Obagi products ordered and not received
I placed an order on November 27. I received an email confirmation within minutes and the charge was applied to my credit card. Still have not received product. They do not answer their phone, "live" chat is never on line. There is no address listed on the website. I have emailed repeatedly and have been told via email that the product was to be delivered via USPS priority mail on December 9. The website states all products are shipped within 24 hours via USPS priority mail at no charge. They charged me an additional $6.50 for shipping.
Goods not arrived

29th June - 7th August 2011 - Goods not received.
Barclaycard are investigating Dermshop and have frozen the money that Dermshop would have received, if I had received the beauty products . Obviously they now want their money and funnily enough have now sent the goods on the 26th July!So much for paying $49.99 for priority international shipping, which I hasten to add is rather steep. The latest thing is yesterday, 6th August, I received a letter from a local Parcelforce Worldwide depot, saying that Customs and Excise require £36.97 for VAT Import and Release fees before the depot can send me my products.
In my final email to Dermshop, (as I can not talk to them) I have told them they either pay for the extra fee of £36.97 pounds sterling into my Baclaycard account, or the goods would be sent back from the depot and Barclaycard will continue to investigate. If or when I receive the goods, I hope the beauty products are what I ordered!
Do not order anything from Dermshop, as they seem to be corrupt, especially do not order from abroad!
Barclaycard has all the information I sent and received, including the invoice which shows the products, cost and all items supposedly are (non taxable).

If you order something there is no way to track your package. They never answer the telephone or return emails. I order from this site without researching, never receive the product. I have decided to take legal action if I'm not refunded.
on the contrary, i had a great experience with them. not all companies are perfect and we expect too much from there...cant order on a monday and expect it to be there the next day... A+ rating to dermshop.com!
fraud
I have not receive my order. I tried calling them. The number does not work, the online chat never works, and their is no address provided on their site.
The store is basically a ghost shop. Very strange and fishy. Please do not order from dermshop.com. I may just be out of $100.00.
I plan to file a police report. This is intentional theft. I will take legal action if I don't recieve a refund or product.

Hello, this is DermShop.com. We noticed you left a negative review. While checking your account and history, you placed your order on 07/23/2011 at 1:46am which is a Saturday. Your order was shipped Monday 07/26/2011 via UPS. Tracking # is: 1Z2038FA0340914370 and UPS.com shows that it was Delivered on 08/01/2011, 11:31am.
While checking phone and email records, we see 1 email which was responded too showing you the tracking information and responding to all your concerns.
You cant make all customers happy and its terrible that one customer will take the time to try and dissolve an online business however, the thousands of satisfied customers will not take the time to leave positive feedback!

I have ordered from this site and regret it a lot. Firstly...because the live chat doesn't work, no reply to my messages or emails. Crazy enough, my products arrived after 3 months of my order and it looks FAKE. I am gutted! I have already report it to Obagi. Don't buy from them.
