DenimBuys.com Fake Clothes

Do Not purchase anything from this company. Bought 6 "Lacoste" shirts. Turns out none of them were authentic. I took the shirts to a Lacoste boutique and the manager and employees pointed out the irregularities to the shirts. I sent the shirts back for a refund about a month ago and still no refund. If I don't get my refund soon, I will report them to the BBB and seek litigation.

DenimBuys.com Fake products and bullying

I ordered a pair of True Religion jeans and a Hoodie. When I received my package the jeans where not the style I ordered and they had a photo copied tag instead of the cardboard tag usually attacked to True Religion jeans. I called the "company" and spoke with Mike Kay who was curt and rude from the beginning. When I explained that these jeans were NOT real and I wanted to return them he told me that I could return the jeans but not the hoodie. He then began to bully me into paying for the hoodie and when I told him of the reviews of his company and his fake pratice he informed me that he had a lot of positive feedback which I have yet to see. He has sent me mis-spelled, threatening emails and continued to use bullying tactics when he has spoken to me on the phone. I will NEVER do business with this "company" again.

The company also goes by Jizzletech or Labelle Fashion.

Beware DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this merchant! Read all the complaints on this chat board, they all talk about the same experience regarding fake products, products not as advertised, and horrible customer service (if you can get through to someone).

Same story, I purchased a sizeable amount of designer jeans from this merchant.
1) a couple pairs where fake
2) a few pairs were not even close to what was advertised on their website
3) a few were not even the right size and color

I Proceeded to return my whole order! The website requires you get an RMA# first in order to return the merchandise. I emailed the them and called 7 times and left messages, there was never any response from anyone. Called my credit card company to get their contact information including address, I even disputed the amount with my credit card company. Someone finally called me back, this was after I returned my order (get a delivery confirmation if you do this!) to them. The delivery confirmation was July 29th, 2017! After many attempts I finally was able to speak to a gentleman named Mike in customer service, he advised me on couple occasions on the phone that a credit has been processed. Today is Sept. 22nd, they still have not posted a credit to my account.

Be smart, read the complaints, they are REAL! Stay away from this merchant, apparently the BBB and Attorney General for the State of NY are all incompetent! This merchant should have had it doors closed a long time ago...

I ordered a Lacoste Polo in the wrong size. Before they shipped it I sent them an email to cancel the order because of the wrong size. Michelle Wright from customer service responded that she had changed it and "no need to cancel". After emailing them to ask them if they were going to ever ship it they finally sent me a notification that it was shipped listing my billing and shipping addresses in the email. I received a letter from FedEx that it was being shipped to my billing NOT shipping address. It took over 3 emails to get Michelle to respond that she will not credit the shipping back even though they shipped it to the wrong address (WHY ASK FOR A SHIPPING ADDRESS IF YOU WON'T USE IT)! I finally received the shirt and it was the wrong size and now they will not credit me the shipping fee (EVEN THOUGH I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL BEFORE AND SHE REPLIED THAT THERE WAS NO NEED TO THEY WOULD SEND THE RIGHT SIZE) and they want to charge a restocking fee despite the fact that it is their mistake. Terrible customer service, and Michelle Wright the customer service agent lies. Do not use this company! Too high of a risk and not worth being mistreated.

I wish I had seen the previous review of this company before I placed my order. The site looked legit. featuting a "guarantee" of aunthenticity etc.. I ordered a Ralph Lauren Polo shirt and when I rec'd the shirt it wasn't as pictured. The inner tag was wrong, the logo on the shirt front wasn't in the right spot and it was a different color. I've emailed the company to get a return authorization but so far no response. There are no phone numbers listed on the site, they deal by email. I'm so frustrated, this was for a gift and now I probably won't even get my money back!

Hi can you by any chance send me the website that you got your clothes from. My mom ordered clothes from me from them and still have not received it yet and got no email from them. She dose not remember the website that she bought it from and Id like to see this business that they are running and scamming people out of money. Please please please send me the website or email.

DenimBuys.com Bad seller practice!

I bought a new authentic True Religion Joey Patch size 30 from www.denimbuys.com operated by JIZZLE TECH. They sent me a FAKE True Religion Joey Patch Destroyed size 30 which I have never ordered for. I am in the process of email asking for returning the FAKE merchandise. However, I ready their return policy stating that some merchandise are final sale. If you have to deal with this seller, please contact your credit card company first for dispute. DO NOT sign the return form since they state the unfair policy and claim that you agree with their policy. If you sign, you will get nothing. Let credit card company deal for you. If you want to buy from them DO NOT use your debit card, you will not get the refund or any help from the bank since there is no policy for that. This company charged my credit card before shipping which violate the Fair Credit Card Act. We will be covered by law and we have rights to dispute any wrongs this company make for us. DO NOT forget to file a complaint in bbb.org and ftc.gov also. Those third party will help you to solve the problem. Will update you if I have any additional information regarding to this case. ***This company use the location for credit card charge in NJ, but they operate shipping and stocking in NY*** Their telephone number is [protected] or [protected].

WARNING: This account sells cheap Ralph Lauren Polo shirts that are FAKES. They are made of cheap material and poor craftsmanship. After hearing numerous horror stories, I contacted my credit card company to put a call through to the merchant (because they do not list a phone number for some odd reason). The man on the other end of the phone -- I believe Mike is his name -- is exactly as others have described him: a rude, obnoxious lowlife. After his harangue about me not needing to contact my bank I informed him that I would NOT sign his return policy and thereby not pay the 15% restocking fee for sending me fraudulent merchandise. He reluctantly agreed. If they do not comply, they will be getting ANOTHER call from VISA. A word to the wise. Let your credit card company do the talking with this creep: he will squirm and slither like the snake he is. Score another one for the consumer!

Update: Sammy from NewWave sent me a refund email notification on 1/12/10 with an advise that it will show up on the next statement. Unfortunately, the credit has not been posted on the latest statement dated 2/16/10.

As a result, I have contacted the credit card company to initate the dispute process.

I've kept all documentations such as email/phone communications and the RMA UPS tracking number (sent 12/30-09, received 1/11/10) so I'm confident that the credit will be extended by the bank.

A clarification on my review for NewWaveDenim.com. I just found out that the company has nothing to do with Denimbuys.com.
In fairness to NewWaveDenim.com, they issued a RMA# the next day of the request. In addition, they accepted my refund request without charging the 15% restock fee. Overall, the email and phone encounters have been cordial and professional. Currently, I am waiting for the refund to post.

I ordered 6 Lacoste shirts from NewWaveDenim.com which has the same address in NJ and shipped from NY. I immediately compared the logo to my real ones bought from Lacoste shops. Guess what, the logos are badly embroidered and had inconsistent shapes and sizes. The real ones have finer embroidery and consistent logo for 4 shirts I compared with. I will be returning these and letting the credit card company deal with them.

I also got ripped off. they tried to delay return till after the 30 days I CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD and they disputed the charge. I am also trying to report this to the attorny generals office I suggest every one else do that so we can try to close these ###s down. Its a real shame how these ### suckers think that they can rip off us hard working people trying to save some money and buy nice thing only to find out they are selling all fake ###. Thats what there merchantdise is FAKE.. I hope they will pay for ripping off good hard working people. Remember what goes around comes around for you I HOPE 10 FOLDS...

Do not get ripped off like me. The RL polo's are fake, not even good fakes. They will not take back my merchandise. The company claims to refund your money, they do not. I thought the BBB would shut this kind of company down, I guess I am wrong. They also run other sites with different company names. Be very careful. Do the research before you order anywhere. I learned my lesson for $200.
