Derek Robertson review: stole $3200 1

Derek Roberston created a company probably for the purpose of ripping people off. He named that company Platinum Legal Services. He preyed on people who had lost their jobs and were doing everything in their power to save their homes. We are underwater in our home, meaning we owe significantly more than the house will sell for.

Some people would short sell their home and leave the American taxpayerf to pick up the loss. In our case, we owe about $100, 000 more than our home is worth. Being ethical Christian people, we would not consider expecting taxpayers to pick up the tab. We took $3200 from saving and gave it to Platinum Legalk Service to get us a home loan remodification. They did little more than turn in the paperwork, something we ahd to do ourselves. We jumped thru hoops with our mortgage comapny trying to get everything done. In February of last year when I tried to get our money back, a guy at Platinum threatened to screw up everything we had done with our mortgage company. We decided it would be better to wait until we finally got the loan that WE HAD DONE ALL THE WORK FOR. We thought we received our loan remodification back in May, but three days ago, we found out that due to a technicality it had been rejected. Had Platinum actually been working with our loan, they would have notified us of this technicalitry and we could have fixed it.

We are now looking at the possibility of losing our home and sticking taxpayers with the $100, 000 difference. This is all thanks to Derek Robertson who took money for a service he never provided! We'd like to take Derek Robertson to court. Since ever single taxpayer was screwed by this guys actions, you have a vested interest in helping us to locate this crook. We'd like his full name, home and business address, and home and business phone. His birthday or social security number would also be helpful in locating him. If anyone can supply this information, you can do it annonymously by responding thru this complaint board.
