I had ordered 2 Lacoste shirts through "Denimbuys".

When they arrived, they were the wrong colors and the wrong size. You can't call this company, they don't have a number. You have to email them. When I would email them, they wouldn't get back to me until a day or two later.

I ended up sending back the first order I received, 2 shirts valued at $75.00, for an exchange. I was very polite as to why I was returning the shirts and very specific as to what I was requesting in exchange.

When I received the second shipment, again, it was the wrong size and the wrong colors.

Again, I sent a series of emails that went unanswered. Time is of the essence with these people with returns. They give you 14 days, including Saturdays and Sundays and they are not open on Saturdays or Sundays.

The second delivery of shirts was the wrong color and smelled of cigarette smoke.

I finally decided to send them back and requested a full refund. Their policy does not say anything about a "restocking fee", but when they did finally refund my money - it took over a month for the entire process - they only refunded me $50.00 after I had spent $75.00

These people are unscrupulous and tacky. They are rude and hard to get a hold of. I will never do business with them again and I have warned everyone I know about them.
