Dermitage Eye Products / Charged for something I did not submit to

I thought I wanted try this product and completed the necessary information for the "free trial" of the product and decided after entering in all of the information that I did not want it. I never hit the submit button and closed out of the website. I found a charge for the shipping on my charge card. Be aware that even if you do not hit the submit button they still have the ability to have your information and account number and they will charge you. After speaking with the representative they will credit my account. This is the one of the worst cases of customer service I have ever had from any company.
