Dermawand / payment/refund not received!!!

I got dermawand at end of january 2018 and reutrned it beginning of february due to horrible reaction on my eyes, forehead and neck. I sent it back way before the 30 days was up for free trial and have yet to receive my refund. I spoke to someone in customer service two weeks ago to get this resolved, because I noticed a $60 pending charge for dermawand, so I was like wtf? The man I spoke to said no worries, we will refund in 2 business days... Yeah right! I still haven't gotten it put back on my account as a refund and the $60 charge did end up going through. I am pissed. This is such a freakin mess! Y'all need to get it together.
