I bought some skin care cream for my mother from this company. They advertise FREE trial @ $6.95. I ordered it on my visa card and had it sent to Mom's house. Later I find that Dermitage has taken $69.95 from my credit card account for this FREE trial. Then they take $73.92 from my account 30 days later and $73.92 from my account again 30 days after that. There is nothing FREE about their FREE trial. They have taken money from my Credit Card account on 3 occasions without authorization. How can I get my money back from these thieves?

Dermitage proposes an "Anti aging cream" trail for 14 days for $ 2.I ran out of one of the creams after 8 days and did not see any improvements in my skin.
I decided to send back their creams as that was what they had advised me when the results were not up to what I expected.
I now find out that they charged my credit card for $76.60 there where they claim that their monthly fee would be only $ 69.95.

I only ordered a sample of the eyecream and the free trial. I repeat FREE trial. I recently discovered that were attempting me a full price for both of these things. I was not satisfied with the product, and do not want anymore. If they attempt to charge me again, I will be contacting the bbb, as well as my local news agency consumer affairs division.

I ordered a sample and was sent the product after, which I returned and they acknowledged that I returned, but
would not give a refund. I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone who refused to help.
My "sample" ended up costing over $170.00

these persons perform a scam, they offer you free some small sample of their product, but on a very faded
letters there is the hidden truth, the gige you 15 days, they call it a trial, but they are working on charging your
card with $99.95 for some mere samples, besides now i received a call from my forwarder, saying that there is some more sample in mi name. This sacam is horrible and should be stopped

your company charged me 99.65 and i did not want to order this product. Do not send me this in the mail.

I have been to my bank and cancelled the debit card. The bank will notify you, please refund my money

without any charges for mailing as i did not order this. i see this seems to be a problem with your company.

This is no way to do business!

Extremely deceptive practice. My wife ordered a trial. It came and then the others start coming. You have to read the fine prints (Where is FTC?). I called and cancelled the "subscription." I am calling the credit card company to notify them for the future transactions. I am sure that they will charge the "stocking fee."

On the billing page where I filled out the Visa billing information there was only shown an invoice of $6.95. No where on there site does it state that I would be charged $99.95; it only states, not on the billing page but on a link to the terms and conditions, that I will be billed (unspecified). It doesn't state anywhere that I will be billed on my Visa and I never authorized it.

This company ran an add for free product that was not free. My account was charged twice already for this free product. I had to go to my bank and change my account information to stop this. This company should be reported to the BBB so this will stop. I will never order online again no matter how good the deal looks. I have learned a valuable lesson free is not free to some people.

Total fraud. No response when you want to cancel. Left numerous messages to no avail, and wrote emails, but nothing has been done. I disputed the charges on my credit card. Don't get wrapped up. Filed a complaint at the Better Business Bureau.

I have just opened my credit card statement to find an 89.95 charge from Dermitage. I am not much for suing but I feel a class action suit may be in line for this one. I only ordered the free trial sample of Dermitage for 6 or 7 dollars. I feel like what they have done is stole from us. I gave them no authorization to charge my account. Anyone with me?

I returned a Dermitage "automatic shipment" (a swindle apart from this complaint) for which I was charged $135.90 (the product does nothing!). I used the company shipping label, which was emailed to me. I referenced the company RMA number. Dermitage says they have not received the product.

I accepted and sent away fro a free sample of eye cream from Dermitage. Imagine my surprise when I was billed $169 for this 'FREE SAMPLE".

You cannot reach them but something has to be done to stop them ripping off people.

I returned their product in the alloted time but I keep getting emails that I will be charged $89.95 for my 'free sample' if they don't receive the package by Oct. 18. I mailed it on Sept.19, RMA # 26679.

I have tried calling their number everyday and at different times but no one ever answers.

Is there anything I can do?

I returned the product unused 2 days after I received it. I have proof of delivery. The product was supposed to be returned by 9/22/08 in order not to be charged. They received it 9/11/08. To this day, I am still getting emails from them stating that if it is not returned by 9/22/08, I will be charged full prive for the product. I have ried to call them constantly and the phone just rings and no one ever answers. This company is a big fraud.

They have used a partial address to make the "deliveries" of this unwanted product> I don't know how they managed to do it. I've been getting unauthorized charges. They should give me satisfaction if they call themselves a serious company.

On 1/25/2010, I ordered the 14 day free trial offer on Dermitage products. I received a product I did not like but failed to return it in the 14 day and I accept responsibility for that amount ($89.95). However one month later I received another shipment which I had not ordered and was charged $93.92. I immediately wrote "Return to Sender" on package and returned it posthaste. To this date the amount has not been credited back to my account. Upon talking with a representative at Dermitage, she stated that I had to follow protocol in returning the package by using a "return #" and therefore I was not eligible for a credit or refund since I did not follow the rules. She also stated that they had not received the package and that it was probably still at the postoffice. I told her that it was quite peculiar that the charges and the shipments did not continue in March, April, and May if in fact, my package was not received in February when it was returned. She then told me that some customers and information had "erroneously" been deleted from their records and mine apparently was one of the deleted accounts. This is a scam and a ripoff.

Dermitage advertises free products and sounds very sincere regarding their products. You give them your name and credit card information so they can charge you for the shipping only. When you receive the products, there is a notice inside the package that they will continue to ship these "free" products every month unless you instruct them to cease and desist all charges and return the "free" product (you must pay for shipping)to them with an RMA number they issue. So, actually these procudes are not free. You have paid for the shipping and if you don't want these charges on your credit card every month, you have to pay to ship the original "free" product back to them. I feel that if they had a legitimately good product they would not have to resort to these tactics.

I ordered a FREE sample of Dermitage skin products, $3.95 shipping and handling. No where on the free sample order form did it state I would receive a 30 day trial supply. No where on the order form did it state to try this product for 14 days, then let Dermitage know my results. On the 15th day, Dermitage would assume I liked this product and would bill me $89.95. If I didn't like this product, I needed to call by day 14, cancel, then return the product. A restocking fee would be billed to me and I would have to pay for postage and handling to return the product. I say Dermitage need to be more specific on their free products. If you read more on this company, there is serious scam-like procedures taking place. Stay away from this company. I wish I had.

I was on my bank site, when a pop-up window came up. The bank said that if I took a quick survey that I would receive a free gift for my time and input. I accepted and answered a few questions. I selected Dermitage as my 'free gift'. Later that day I went to review my emails and had received an email from Dermitage letting me know that my 'free-trial' offer had been mailed and that after 14 days, my account would be charged 89.00! I immediatly called them, canceled the order, called my bank and let them know that I did not appreciate their free offer...that wasn't free! Becareful! Even of your bank!

I ordered the "Free Sample" of Dermitage in April. I then realized this weekend that I had been charged $99 for the product. So with all this said, I felt embarrassed that I had been taken advantage of. I consider myself a very smart business woman. I built and sold an internet business that was extremely successful. I know that when you click on the terms and conditions and read the print you will see that you have to return within 14 days, but that was not explained any where. I feel that they should have the print come up and you must scroll down and read through before you purchase. When I went on the internet to research this yesterday, I noticed that there are hundreds if not thousands of dissatisfied customers that have filed complaints similar to mine. These laws need to be restructured to protect the consumer.
