with this company about three years ago. The lying owners, Kelly O'Neil and Rene Guttierez, not only run an illegal sweatshop in their unheated/unairconditioned warehouse, but routinely order goods and services that they'll never pay for. And good luck trying to collect... They're scam artists who use every illegal tactic to cheat vendors out of work and product. We know that at least half of what they have on display at their showroom, Daryl Jenkins, is stolen. They're ###. Good luck if you ever get involved with them. They WILL screw you.

DAVID '[censor]' HAMER = WORLD-CLASS LOSER! David Hamer is a certifiable nutcase who, as a 'friend' (read: john) of Kelly 'Anything You Can Steal, I Can Steal Better' O'Neal, is now probably a disease-riddled, addle-brained leper. If 'David Hamer' isn't just 'Kelly O'Neal' posting again to try and repair his deservedly tainted reputation, then [censored] Hamer must have a split personality because he certainly seems to be carrying on quite the argument with himself a little ways up. We also think his ranting indicates perhaps a substance abuse problem...O'Steal's coke connection dry up, David? As artists who HAVE been ripped off by your 'dear friend' (read: blowjob buddy), we know what scummy, thieving, lying con artists he and his partner are and no matter how many grammatically incorrect responses you post, everyone else who's HONEST in the Dallas area knows it, too. P.S. Maybe you can explain why stores like Anthropologie, Neiman-Marcus and the Horchow Collection all now absolutely refuse to carry O'Steal's stolen designs and merchandise? Or why bloated gasbag Kelly NEVER responds directly to ANY of the allegations posted on this and other websites? Or why no one has EVER been sued over any of the allegations against Kelly? We can tell you: Because if even ONE artist can PROVE that O'Steal ripped him or her off, O'Steal wouldn't have a leg to stand on legally. Tim O'Riley is the nut case that is posing as everyone else on this site that has said anything good about Kelly, Legacy, Rene, et. al. He even tried to be me and retract my statement (above). I DO know Tim O'Riley and know of all the ills he has tried to cause so many people, publications and stores. He is a vile, evil, sick ###. I was wishing the best for Tim until I found out yesterday that he posed as me in trying to destroy Kelly. Then I read all the other crap he has written posing as other people and fake alike. You will notice that all the negative postings are all the same. Written by the same sick idiot.

You might not always get what you want in life, but what you dish out WILL come back to you 10x. I know that all of Kelly, Rene, et. al's. supporters will cherish the day the earth falls down on Tim O'Riley.

I have worked with Kelly O'Neal and Tim O'Riley on numerous occasions and trust me, Kelly is the thief...he will take anything he can get and never pay the bill for it ...Tim is an honest artist trying to earn a living and Kelly is only trying to take advantage of anyone who will let him ...

I don't think name calling is the way to get your point across...shame on you for that Tim, but never the less, I understand your frustration with this less than honorable person.

I hope everyone else in the United States will take this warning and stay far away from whatever name he is calling his business this week .

Typically, uneducated sorts resort to filthy language to get their points across. It is obvious that you are both uneducated and ###ic, which is a frightfully dangerous combination. You are jealous because Kelly and Renee are successful, honest, decent people. Perhaps you can't help it because of your upbringing. Regardless, please try to use some good words. With around half a million words in the English language, one would assume you could find ONE that would suit your purpose and is not filthy. Keep trying...maybe you will find one.

I have been working with Kelly O'Neal and Legacy Trading Company for the last two years on our new home. He has been involved in every aspect of the design process. He continues to go above and beyond the call of duty and has always been there for us. We would whole heartly reccommend him to anyone. His work has been outstanding and there is no quesiton that he is completly honest and operates his business with integrity.

l have worked with kelly for over 6 yers and all my business transations have been great and have hard time beliving these statements. l have also met and talked to several employees that work at his company and never have they mentioned anything like this. We are in the same business and people in our industry have nothing but praise for kelly.

I have worked with Kelly, Rene and their company for the past five years and have found them to be honorable, honest and ethical. Kelly has also gone out of his way on numerous occaisons to help out my business. I have spent time with Kelly, Renee and some of the other employees of Design Legacy and have found that they all seem to really enjoy working together and working for Design Legacy.

Tim sounds scary crazy. Tim - did you know that you can actually see Russia from Alaska? Sarah Palin says so. Go check it out buddy and let us know if she is crackers or not.

I'm sorry, I just can't let the message I posted before stand. I posted that diatribe as a favor to Kelly O'Neal, who shouldn't have asked me to go on here and lie in the first place. I don't know who Tim O'Riley is since I've never met him or why Kelly seems to hate him so much (but I'm starting to suspect that Kelly is just pissed that so many people are going on the internet to expose him and he's fixated on this guy). I do know quite a few people who Kelly and his partner have cheated out of money and product. I've never met this particular artist, but as far as I can tell he has a good reputation and works well with a number of local stores. Kelly, on the other hand, is practically on the verge of bankruptcy, has creditors breathing down his neck every day (who he uses every dodge to avoid) and now has a horrible rep with artists and vendors alike. Kelly has mentioned quite a few national chains he's tried to work with who refuse to carry his merchandise because of his and his company's terrible track record, well-known ethical problems and poor product quality. Listen, I felt sorry for Kelly momentarily but several people have emailed me defending this artist and saying what a ### I am for trying to smear him. I really don't want that kind of karma in my life. And Kelly's glee at thinking he somehow "got back" at this guy is disturbing on several levels and really shows me who the unbalanced person in this equation is. So if anyone who reads this knows Tim, please let him know how sorry I am to have been used to try to hurt him. I hope this makes up in some small way for my inexcusable actions.

I have know Mr. Oneal and his employees and partner Rene Gutierrez for many years, also worked for them both and NO one in his organization is a liar, thief, ###, scam artist, or anything in the like of all the comments from Tim O'Riley. If you are reading all the emotional name calling he is dishing out, you should realize that HE is the nut case here and the negative energy is all one sided. I met Tim many times and thought he was a really nice guy. I am so disappointed to see all this nonsense from you Tim. You know that no one is an "indentured servant" at Kelly's place of business... I am pretty much in shock of all the name calling and untrue statements you have made on all these posts I have read on the internet.
