Well I am on the phone at least once a week with there tech dept. While they
Try to fix issues with this unit. I paid $2000 for something that stays in a
Non working condition! I want this unit sent back to dell, let them fix it correctly
Or a new unit. Enough is enough. I am a preferred dell account holder.
Have been for over 10 years. This is stupid dell cant fix there own units.

    your asking too much
    1 the alledged techs in india know nothing beyond there script ( and often wrong I might add)
    they will make any excuse to do nothing
    I have had 1 person ( anna) claim within 2 minutes of our call that she some how magically fixed my issue because she thought it was fixed ( odd was not next to it and was powered off)
    there escallations and corporate office are no better
    nothing is ever there fault
    if you expect dell to fix the issue don't send to there depot repair place ( in texas I believe) they will send it back in worse shape ( sent my back with a defective hard drive)
    if you got 2 day repair than a tech should be coming to fix the issue(s)
    just keep calling the idiots till the issue gets fixed
