I am being charged 9 pounds a month from this company. For a service I did not want or ask for. I phoned your company. The person on the phone said my card was not registered. I phoned my bank who confirmed this was not true. The company has been using a previous card to which I did not receive from my bank. This points to the card being stolen. Your company have got hold of these card details and used it to charge my account.
I wish for a refund of these charges.
Your customer service couldn't or wouldn't even take my name. They wanted a fax number, which of course I do not have.
