Derm Exclusive / Agent didn't listen to my complaints and requests

I ordered product from the Derm Exclusive. I paid for the postage and product about $70. I haven’t received this product, but the rep from this company charged me for another order, which I never placed. I called them and told to return money, but the agent behaved really horrible and she continued to speak about their production and didn’t listen what I told her. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. Maybe you can advise me how to stop these withdrawals. Please post your ideas and comments. Thanks.
