Dentech Whitening / unordered whitening product
After ordering and paying for a sample of dentechs whitening product I was shocked a few weeks later when I recieved a 30 day supply along with the realization that my credit card had been billed for $88.97. I never agreed to such a transaction and was told when I called the [protected] number that was on the envelope that there was no one I could talk to in the billing department and that the only way they might be contacted was by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you know of any way that I can get my money returned to me or if there is a way I can send a formal complaint please let me know.
I was appalled that a company would pull such a stunt and it is times like this that make me very skeptical of purchasing online
