This company fails to provide the support for their product as promised verbally and in writing. As advertised on their web site “Lifetime "No Hassle" Repair or Replacement” I phoned in my service order in December 2006 for a broken pane. It is now February 2007. I have been promised the replacement was on Monday’s truck for two months. Their Service Technicians do not return calls and the service provided to the customer after the sale is sub satisfactory. They also are non responsive to the Better Business Bureau complaint I filed.
