For the last two days I have gone through the drive through and the person told me on Monday "our computers are down, you'll have to wait 10 minutes" I left. Today same thing " the computers are rebooting, you'll have to wait 10 minutes." No, I left again. The time was 6:58. I always stop and get breakfast, now I can't. Why? My co-workers were counting on me, so now I come empty handed. UGH!

I miss the old nacho cheese.. My family and I would order a macho nacho every time we went to del but now with the queso blanco cheese, we don't order it because the cheese isn't good. Please bring back the old nacho cheese! It was the best cheese sauce around! Now I go to taco bell to get nachos. At least they use nacho cheese and not this queso blanco junk.

Loretta Lopez is a really bad meth addict and sexual addict! She is on lots of different sex personals where she posted pics and videos of herself smoking meth and having sex with many different men at one time! Is this the story of Del taco? Del taco hires these drug addicted people? Maybe Del Taco need to truck screen all the room for it because I have friends that know this person and they know that she does drugs on a daily basis every day it's just ridiculous. I just don't know why Del Taco lets this person beyond sexual websites in porn sites and put her picture out there but yet you work at the drive-through window every night and everybody knows her it's pretty sad

Del taco - disabled person, ordered food, walked across the street to talk to a friend, came back an hour later and they towed my car.

I am a disabled person who ordered some food and after I ate a friend of mine picked me up and took me across the street and we talked...
When we returned at 9:35 pm I saw that my car was gone. At this time the drive thru window was only opened. So, after sitting in a long line to get up to the drive thru window I talked to the girl at the drive thru window asking about my car and she said they had it towed. I was very upset and said "why" and her response was "the dining room was closed, and that car wasn't an employee car and said she towed it.
That I am not supposed to park there. I then asked where it was towed and her and the other young girl talked among themselves saying they will give me the number and it took them several minutes to get me the number while me and my friend sat there watching them while they were laughing among themselves. When they came back to the window I said,"this isn't funny and why are you laughing about it". They proceed to say they were not laughing about that.
I never in all my life ever been treated that way and had my car towed for no reason. I am going to write corporate and bbb complaining about this. I had to pay $270.00 dollars the next morning to get my car out and stay at my friends overnight.
I feel I was wrongly treated and want to be reimbursed. I will never go back to del taco again and will tell everybody I know how I was treated and what happened.
Reason of review: poor customer service.

i went to the Del Taco in Henderson, Nevada location: Boulder Hwy & Palo Verde Henderson. i went in Today Friday May 25, 2018 at 4pm. I orded 7 chicken soft tacos and 2 regular soft tacos, and when i got home they forgot 2 of my chicken soft tacos and they never gave me a receipt, which made me upset, they should really pay more attention because this isn't the first time this has happened. it was a younger lady working each time also.

Brighton CO - either you have no common sense or you do not understand English?
- NO tomato or onion - sure enough they are on my burger when I get home
- EXTRA lettuce but when I open my tacos there is NOT ONE sliver of lettuce
I opened the tacos while in drive through and asked the manager where my extra lettuce was and he looked at me stupidly and replied "well, I tell them" - tell them they are fired!?
- I just called to speak to a manager and he replies that he is next in line but can do nothing? No corporate phone number? Owners comes in later...
- I called the Commerce City store and asked for a corporate phone number and she questions me (Spanish) and hangs up - when I call back they do not answer?
ALL I CAN SAY IS RUN - TOO MANY OTHER BURGER JOINTS IN BRIGHTON TO DEAL WITH THIS

So me and boy were there last night, and the girl that works there savhana she was on her break in the back of the store getting high as [censored]! So me an boy we know her from the bar, we smoked her out for some free food. The girl didn't deliver on the food, but if you smoke her out she gives good blow jobs by the dumpster! Store #0804 5/16/18 5 pm steak burrito plato terrible no meat all carb taste big too much tortilla all rice no meat no protein or very little meat. $8 total waste of $8 compared to the morning $2 total garbage. This is 2nd time this happen bc I work close by but getting ripped off 2x is not going to keep happening. You guys spent more on the fancy black box than the meat. I go for the food not the box or the big doey tortilla.

So much more meat protein in $1 x2 chicken roller than $8 steak burrito. Total cheat junk no meat no protein all tortilla no meat. How can u do good for $2 & do so so bad for $8? I call just now to a manager. All she did was argue with me. Like I called to argue & for her to defend & lie that she put 2 scoops of meat or listen to my complaint about a meal I personally ate 10 minutes ago? Then she hangs up on me. Wtf kind of cs is that? I was at the del taco on Alta Murrieta dr and saw one of the employees using their car to drive through the drive through in order to hit their quota for response time they drove in a circle about 15 times in their white Dodge Challenger and when a customer asked why they were driving in circles the employee said "well we aren't supposed to be doing that"

I was there on a taco Tuesday, like I am always expect I went to the Del taco350# for the first time. My food was wrong and when I went to get it corrected, the manger an older lady who was yelling at another girl, gets an attitude with me! After 5mins of back and forth, my food was made correct. When I was leaving that manager called me a n[censored]! Are you kidding me, you call me that because I want my food right and that your job! This women need to fired!

I was at the del taco on Desert inn and Pecos 350#, with my 11yr old special needs son. I was there literally 1min in the store when I hear arguments between two female employees, what really is the issues is the language they used, N word this, B word that, C word, and retarded! I do not think anyone who with children should hear this garbage! When I called the store to get a GM the woman on the phone who she her name was Keylondra told me she is the GM and will fix the issue. However she was not the GM and she was the one doing most of the disgusting language! I hope immediate action is taken because from the young man who work there also gave me her information and told me this is not the first time and most likely it would go nowhere. I hope that is not true because if that how you hold your values then I will make sure people know of Del Tacos policy on Special needs and Racist employees.

I ordered 2 quessadillas and there was no cars in front of me or behind and they made me park. I went earlier to a a Del taco on sierra avenue and they were crazy busy but they didn't park me. When I was given my food I did get an apology but she came across rude. She quickly rushed back inside. I don't think people should have to park out front if they are not busy. This is fast food. Shouldn't it be quick?

I came to the Del Taco on calvine Road in Sacramento I was using EBT to pay for my food and since the machine was not working last night the worker or manager I believe kept telling me that it's not going to work because it didn't work all day yesterday I told him can you at least try but he kept insisting that it won't work and then finally once I tried it did work. If I did not insist I would have have to leave because that was my only form of payment all I was trying to say is he was telling me that it won't work without even trying it I insisted myself so I guess I just want this person to at least have better customer service skill I asked him and told him the restroom is very dirty and it needs assistance and no one has cleaned it

I ordered food online at about 1:00 am, I believe they were open 24 hours like most places in Vegas I did not realize they closed at 2:00am, I had an employee call my personal cell and said "how about you don't be an a[censor]hole and order before closing" They used their own number, so they weren't very smart. I work in restaurants myself and I understand how you feel but there is no need to be a child.

I visited Del Taco #1063 drive-thru located at 3150 Case Rd, Perris, CA 92570 on April 8, 2018, at 9:40 pm. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, large jalapeno poppers, and 2 churros. I had to wait four minutes for them to even acknowledge me at the speaker! Then when I pulled up to the window, I waited another 16 minutes for order to be done! The young guys were just talking instead of working. I would like to receive a refund for having such a large amount of my time wasted.

On my way home all I wanted was a good burrito from del taco. But all I got was a few bites and then a big fat long black hair in my burrito.and then when I went back the large woman said she would have to call corporate to get my money back, all I can think is duh I'm gonna wait [censor] I wanted food not hair!i will always rember to just go to Taco Bell if I'm craving burritos at night!

I went to order at the Oviedo location: 12025 Collegiate Way, Orlando, FL 32817 at approximately 730PM. I went up to the drive-thru and asked for a moment to look over the menu. Guy says take your time and than I decided after about 20 seconds what I want and I yelled to the MIC I was ready and no answer. I waited a few and repeated, "hello!?" No answer... I than proceeded to reverse my car so that the alarm rings up loud and clear that I am still around... No answer.. So I decided I'd just waltz right up to the window and make my order there. The "employee" had his headset on and still continued to ignore me. Finally after getting his attention when he just happened to look my way I asked to just make my order here at the window. Instead of saying sorry or anything that is polite he proceeds to tell me that I must turn back around and go back to the drive thru mic to order my food so that they can be properly timed... Unfudgingbelievable. You just lost a customer... For life with this nonsense!

It's been about a week ago. I came to the deltaco in college place Washington with my children. It was during dinner and we love to eat at deltaco. They were busy, and it seemed that the gentleman on grill was very upset with another employee. My children and I heard him raise his voice at her and cuss very loudly and then he walked out. My children are not used to hearing cussing, as we are a Christian family. We love deltaco but if this is how you will be letting your employees talk to each other we will not be returning to this deltaco. That gentleman was very loud and I'm sure all the customers heard him talking to that young lady that way. The young lady seemed very confused as to why he was acting like that, and that should not be allowed in any place of employment.

This 'Taco Salad is nothing like a salad, especially a 'Taco. It comes in a black plastic container that's barely 1/2 full and 6 yes six corn chips, I'm assuming are suppose to replace the old shell bowl, which they no longer carry. It looks a mess just a bunch of food thrown together in a box. Nothing appealing about it .It costs almost $6 00. And it tastes like hamburger with taco seasoning. This could have been made easily at home. Nothing sets it aside.
What's going on these days we pay more, get less and no one even bothers with customer service anymore. I think I will be going again.

Feb /24/2018 every time I order the large chips and queso they give me the small. Now before I leave drive through I make sure now my order is right,,, but now my complaint is they only fill cup of queso half way! So tell me what's the point? It's just about the same amont as what's in the small at $1.29 i'm seriously getting ripped off for the large at $3.29. Every single time I have complained to the manager there she just says i'm sorry. Never once ever tried to make it right. She's the same evening manager, can hardly speak english. So i'm writing this complaint to see if doing so gets me anywhere here. Here is my last receipt and a picture of large cup with line where it's filled at. Other del tacos fill it up.
