Deluxe Properties, Asthika Potuhera review: Property management company

Asthika Potuhera is the owner of Deluxe Properties. He is/was managing our home that we are renting. He is cheating us out of our rent money. He is a very untrustworthy and unsavory character., He claims he will manage the property and keep up on any necessary repairs and he does not do anything. He is to deposit our rent money (3, 000.00), that he collects from the people renting our home on the first of every month, into our bank account as soon as he receives it and he has not deposited our April rent money. He is claiming we owe him money and is refusing to give us our 3, 000.00 dollars. We have discovered that he has been untruthful in the amount of money he has been collecting from the people renting our home. He has been collecting 425.00 additional dollars from our renters every month and pocketing that money. We had no knowledge of this. NEVER do business with this man.
