Denta White will automaticaly subscribe you for $92.37 a month if you order their free trial offer. I have currently been charged $277.11 for this FREE TRIAL OFFER. After speaking with their customer service I have been told the only way to get my money back is to return the FREE TRIAL OFFER product after already paying for its shipping and handling. Since I have already opened one of the packagase I will only be refunded hal[censored] How is that a free trial offer, what a SCAM. Denta White Proffesional Teeth Whitener is a SCAM, SACM, SCAM!!!

    I have exact same experience. I read an article on line, it talked about a lady use only free trial to whiten her teeth, and the two company are denta white and dazzle white. I sign on the free trial, and then after one month, I found my credit card are chared for $92 from denta white and 57.1x2 by dazzle white. I don't know what to do now. I know they didn't do a fair business, for example, dazzle white give me the receipt which only mentions the free trial, didn't mention anything about the automatic subscription. I think I can use this to sue against these two company. The article is a conspirancy of these two company.

    You can return the product for a full refund, but don't wait till it is too late to return. Just call customer service at 866.982.5126. both are easy to do.

    I experienced the same situation. I was reading an article about a lady who combined two products (dentawhite and dazzle white) I followed the link and I entered in a promo code so I could receive a sample of Dentawhite for only 99 cents. Before I submitted my credit card information it said in fine print "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions". Had I known that I was going to be billed $92.37 a month I wouldn't have request the "free trial". When I noticed a charge on my account for this amount (not knowing what it was for) I did my own researched and had to look up the terms and conditions on my own. There was no check box that forces you to read it. Guess thats where they get you, because they know most people won't take the time to read it if they think they are just being charged 99 cents for a sample. They say you have a 10 day trial period where you can cancel your subscription, but by the time I received my "free trial" I had 2 days to cancel (once again, I was unaware I was even enrolled in anything). In the terms in conditions it also states that they will automatically enroll you in a "Health Tracker". When I called the customer service line to have my money refunded I asked them to unsubscribe me to this as well because I couldn't do it online. He said that it didn't enroll me and that it doesn't enroll everyone, its random. Nice right? Of course it is your responsibility as a consumer to read all terms and conditions to save your own butt, but this company's offer is COMPLETELY deceiving. How could you feel okay working for them? Truly unethical. What a bunch of money grubbing cheating jerks!!

    How effing ridiculous that for a silly sample of a tooth-whitener, there is FOUR PAGES (printed in 10-point type!) of RULES. This company is beneath contempt for the SHAMELESS way it handles what amounts to a SWINDLE of the public thru misleading advertising! WHO EVER HAS TO DEAL WITH ONEROUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS LIKE THESE for a simple online purchase of an everyday product? ONLY INTENTIONALLY-DECEPTIVE motivations could POSSIBLY be what this company wants you to fall for! INCLUDING all jumps over hurdles, and thru all the hoops to return it! FALSE AND DECEPTIVE is the ONLY way to describe this! This company should be brought to court and sued for every penny it is worth!

    It has already taken SO MUCH of my time and effort to nullify this, not to mention anxiety, even a trip to my bank to discuss it (since they issued my credit card), and it's not over yet, by any means. I'm just getting started!

    AND, between Denta White and it's companion scammer, Dazzle White, there are charges of over $175 that I did not know I was committing to! IN FACT, I received PHONE CALLS from representatives of BOTH companies immediately after ordering and I EXPRESSLY TOLD THEM I WAS NOT SIGNING UP FOR ANYTHING THAT ENTAILED ONGOING CHARGES OR ANY AMOUNT OTHER THAN THE POSTAGE, yet BOTH charged my credit card for products I DID NOT AUTHORIZE from the start! What kind of ethics and integrity is that! Terms and Conditions INDEED!

    This company is a scam! Calling customer service doesn't help!! They wouldn't even get a supervisor for me. The rep was rude and obnoxious and basically said there is nothing I can do! I have never seen such bogus advertising. Do NOT buy this product!!! I just received the trial offer on Monday 10/26 and they charged me the 92.37 on Tuesday 10/27? I didn't even get to try it yet and they are charging! The rep agreed he saw that it was just delivered on Monday. This company is unbelievable and unless I get a full refund, I will be going on every website I can find to tell everyone what a rip off this company is! They can take my 92.37 because I hope it was worth it! I guarantee I will cost them more than they charge me!!! Good Luck Denta White!!! You should have refunded the money like a responsible company would have!!!

    If you have problems, the first thing is to call customer service. To contact DentaWhite customer service, call them at (866) 982-5126.

    You do not have to go through customer service to cancel your account, or to see if you are already canceled. Just go to the website and scroll all the way to the bottom and to the right, and click on "Cancel Your Product". If you are an active customer, you will be able to cancel. If you are not an active customer, you will see when your account was canceled.

    If you would still want to talk to customer service, call them at 866 982-5126.

    If you are on the west coast, call them early in the morning. They would be open 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.
    If you are on the east coast, call them later in the day. They would be open 9:00 am to 7:00 pm

    I want to add the minute I tried to cancel a "membership" with the sister product "Purely White" they tried to charge 89.95 to my account 7 days after thier intial charge of 89.95 . When speaking with customer sevice Bonnie and tony descibe it as a "glitch". All told I'm currently out around 185.00 and that's IF I get the second 92.37 refunded (returned unopended product within 24 hours of getting with "RMA" # and a delivery tracking number) and I don't get stuck with second charge . According to my bank if I don't get a reimbursment with 30 days THEN they will take some action. So I should be getting 2 of these charges provisionally credited to my account by bank (whick I haven't seen yet.
    I'm angry that when I contacted my credit union they state they are aware of these shady practices but there's nothing will do but hand over your money while you tell them these charges are not authorized by you the account holder. And they don't bother to let me know what's going on in my account.
    Due to this experience I am shopping around for better fiancial products with consumer protection.
    So far I am lodgging complaints with the FTC, and will with the BBB's and state attorney generals.
    The whole thing is disgusting...
    A real company would send email updates alerting that your trail offer period will be over soon And when new shipments are being sent.
    When I signed up for the two free samples NO Where did I see the ultimate mess I agreed to and I had googled the name and nothing poppped up it was a scam at the time.
    Over all I'm more ill that our banks allow it and don't protect us.

    Fell for the same bs, got the product late in the mail of course it was my responsibility to inform them, that it was late almost 5 days after i placed order (10 days started when i gave credit info). Here is name of company that charged me NATURE CREST phone #877 886 7183. To quit having more charges added like some poor scammed folk s with off white teeth like me. Had to cancel card. What a country we have, TO LET [censored] companies make a living ripping working people off.

    This company is nothing than a bunch of snake-oil salesman. Regardless of whether or not the product works, these dirt-bags are relying on you not being a Philadelphia lawyer and seeing the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page. Seriously, you're spending $4.50 on a trial offer and who reads terms and conditions for a trial sample.

    They may be within their "legal" right but this does not exonerate them of being the slim-sucking-maggots that they truly are. They defend themselves and unscrupulous practice of deception all the while knowing full well what they're involved with.

    After all, who would spend $92 monthly for a do-it-yourself tooth whitening kit when you could have it professionally done by a Dentist for about $275?

    I'm sure that the employees of this company cheer and revel in gladness knowing that they've just snared another victim in their web of deception. I for one could not in good conscience pray on unsuspecting buyers but then again I'm not a ###.

    Here's what happened to me: I called and canceled the trial on day 10, and they claimed the ten day trial had expired and put a $92.37 charge on my credit card. I filed a claim with my bank and after a two month investigation they said DentaWhite was justified in charging me $92.37. So they scammed my bank, too. Who else can I complain to?

    Smilewhites Pro, Cleanwhites, and Dentawhite are all affiliated somehow. If you order one you'll get unmarked shipments from all of them as well as hidden subscriptions.

    what a fuc__ing scam...i read an article by some shady women, recently, and ordered two "free" sample trials of teeth whitener. One was called DentaWhite and the other, DazzleWhite. After I realized I had two unauthorized charges on my account for $57(DentaWhite) and $92(DazzleWhite) I decided to call customer service and try to get my refunds like i normally would for any other normal company. I was able to contact Dazzel and negotiated my way to the top manager. He said that the charge was completed stated in the terms and agreements and I wouldnt be able to collect a refund-how deceiving. I didnt agree to these terms at all. I agreed to the advertise FREE sample trial! I canceled my account and didnt receive a refund. Well, I thought it couldnt get any worse than that. I was wrong. DentaWhite charge me $92. They havnt been able to contact their customer service until I read this blog because they keep the number hidden so well. Luckily, I was able to return this product after paying shipping costs. What a fuc__ing do these people get away with this? These people are the ### of the earth and i hope they burn in hell.

    As I learned with a little online researching ( … “on July 30, 2009 the Utah Division of Consumer Protection entered into a Settlement Agreement with” several associated entities involved in this scam. The agreement requires these entities to “provide a refund to all consumers the Division verifies to be due a refund within one year of the date of the agreement.” I got my refund recently by submitting a complaint to Utah’s Consumer Protection Division. Make these scammers settle up with you by submitting your complaint, too. (
